PACKAGING STRUCTURE

Abstract

A packaging structure is provided. The packaging structure includes a protective film and at least one fixing strip. The protective film includes at least one opening, and the at least one fixing strip includes a bonding layer. The bonding layer is disposed on one side of the at least one fixing strip and is configured to attach the at least one fixing strip to the protective film corresponding to the at least one opening. A portion of the at least one fixing strip covers the protective film, and another portion of the at least one fixing strip covers the at least one opening.

Claims

1. A packaging structure comprising: a protective film comprising: at least one opening; and at least one fixing strip comprising: a bonding layer disposed on one side of the at least one fixing strip and configured to attach the at least one fixing strip to the protective film corresponding to the at least one opening; wherein a portion of the at least one fixing strip covers the protective film, and another portion of the at least one fixing strip covers the at least one opening.

2. The packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein a number of the at least one opening is plural, a number of the at least one fixing strip is one, and the fixing strip covers the plurality of openings.

3. The packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein the at least one opening is located at one end of the protective film, and the at least one fixing strip covers the at least one opening and another end of the protective film.

4. The packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein a number of the at least one opening is two, the two openings are disposed respectively at two ends of the protective film, and the at least one fixing strip covers the two openings and the protective film.

5. The packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein a width of the portion of the at least one fixing strip is greater than or equal to 3 mm.

6. The packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein an area of the another portion of the at least one fixing strip is greater than or equal to 25 mm.sup.2.

7. The packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein a distance between an edge of the at least one opening and an edge of the protective film is greater than or equal to 3 mm.

8. A packaging structure comprising: a protective film, configured to wrap a product and comprising: at least one opening corresponding to at least one region of the product; and at least one fixing strip comprising: a bonding layer disposed on one side of the at least one fixing strip and configured to attach the at least one fixing strip to the protective film and the product corresponding to the at least one opening; wherein a portion of the at least one fixing strip covers the protective film, and another portion of the at least one fixing strip covers the at least one opening of the protective film and the at least one region of the product.

9. The packaging structure according to claim 8, wherein a number of the at least one opening is plural, a number of the at least one region is plural, a number of the at least one fixing strip is one, and the fixing strip covers the plurality of openings and the plurality of regions.

10. The packaging structure according to claim 8, wherein the at least one opening is located at one end of the protective film, and the at least one fixing strip covers the at least one opening and another end of the protective film.

11. The packaging structure according to claim 8, wherein a number of the at least one opening is two, the two openings are disposed respectively at two ends of the protective film, and when the protective film is wrapped around the product, the two openings overlap, and the at least one fixing strip covers the two openings and the protective film.

12. The packaging structure according to claim 8, wherein a width of the portion of the at least one fixing strip is greater than or equal to 3 mm.

13. The packaging structure according to claim 8, wherein an area of the at least one fixing strip in contact with the product is greater than or equal to 25 mm.sup.2.

14. The packaging structure according to claim 8, wherein a distance between an edge of the at least one opening and an edge of the protective film is greater than or equal to 3 mm.

[0018] FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a packaging structure 100 according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 1, the packaging structure 100 includes a protective film 110 and at least one fixing strip 120. The protective film 110 has at least one opening 111. The fixing strip 120 has a bonding layer (not shown). The bonding layer is placed on one side of the fixing strip 120 for attaching the fixing strip 120 to the protective film 110 in correspondence to where the at least one opening 111 is. A portion of the at least one fixing strip 120 is overlaid on and covers the protective film 110, and another portion of the at least one fixing strip 120 covers the at least one opening 111. When the packaging structure 100 is used to wrap a product (not shown), the protective film 110 wraps around the product, and with the boding layer, the fixing strip 120 is partially attached to the protective film 110, and through the opening 111, partially attached to the product. Thus, the packaging structure 100 covers the product with the protective film 110 fixed to the product to prevent the protectively film 110 from slipping.

[0019] In specific, the protective film 110 can be made of plastic thin film or paper material, and the opening 111 can be a hollow portion on the protective film 110 or a notch at the edge of the protective film 110. The opening 111 can be in any shape or form. The fixing strip 120 can be a label sticker or a tape with bonding layer on one side. The bonding layer is on the side of the fixing strip 120 covering the protective film 110 and can be a removable adhesive with strong cohesion that does not leave residue on the surface of the protective film 110 and the surface of the product, but the present disclosure is not limited thereby. By placing the bonding layer on the fixing strip 120, which is a component separate from the protective film 110, the protective film 110 of the packaging structure 100 according to the present disclosure can be recycled directly.

[0020] FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a packaging structure 100a according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the packaging structure 100a includes a protective film 110 and at least one fixing strip 120. The protective film 110 has at least one opening 111, and the fixings trip 120 has a bonding layer (not shown). In the second embodiment, the protective film 110, the fixing strip 120, the opening 111, and the bonding layer of the packaging structure 100a are similar to the protective film 110, the fixing strip 120, the opening 111, and the bonding layer of the packaging structure 100 of the first embodiment but with more specific details. One specific detail is that a portion of the fixing strip 120, which is the portion that covers the protective film 110, has a width W that is greater than or equal to 3 mm. Another specific detail is that another portion of the fixing strip 120, which is the portion that covers the opening 111, has an area A that is greater than or equal to 25 mm.sup.2. One other specific detail is that there is a distance G between one edge of the opening 111 and one edge of the protective film 110, and the distance G is greater than or equal to 3 mm.

[0021] In other words, in order to securely fix the packaging structure 100a to the product and prevent rupture or damage to the protective film 110 from the user tearing the fixing strip 120 from the protective film 110, the width W of the portion of the fixing strip 120 covering the protective film 110 must be greater than or equal to 3 mm, and the area A of the other portion of the fixing strip 120 covering the opening 111 must be greater than or equal to 25 mm.sup.2. In addition, the distance G between the edge of the opening 111 and the edge of the protective film 110 is at least greater than or equal to 3 mm.

[0022] It should be noted that the area, shape, position of the opening and the size, shape, and bonding position of the fixing strip 120 can be adjusted according to the product to be wrapped and the requirements. The present invention is not limited thereto.

[0023] FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a packaging structure 100b according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the packaging structure 100b includes a protective film 110b and at least one fixing strip 120b. The protective film 110b has at least one opening 111b, and the fixings trip 120b has a bonding layer (not shown). In the third embodiment, the fixing strip 120b and the bonding layer of the packaging structure 100b are similar to the fixing strip 120 and the bonding layer of the packaging structure 100 of the first embodiment, but the number of the openings 111b on the protective film 110b is plural. The number of the fixing strip 120b is one, and the fixing strip 120b covers the plurality of openings 111b simultaneously. In the third embodiment, the number of openings 111b is six, but the number of openings can be different in other embodiments of the present disclosure. The number of fixing strips can also be plural; it is not limited by the present disclosure.

[0024] FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a packaging structure 100c according to a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, the packaging structure 100c includes a protective film 110c and at least one fixing strip 120c. The protective film 110c has at least one opening 111c, and the fixings trip 120c has a bonding layer (not shown). In the fourth embodiment, the fixing strip 120c and the bonding layer of the packaging structure 100c are similar to the fixing strip 120 and the bonding layer of the packaging structure 100 of the first embodiment but with more specific details. The opening 111c on the protective film 110c is at one end of the protective film 110c, and the fixing strip 120c covers the opening 111c and the other end of the protective film 110c. In other words, the opening 111c is a notch on one edge of the protective film 110c at one end, and when the protective film 110c is wrapped around a product, the end of the protective film 110c with the opening 111c comes in contact with the other end of the protective film 110c, and the fixing strip 120c fixes the two opposite ends of the protective film 110c and covers the opening 111c at the same time to attach and fix the protective film 110c to the surface of the product through the opening 111c.

[0025] FIG. 5 is a schematic view of a packaging structure 100d according to a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 5, the packaging structure 100d includes a protective film 110d and at least one fixing strip 120d. The protective film 110d has at least one opening 111d, and the fixings trip 120d has a bonding layer (not shown). In the fifth embodiment, the fixing strip 120d and the bonding layer of the packaging structure 100d are similar to the fixing strip 120 and the bonding layer of the packaging structure 100 of the first embodiment, but the number of the opening 111d on the protective film 110d is two. The two openings 111d are respectively two notches on two edges at opposite ends of the protective film 110d. When the protective film 110d is wrapped around a product, the two openings 111d are adjacent and face each other to form an enclosed opening, and the fixing strip 120d covers the two openings 111d and the two opposite ends of the protective film 110d at the same time.

[0026] FIG. 6 is a schematic view of a packaging structure 100e according to a sixth embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 6, the packaging structure 100e includes a protective film 110e and at least one fixing strip 120e. The protective film 110e has at least one opening 111e, and the fixings trip 120e has a bonding layer (not shown). In the sixth embodiment, the fixing strip 120e and the bonding layer of the packaging structure 100e are similar to the fixing strip 120 and the bonding layer of the packaging structure 100 of the first embodiment, but the number of the opening 111e on the protective film 110e is two. The two openings 111e are respectively at two ends of the protective film 110e, and the fixing strip 120e covers the two openings 111e and the protective film 110e. More specifically, the two openings 111e are at two ends of the protective film 110e and respectively distanced from the edges of the protective film 110e. When the protective film 110e is wrapped around a product, not only do the two ends of the protective film 110e overlap, the two openings 111e also overlap with each other, and so the fixing strip 120e simultaneously covers the two openings 111e and the protective film 110e.

[0027] FIG. 7 is a side view of a product 10 wrapped with a packaging structure 200 according to a seventh embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 8 is a three-dimensional schematic diagram illustrating the packaging structure 200 of FIG. 7 in an incomplete state. The packaging structure 200 includes a protective film 110 and at least one fixing strip 120. The protective film 110 is used to wrap a product 10 and has at least one opening 111. The at least one opening 111 corresponds to at least one region (not shown) of the product 10. The fixing strip 120 has a bonding layer 121. The bonding layer 121 is placed on the surface of one side of the fixing strip 120 and is used to attach the fixing strip 120 to the protective film 110 and the product 10 through the opening 111. A portion of the fixing strip 120 covers the protective film 110, and the portion of the protective film 110 that is covered by the fixing strip 120 is located near the opening 111. Another portion of the fixing strip 120 covers the opening 111 and at least one region of the product 10. Thus, the packaging structure 200 of the present disclosure is able to wrap and fix the protective film 110 around the product 10 without having to put adhesive on the protective film 110.
