Abstract
A beaker cleaning recovery oven for extracting cannabis oil from a beaker including an oven, a beaker stand placed in the oven, and a beaker placed over the beaker stand. The beaker has a film or residue of cannabis after it being used for cannabis extraction process, rinsed with ethanol and drained for a predetermined time period. The oven heats and brings up the heat inside the beaker. The beaker stand rotates allowing the beaker to heat up evenly. The beaker heats up the film or residue of cannabis to flow down as cannabis oil. The oven positions over a cart allowing it to be transported. The cart includes a base frame with cut-sections for holding the beaker when not in use. The beaker cleaning recovery oven helps to reclaim a substantial amount of the film or residue from the beaker used during an extraction process.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0028] Before the present features and working principle of a beaker cleaning recovery oven is described, it is to be understood that this subject matter is not limited to the particular device as described, since it may vary within the specification indicated. Various features of the beaker cleaning recovery oven might be provided by introducing variations within the components/subcomponents disclosed herein. It is also to be understood that the terminology used in the description is for the purpose of describing the particular versions or embodiments only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present subject matter, which will be limited only by the appended claims. The words “comprising,” “having,” “containing,” and “including,” and other forms thereof, are intended to be equivalent in meaning and be open-ended in that an item or items following any one of these words is not meant to be an exhaustive listing of such item or items, or meant to be limited to only the listed item or items.
[0029] It should be understood that the present subject matter describes a beaker cleaning recovery oven for extracting cannabis oil from a beaker. The beaker cleaning recovery oven includes an oven, and a beaker stand placed in the oven. The beaker cleaning recovery oven includes a beaker placed over the beaker stand. The beaker has a film or residue of cannabis after it being used for cannabis extraction process, rinsed with ethanol and drained for a predetermined time period. The oven heats and brings up the heat inside the beaker. The beaker stand rotates allowing the beaker to heat up evenly. The beaker heats up allowing the film or residue of cannabis to become less viscous and flow down the beaker as cannabis oil. In one embodiment, the oven positions over a cart allowing it to be transported. The cart includes a base frame with cut-sections for holding the beaker when not in use. The beaker cleaning recovery oven helps to reclaim a substantial amount of the film or residue that was in the beaker from previous extraction process and reduces waste.
[0030] Various features and embodiments of the beaker cleaning recovery oven for extracting cannabis oil are explained in conjunction with the description of
[0031]
[0032]
[0033] In one embodiment, cart 14 includes housing 32 at oven receiving section 30. Housing 32 sUS0ends from oven receiving section 30, as shown in
[0034]
[0035] Oven 16 includes container 40.
[0036] As presented above, container 40 provides a material made of metal or any other suitable material that can withstand the heat during the extraction of the cannabis oil. The heat inside the container gets transferred to its outside walls. To dissipate the heat and ensure a user does not encounter the heat, container 40 is surrounded by multiple heat insulation layers. In the present invention, container 40 surrounds with two or more insulation layers. In one example, container 40 surrounds with three insulation layers i.e., first insulation layer 56, second insulation layer 58 and third insulation layer 60. First insulation layer 56 includes a mineral wool, for example. Second insulation layer 58 includes a ceramic fiber blanket, for example. Third insulation layer 60 includes, but not limited to, material made of metal, plastic, etc. A person skilled in the art understands that any number of layers can be used with a variety of materials to provide proper heat insulation for oven 14 without departing from the scope of the present invention.
[0037] Further, oven 16 includes door 62, as shown in
[0038] Oven 16 receives beaker assembly 70 in container 40 for extracting cannabis oil from beaker 20, 86.
[0039] Further, beaker stand 72 includes extending arms 84. Extending arms 84 extend from beaker stand 72 and receive beaker 86 (similar to beaker 20), as shown in
[0040] The presently disclosed beaker cleaning recovery oven 12 aids in reclaiming a substantial amount of the film or residue of cannabis that is left in beaker 86 after it has been used for extracting cannabis oil prior. In one example, the presently disclosed beaker cleaning recovery oven 12 aids in reclaiming 70 to 90% of the film or residue of cannabis that is left in beaker 86 after it has been used for extracting cannabis oil prior. It should be understood that the percentage of film or residue reclaimed varies depending on the cleaning of the beaker, amount of cannabis actually remained in the beaker after it has been used for extracting cannabis oil prior among other factors. At first, cannabis oil is extracted using any conventional extraction process. During the extraction process, vacuum on the cannabis is pulled. Subsequently, a cleaning agent such as ethanol is used to rinse the remains of cannabis in beaker 86. Further, beaker 86 is emptied and placed upside down (as shown in
[0041] After draining, beaker 86 is placed in oven 16 where neck 90 faces down, as shown in
[0042] The above process allows to reclaim a substantial amount of the film or residue of cannabis that was in beaker 86 from previous extraction process. The presently disclosed beaker cleaning recovery oven allows to extract/recover/reclaim cannabis oil from residue and helps to reduce waste and increase profitability. The reclaiming/recovery process further reduces the labour needed to extract the residue in conventional ways with heat guns and manpower, for example.
[0043] Although the above description is explained considering that the beaker cleaning recovery oven includes the oven placed over the cart, it is possible to utilise only the oven to extract the cannabis oil from residue of previous extraction process. In such an implementation, the oven is placed over a surface such as a ground or a table without the need for the cart or stand. However, it is preferable to use the cart as it helps to transport the oven from one place to another. Further, the cart provides the cut-sections for holding extra beakers when not in use. Further, the cart can be used to dry or drain one or more beakers before they are used for extracting the cannabis oil from the residue of previous extraction process. The cart encompasses rails around the legs to protect the beakers from any impact.
[0044] In the above description, numerous specific details are set forth such as examples of some embodiments, specific components, devices, methods, to provide a thorough understanding of embodiments of the present disclosure. It will be apparent to a person of ordinary skill in the art that these specific details need not be employed, and should not be construed to limit the scope of the disclosure.
[0045] In the development of any actual implementation, numerous implementation-specific decisions must be made to achieve the developer's specific goals, such as compliance with system-related and business-related constraints. Such a development effort might be complex and time consuming, but may nevertheless be a routine undertaking of design, fabrication, and manufacture for those of ordinary skill. Hence as various changes could be made in the above constructions without departing from the scope of the invention, it is intended that all matter contained in the above description or shown in the accompanying drawings shall be interpreted as illustrative and not in a limiting sense.
[0046] The foregoing description of embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make and use the subject matter.
