    Abstract

    A cigarette shaker is disclosed, which belongs to the technical field of cigarette production, including: a cylinder body, wherein an elongated position-avoiding opening is opened on one side wall corresponding to the axial direction, a notch is provided corresponding to the lower part of the position-avoiding opening, and a top of the cylinder body is movably connected with a leakage cover up and down; an offset seat, a bottom side of the leakage cover is fixed with a limiting plate, and a vibration mechanism is fixed on an outer wall of the cigarette sleeve for compacting cut tobacco or tobacco scraps; and a cocking key rotationally connected to a bottom of one side of the cylinder body.

    Claims

    1. A cigarette shaker, wherein the cigarette shaker comprises: a cylinder body (1), wherein the cylinder body (1) is provided with an elongated position-avoiding opening (2) opened on one side wall corresponding to an axial direction thereof, the cylinder body (1) is provided with a notch (3) corresponding to the lower part of the position-avoiding opening (2), and a top of the cylinder body (1) is movably connected with a leakage cover (4) up and down; an offset seat (5), wherein the offset seat (5) is rotationally located in the position-avoiding opening (2), the offset seat (5) corresponds to an inner part of the cylinder body (1) fixed with a cigarette sleeve (6) for inserting a cigarette pre-rolled paper, a bottom side of the leakage cover (4) is fixed with a limiting plate (7), when the leakage cover (4) corresponds to a downward travel, the limiting plate (7) abuts against an outside of the cigarette sleeve (6), and when the leakage cover (4) corresponds to a upward travel, the limiting plate (7) is located above the cigarette sleeve (6) and the cigarette sleeve is ejected out of the position-avoiding opening (2) under the drive of the offset seat (5), and a vibration mechanism (8) is fixed on an outer wall of the cigarette sleeve (6) for compacting cut tobacco or tobacco scraps; and a cocking key (9), wherein the cocking key (9) is rotationally connected to a bottom of one side of the cylinder body (1), one end of the cocking key (9) extends out of the notch (3), the other end of the cocking key (9) is located under the cigarette sleeve (6), the cocking key (9) is provided with a stop block (10) which abuts against a bottom end of the cigarette sleeve (6), the stop block (10) is dislocated from a bottom end of the cigarette sleeve (6) after the cigarette sleeve (6) rotates at a certain angle with the offset seat (5), and the cocking key (9) pries and promotes a finished cigarette inside the cigarette sleeve (6) to move upwardly.

The cigarette shaker of claim 1, wherein the cylinder body (1) comprises an outer shell (101) and an inner bracket (102), the bracket (102) and shell (101) are provided with the position-avoiding opening (2) and the notch (3) correspondingly, a mounting plate (11) is fixed at a top of the inner side of the shell (101), a lock buckle body (12) is fixed on the mounting plate (11), a bottom side of the leakage cover (4) is fixed with a bar buckle (13), the bar buckle (13) and lock buckle body (12) form a self-locking pressing spring buckle, the self-locking pressing spring buckle limits a downward travel of the leakage cover (4) on the cylinder body (1).

The cigarette shaker of claim 2, wherein the mounting plate (11) is provided with a plurality of guiding holes, a plurality of guiding limit rods (14) are provided around a bottom of the leakage cover (4) corresponding to the guiding holes, a plurality of the guiding limit rods (14) are slidably connected one-to-one in the guiding holes, and the guiding limit rods (14) limit upward movement travel of the leakage cover (4) on the cylinder body (1), and a spring (15) is provided on a top of the guiding limit rod (14) corresponding to the mounting plate (11).

The cigarette shaker of claim 3, wherein the offset seat (5) is provided with a battery slot, a battery (16) is installed in the battery slot, the offset seat (5) is provided with a battery cover (17) corresponding to the slot of the battery slot, the battery cover (17) is adapted to be embedded in the position-avoiding opening (2), the battery cover (17) is provided with a switch button (18) for controlling an operating state of the vibration mechanism (8).

The cigarette shaker of claim 4, wherein a rotating shaft (19) is mounted at a bottom of both sides of the offset seat (5), the rotating shaft (19) is rotationally connected to the bracket (102), one end of a tension spring (20) is connected to a bottom of the offset seat (5), the other end of the tension spring (20) is connected to a top hanging post of the bracket (102), the tension spring (20) drives the offset seat (5) to the top of the bracket (102), and the tension spring (20) contributes to a tendency of a top of the offset seat (5) to eject outwardly from the position-avoiding opening, and the top of the offset seat (5) is provided with a limiting step (21) to limit an angle of rotation of the offset seat (5).

The cigarette shaker of claim 5, wherein a motor holder is fixed on an outer side wall of the cigarette sleeve (6), the vibration mechanism (8) comprises a vibration motor (801) and an eccentric wheel (802), the vibration motor (801) is fixed on the motor holder, an output shaft of the vibration motor (801) is solidly connected to the eccentric wheel (802), the vibration motor (801) is electrically connected to the battery (16) and switch button (18), the eccentric wheel (802) rotates at high speed driven by the output shaft of the vibration motor and produces a vibration effect.

    7. The cigarette shaker of claim 6, wherein the cocking key (9) is of curved structure, the cocking key (9) is rotationally connected to the bracket (102), and the bracket (102) is provided with a reset spring (22) which induces resetting of the cocking key.

    8. The cigarette shaker of claim 7, wherein the stop block (10) is fixed in a middle of the cocking key (9), the stop block (10) is located under one side of the cigarette sleeve (6), and the finished cigarette inside the cigarette sleeve (6) abuts against the cocking key (9).

    9. The cigarette shaker of claim 1, wherein the leakage cover (4) is provided with a flared leakage opening (401), the leakage opening (401) may be docked with a top of the cigarette sleeve (6), and the limiting plate (7) is fixed on an outer side of the leakage opening (401).

    10. The cigarette shaker of claim 1, wherein a base (23) is mounted at a bottom of the cylinder body (1), and the cigarette sleeve (6) is of conical structure.
