[0023] In the drawings: [0024] 1top sheet; 2bottom sheet; 3connecting part; 4inner drawstring; 5outer peripheral sheet; 6inner peripheral sheet; 7first air chamber; 8second air chamber; 9air nozzle A; 10air nozzle B.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0025] In order to explain the present disclosure more clearly, the present disclosure is further described in detail in combination with the embodiment and with reference to the drawings. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following detailed description is illustrative and not limiting and is not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
[0026] In the description of the present disclosure, it should be understood that, orientation or positional relationships indicated by terms such as inner, outer, up, down are based on the orientation or positional relationships shown in the drawings, for ease of description of the present disclosure and simplification of the description only, these terms do not indicate or imply that the apparatus or element referred to must have a specific orientation or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore cannot be construed as limitations to the present disclosure. In addition, unless otherwise expressly specified and limited, the terms mounted, connect etc. should be understood in a broad sense, for example, they can be fixed connections, detachable connections or integral connections; mechanical connections or electrical connections; and direct connections or indirect connections through an intermediate medium, or can be the internal connectivity of two elements. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure will be understood according to the specific circumstances.
Embodiment
[0027] As shown in
[0028] The outer peripheral sheet 5 and the inner peripheral sheet 6 serve as inner and outer walls, and an air chamber is provided inside the inner peripheral sheet 6 and between the outer peripheral sheet 5 and the inner peripheral sheet 6. The first air chamber 7 is enclosed by the top sheet 1, the bottom sheet 2 and the inner peripheral sheet 6, and the second air chamber 8 is an annular air chamber enclosed by the top sheet 1, the bottom sheet 2, the outer peripheral sheet 5 and the inner peripheral sheet 6. When the peripheral sheet is scratched by sharp objects in use, the second air chamber 8 leaks air, but the first air chamber 7 can normally support the mattress, so that the mattress will not suddenly sag and the user can be protected.
[0029] In order to improve the supporting force of the side wall of the mattress, a plurality of connecting parts 3 are also arranged on the side circumferential sheet, and the connecting parts 3 are formed by hot-melt welding of the outer peripheral sheet and the inner peripheral sheet without blocking the air path in the second air chamber 8. In this embodiment, the connecting parts are annular and are arranged on the side circumferential sheet at equal intervals, which is used for the fixed connection between the outer peripheral sheet 5 and the inner peripheral sheet 6. At the same time, the double wall is more supportive around the mattress after inflation and can carry higher weight. By partially connecting the outer and inner peripheral sheets, the outer peripheral sheet 5 and the inner peripheral sheet 6 are made to expand within a reasonable range when the first air chamber 7 and the second air chamber 8 are inflated, preventing excessive outward expansion of the first air chamber 7 and the second air chamber 8.
[0030] When a circumference of the inner peripheral sheet 6 is smaller than a circumference of the outer peripheral sheet 5. The outer perimeter sheet 5 is pulled inward by the inner peripheral sheet 6 after inflation due to the presence of the connecting part 3, so that the outer perimeter sheet 5 is not excessively deformed by inflation, causing the side walls to bulge out into an oval shape.
[0031] Both the first air chamber 7 and the second air chamber 8 are provided with air nozzles for inflating and deflating air. The first air chamber 7 is provided with an air nozzle A9, and the second air chamber 8 is provided with an air nozzle B10, so that each air chamber is independently inflated and deflated. The air nozzle A9 is arranged on the connecting part 3 and directly communicates with the first air chamber 7 through the connecting part 3. The air nozzle B10 is arranged on the outer peripheral sheet 5 and directly communicates with the second air chamber 8 through the outer peripheral sheet 5. The air chambers are not communicated with each other, so that the air leakage phenomenon of a certain air chamber can be determined in time through the inflating state of the two air chambers. For example, the first air chamber 7 may be filled first, and if the volume of the second air chamber 8 becomes larger during the filling process, it means that the inner peripheral sheet 6 leaks air.
[0032] In addition, a plurality of inner drawstrings 4 are arranged in the first air chamber 7, and the inner drawstrings 4 are hot-melt welded between the top sheet 1 and the bottom sheet 2. The inner drawstring 4 is provided so that the position of the top sheet 1 and the bottom sheet 2 remain within a reasonable range when the first air chamber 7 is inflated, thereby preventing excessive outward expansion of the first air chamber 7.
[0033] Apparently, the above-mentioned embodiment of the present disclosure is only an example for more clearly explaining the present disclosure, instead of limiting the implementation mode of the present disclosure, for those of ordinary skill in the art, other changes or modifications in different forms can be made on the basis of the above description, and all implementation methods cannot be exhaustively enumerated here, and all obvious changes or modifications derived from the technical solution of the present disclosure are still within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
