Abstract
A handsfree device carrying garment designed for carrying a mobile device without the use of a wearer's hand. The handsfree device carrying garment includes a device carrying accessory adjustably attached to a vest. The device carrying accessory includes an extendable arm and a device holding component. The device carrying accessory is operable for 360 degrees range of motion.
Claims
1. A handsfree device carrying garment comprising: a garment including an attachment receiving component and a plurality of attachment components; and a device carrying accessory including an attachment component, an extendable arm, and a device holding component; wherein the device carrying accessory is adjustably attached to the garment, wherein the attachment receiving component is operable to receive the attachment component of the device holding component; wherein the extendable arm is operable to move from an extended position to a retracted position, wherein, when moving from the retracted position to the extended position, the extendable arm extends away from the garment; and wherein the device holding component is operable to receive at least one device, wherein the device holding component is positioned at a first end of the extendable arm, wherein the attachment component is positioned at a second end of the extendable arm, wherein the first end of the extendable arm is positioned on an opposite side of the extendable arm relative to the second end of the extendable arm.

The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 1, wherein the attachment receiving component includes at least one slot, wherein the attachment component of the device carrying accessory includes at least one bracket, wherein the at least one bracket is adjustably positioned within the at least one slot.
3. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 1, wherein the garment includes a vest, wherein the plurality of attachment components includes a first shoulder attachment component, a second shoulder attachment component, and a plurality of side attachment components, wherein the plurality of attachment components removably attaches a first side of the vest to a second side of the vest.
4. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 1, wherein the extendable arm is designed for telescopic movement, wherein the extendable arm includes at least two telescopic sections, wherein the extendable arm is designed to lock into a position at an end of each telescopic section of the at least two telescopic sections.
5. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 1, wherein the device holding component is rotatably attached to the extendable arm.
6. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 1, wherein the extendable arm is rotatably attached to the attachment component of the device carrying accessory, wherein the extendable arm is movable in a circular motion relative to the attachment receiving component.
7. A handsfree device carrying garment comprising: a garment including an attachment receiving component and a plurality of attachment components; and a device carrying accessory including an attachment component, an extendable arm, and a device holding component; wherein the device carrying accessory adjustably attaches to the garment, wherein the attachment receiving component is operable to receive the attachment component of the device holding component, wherein the attachment receiving component includes at least one slot, wherein the attachment component includes at least one bracket, wherein the at least one bracket is adjustably positioned within the at least one slot; wherein the extendable arm is operable to move from an extended position to a retracted position, wherein, when moving from the retracted position to the extended position, the extendable arm extends away from the garment; wherein the device holding component is operable to receive at least one device, wherein the device holding component is positioned at a first end of the extendable arm, wherein the attachment component is positioned at a second end of the extendable arm, wherein the first end of the extendable arm is positioned on an opposite side of the second end of the extendable arm; and wherein the extendable arm is operable to move in a circular motion relative to the attachment receiving component.
8. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 7, wherein the garment includes a vest, wherein the plurality of attachment components includes a first shoulder attachment component, a second shoulder attachment component, and a plurality of side attachment components, wherein the plurality of attachment components removably attaches a first side of the vest to a second side of the vest.
9. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 7, wherein the extendable arm is configured for telescopic movement, wherein the extendable arm includes at least two telescopic sections, wherein the extendable arm is designed to lock into a position at an end of each telescopic section of the at least two telescopic sections.
10. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 7, wherein the device holding component rotatably attaches to the extendable arm.
11. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 7, wherein the device carrying accessory is operable for a plurality of locking positions, wherein the plurality of locking positions includes at least two positions separated by at least 45 degrees relative to the attachment receiving component.
12. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 7, wherein the device carrying accessory is operable for a plurality of locking positions, wherein the plurality of locking positions includes at least five positions separated by at least 45 degrees relative to the attachment receiving component.
13. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 7, wherein the extendable arm is rotatably attached to the attachment component of the device carrying accessory, wherein, the extendable arm is rotatable in a circular motion, wherein the circular motion includes a vertical direction relative to the attachment receiving component, wherein the circular motion further includes a horizontal motion relative to the attachment receiving component.
14. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 13, wherein the extendable arm is operable to rotate 360 degrees relative to the garment.
15. A handsfree device carrying garment comprising: a garment including an attachment receiving component and a plurality of garment attachment components; and a device carrying accessory including a base with an attachment component, an extendable arm, and a device holding component; wherein the plurality of garment attachment components is operable to attach a front of the garment to a back of the garment; wherein the device carrying accessory adjustably attaches to the garment, wherein the attachment receiving component is operable to receive the base attachment component, wherein the attachment receiving component includes at least one slot, wherein the base attachment component includes at least one bracket, wherein the at least one bracket is adjustably positioned within the at least one slot; wherein the extendable arm is operable to move from an extended position to a retracted position, wherein, when moving from the retracted position to the extended position, the extendable arm extends away from the garment; wherein the device holding component is operable to receive at least one device, wherein the device holding component is positioned at a first end of the extendable arm, wherein the attachment component is positioned at a second end of the extendable arm, wherein the first end of the extendable arm is on an opposite side of the second end of the extendable arm; and wherein the extendable arm is operable to move in a circular motion relative to the attachment component.

The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 15, wherein the garment includes a vest, wherein the plurality of garment attachment components includes a plurality of shoulder attachment components and a plurality of side attachment components, wherein the plurality of side attachment components wraps around the back of the vest.
17. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 16, wherein the plurality of side attachment components include at least one hook and loop fastener, wherein the plurality of shoulder attachment components includes at least one snap fastener.
18. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 15, wherein the device holding component is in an upright position relative to the extendable arm.
19. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 15, wherein the extendable arm includes a plurality of telescopic components, wherein the plurality of telescopic components includes at least five telescopic components.
20. The handsfree device carrying garment of claim 15, wherein, when in the retracted position, the device carrying accessory rests against the garment.
