DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF CERTAIN EMBODIMENTS
[0021] The present invention will now be described in further details with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are all simplified schematic diagrams, and only illustrate the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, so they only show the structures related to the present invention.
[0022] In the present disclosure, it should be noted that the orientation or positional relationships indicated by the terms “inside”, “outside”, “between”, or the like, are based on the orientation or positional relationships shown in the accompanying drawings. They only serve for the convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, rather than indicate or imply that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation, or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, so they should not be construed to be limiting on the present invention. In addition, unless otherwise expressly specified and defined, the terms “install”, “wind”, and “connect” should be understood in a broad sense, for example, it can be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; it can be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; it can be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium; and it can be internal communication between two components of a unit. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure can be understood under the specific circumstances.
EXAMPLES
Example 1
[0023] As shown in
[0024] the coating film B can transmit other wavelengths that the coating film A cannot transmit, and at the same time reflect a single wavelength band that can pass through the coating film A to the coating film A and transmit it.
[0025] The present invention uses the method of plated coating for light filtering, which can ensure the monochromaticity of light output from the light source. Secondly, in comparison with use of light filters for filtering waves, the use of plated coatings can enhance the output power of ultraviolet light and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency. At the same time, the area ratio of coating A12 and coating B11 can be adjusted to effectively increase the beam angle of the UV lamp; this method can effectively improve the luminous efficiency of the UV lamp; for example, the coating A can transmit a single usable wavelength band, such as a single wavelength band of 207 nm, 222 nm, 250 nm, or 308 nm, or the like, while the coating B can transmit the clutter wavelength bands that the coating A cannot transmit to be absorbed by the box body, thereby effectively reduce the harm to the human body.
Example 2
[0026] As shown in
Example 3
[0027] As shown in
[0028] The ultraviolet lamp tube adopts a coating method for light reflection to ensure the single wavelength light output emitted from a light source and to enhance the luminous efficiency of the ultraviolet lamp, in which the outer wall of the outer tube 2 is coated with coating A 5 and fill-coated with a reflective coating 6, wherein the coating A 5 is a coating film that can transmit a single wavelength band and can transmit the useful single wavelength band out of the outer tube 2. The reflective coating 6 can be a barium sulfate reflective coating or a titanium dioxide reflective coating, or the like, since barium sulfate or titanium dioxide is non-conductive and chemically stable and has high reflectivity to ultraviolet light.
[0029] Advantages: first, the UV lamp tubes disclosed herein contain plated coatings for light filtering, which can ensure the monochromaticity of light output from the light source. Second, in comparison with light filters for filtering waves, the use of plated coatings can enhance the output power of ultraviolet light and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency. At the same time, the area ratio of coating A and coating B can be set to effectively increase the beam angle of the UV lamp; thus this method can effectively improve the luminous efficiency of the UV lamp. Specifically, the coating A can transmit a single usable wavelength band, such as a single wavelength band of 207 nm, 222 nm, 250 nm, or 308 nm, or the like, while the coating B can transmit clutter wavelength bands that the plated coating A cannot transmit to be absorbed by the box body, thereby effectively reducing the harm to the human body.
[0030] In another ultraviolet lamp tube disclosed, the coating method for light reflections can also ensure the light output efficiency of the light source and the single wavelength of the light output, through a plated coating A and a fill-coated reflective coating on the outer wall of the outer tube, wherein the coating A is a coating that can transmit a single wavelength band and transmit the useful single wavelength band to the outside of the outer tube. Use of a barium sulfate reflective coating or titanium dioxide reflective coating is advantageous because they are non-conductive and chemically stable and have a high reflectivity to UV light.
