Abstract
A high pressure steam ironing machine with automatic heating and water addition controlling is provided. The ironing machine includes a housing, a bracket, an air release valve, a pressure chamber, an ironing board, a dual water and pressure control assembly and a water pump. The pressure chamber includes an upper cover and a lower seat. The upper cover and the lower seat are fixedly connected. The upper cover is provided with a steam outlet, a water inlet port, a steam inlet and a water and pressure control valve port, and the lower seat is provided with an electric heating pipe. The ironing board is connected to the lower seat, and the water outlet of the water pump is connected to the water inlet port. The air release valve assembly is connected with the steam outlet port and the steam inlet port.
Claims
1. A high pressure steam ironing machine with automatically control of heating and water addition, comprising: a housing (1), a bracket (2), an air release valve (3), a pressure chamber (4), an ironing board (6), a dual water and pressure control assembly (7), a water pump (8); the pressure chamber (4) is provided under the bracket (2); the pressure chamber (4) comprises an upper cover (41) and a lower seat (43); the upper cover (41) and the lower seat (43) are fixedly connected; the upper cover (41) is provided with a steam outlet port (411), a water inlet port (413), a steam inlet port (414) and a water and pressure control valve port (415); the bottom of the lower seat (43) is connected with a double-convex self-resetting thermostat (431), and the ironing board (6) is connected with the lower seat (43); a water outlet of the water pump (8) is connected with the water inlet port (413); the air release valve assembly (3) is connected with the steam outlet port (411) and the steam inlet port (414); the dual water and pressure control assembly (7) comprises a microswitch (71), a pressure push rod (72) and a pressure valve (73); the inlet of the pressure valve (73) is connected to a water and pressure control valve interface (415); the pressure push rod (72) is connected to a valve core of the pressure valve (73), and the microswitch (71) is provided at one side of the pressure push rod (72); the microswitch (71) and the water pump (8) are both connected to the circuit board (81).

The ironing machine of claim 1, wherein the air release valve assembly (3) comprises an air release valve and a valve button (31); the air release valve is provided with a steam inlet, a steam outlet, a push rod (32), a piston (33) and a compression spring (34); the steam inlet and the steam outlet are respectively connected with the steam outlet port (411) and the steam inlet port (414); the pressure spring (34) and the push rod (32) are respectively provided at two sides of the piston (33); and the valve button (31) is provided on one side of the push rod (32).

The ironing machine of claim 1, wherein a silicone gasket (42) for sealing is provided between the upper cover (41) and the lower seat (43); the silicone gasket (42) is provided with a water inlet nozzle (421) and a water passage end through hole (422); and the water inlet nozzle (421) is connected with the water inlet port (413).
4. The ironing machine of claim 1, further comprising a pressure relief valve assembly (10), an abnormal pressure relief interface (412) is arranged on the upper cover (41); the pressure relief valve assembly (10) is connected to the abnormal pressure relief interface (412).
5. The ironing machine of claim 1, wherein a sealing gasket (5) is arranged between the ironing board (6) and the lower seat (43).
6. The ironing machine of claim 1, wherein a handle (11) is provided on the housing (1).
7. The ironing machine of claim 1, further comprising a water tank (9) connected to one side of the bracket (2); wherein the water inlet of the water pump (8) is connected to the water tank (9).
