DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0021] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
[0022] The present disclosure aims to describe a fire-resistant burner to solve the above problems of the prior art.
[0023] In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
[0024] In the fire-resistant burner of the present embodiment, as shown in
[0025] In this embodiment, the burner main body is made of fire-resistant material, for example, the burner main body is a cement-based fire-resistant material body or a non-metallic fire-resistant material body, and the like. The fire-resistant material of the present disclosure refers to a material with a fire-resistant temperature of more than 500? C. so as to be able to bear the flame to burn on the surface of the fire-resistant material. The fire-resistant material includes but is not limited to the shape produced by mixed materials of non-metallic fire-resistant material powder, fiber, etc. through various processes. The desired decorative appearance may be made, including but not limited to various shapes like branches, volcanoes, spheres, and the like.
[0026] In this embodiment, the hard pipe 2 is a metal pipe, the hard pipe 2 has an outer diameter of 5 mm-30 mm, the flexible pipe 3 has an outer diameter of 5 mm-50 mm, each gas hole 4 has a diameter of 1 mm-4 mm, and a distance between two adjacent gas holes 4 is 5 mm-50 mm. The structure of the gas holes 4 and a proper length of the flexible pipe meet the gas pressure and the gas overflow speed of a common gas appliance. Specifically, the gas hole 4 consists of various shapes of holes and includes continuous or discontinuous fine grooves.
[0027] In this embodiment, the flexible pipe 3 consists of various shapes that are straight, curved, or forked, or are locally connected by the flexible pipe or the hard pipes. The hard pipe 2 includes various shapes of ends such as cylindrical and conical, and the ends of the hard pipe 2 can be connected by connecting structures such as threads.
[0028] Each gas groove 6 has a width of 4 mm-10 mm, and the each gas groove 6 has a depth of 2 mm-10 mm. The size and the structure of the gas groove 6 can effectively control the gas discharged from the gas holes 4 in the gas groove, thereby controlling the overflow direction of the gas, enabling the gas to effectively collide and disperse using the dispersion wires 7 in the gas groove and is mixed with air again to improve combustion efficiency. Small holes for inserting and fixing the dispersion wires 7 are formed on two sides of a bottom of each gas groove 6, the dispersion wires 7 are metal wires, and each dispersion wire 7 has a diameter of 0.03 mm-0.6 mm. The dispersion wires 7 can disperse the gas and mix the gas with air again, so that the combustion efficiency is improved, the defect that the flame can form a candle head when the gas is intensively discharged from the gas holes 4 can be overcome, the attractiveness of the flame is improved, and the flame burns the dispersion wires 7 (metal wires) to create a bright and fiery red flame band, which plays a good decorative role.
[0029] It should be noted that the fire-resistant burner in the present disclosure is suitable for burners using various types of gas, including but not limited to liquefied gas (butane, propane, etc.), natural gas, and alcoholic combustible gases after vaporization or atomization.
[0030] The principle and the implementation mode of the disclosure are explained by applying specific examples, and the description of the above examples is only used for helping understanding the method and the core idea of the disclosure; meanwhile, according to the idea of the present disclosure, a person skilled in the art may change the embodiments and the application range, for example, the gas holes may be changed into other shapes or all of the gas holes may be changed into the through slots. In summary, this summary should not be construed to limit the present disclosure.
