    Abstract

    An elastic TPU polishing composite membrane includes a TPU adhesive film layer, an abrasive layer and a lubricant anti-static coating layer, wherein the TPU adhesive film layer is overlappedly adhered to one surface of the abrasive layer and the lubricant anti-static coating layer is evenly coated on other surface of the abrasive layer.

    Claims

    1. An elastic TPU polishing composite membrane, comprising: an abrasive layer; a TPU adhesive film layer overlappedly adhered to one surface of said abrasive layer; and a lubricant anti-static coating layer evenly coated on other surface of said abrasive layer.

    2. The elastic TPU polishing composite membrane, as recited in claim 1, wherein said TPU adhesive film layer is overlappedly adhered to said abrasive layer by a modified adhesive.

    3. The elastic TPU polishing composite membrane, as recited in claim 2, wherein compositions of manufacturing said modified adhesive include a urethane resin, a curing agent and a flatting agent.

    4. The elastic TPU polishing composite membrane, as recited in claim 3, wherein a basic proportion of said urethane resin, said curing agent and said flatting agent by weight is 100:1020:0.51.5.

    5. The elastic TPU polishing composite membrane, as recited in claim 3, wherein a proportion of said urethane resin, said curing agent and said flatting agent by weight is 100:15:1.

    6. The elastic TPU polishing composite membrane, as recited in claim 1, wherein compositions of manufacturing said lubricant anti-static coating layer include a lubricant solution paraffin, a film-forming agent and an antistatic agent.

    7. The elastic TPU polishing composite membrane, as recited in claim 6, wherein a basic proportion of said lubricant solution paraffin, said film-forming agent and said antistatic agent is 100:812:58.

    8. The elastic TPU polishing composite membrane, as recited in claim 6, wherein a proportion of said lubricant solution paraffin, said film-forming agent and said antistatic agent is 100:10:6.5.

    9. A polishing tool, comprising an elastic TPU polishing composite membrane and a polishing tool main body combined with said elastic TPU polishing composite membrane, wherein said elastic TPU polishing composite membrane comprises an abrasive layer, a TPU adhesive film layer overlappedly adhered to one surface of said abrasive layer, and a lubricant anti-static coating layer, which is evenly coated on other surface of said abrasive layer, wherein said TPU adhesive film layer is affixed to said TPU adhesive film layer of said elastic TPU polishing composite membrane.

    10. The polishing tool, as recited in claim 9, wherein said TPU adhesive film layer is overlappedly adhered to said abrasive layer by a modified adhesive.

    11. The polishing tool, as recited in claim 10, wherein compositions of manufacturing said modified adhesive include a urethane resin, a curing agent and a flatting agent.

    12. The polishing tool, as recited in claim 11, wherein a basic proportion of said urethane resin, said curing agent and said flatting agent by weight is 100:1020:0.51.5.

    13. The polishing tool, as recited in claim 11, wherein a proportion of said urethane resin, said curing agent and said flatting agent by weight is 100:15:1.

    14. The polishing tool, as recited in claim 9, wherein compositions of manufacturing said lubricant anti-static coating layer include a lubricant solution paraffin, a film-forming agent and an antistatic agent.

    15. The polishing tool, as recited in claim 14, wherein a basic proportion of said lubricant solution paraffin, said film-forming agent and said antistatic agent is 100:812:58.

    16. The polishing tool, as recited in claim 14, wherein a proportion of said lubricant solution paraffin, said film-forming agent and said antistatic agent is 100:10:6.5.

    17. A manufacture method of an elastic TPU polishing composite membrane, comprising the steps of: overlappedly adhering a TPU adhesive film layer to one surface of an abrasive layer by a modified adhesive; and evenly coating a lubricant anti-static coating layer on other surface of the abrasive layer so as to form the elastic TPU polishing composite membrane.

    18. The manufacture method, as recited in claim 17, further comprising a step of providing a urethane resin, a curing agent and a flatting agent to form the modified adhesive.

    19. The manufacture method, as recited in claim 18, wherein a basic proportion of the urethane resin, the curing agent and the flatting agent by weight is 100:1020:0.51.5.

    20. The manufacture method, as recited in claim 18, wherein a proportion of the urethane resin, the curing agent and the flatting agent by weight is 100:15:1.

    21. The manufacture method, as recited in claim 17, further comprising a step of: providing a lubricant solution paraffin, a film-forming agent and an antistatic agent to form the lubricant anti-static coating layer.

    22. The manufacture method, as recited in claim 21, wherein a basic proportion of the lubricant solution paraffin, the film-forming agent and the antistatic agent is 100:812:58.

    23. The manufacture method, as recited in claim 21, wherein a proportion of the lubricant solution paraffin, the film-forming agent and the antistatic agent is 100:10:6.5.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Preferred embodiments are provided in the following description only as examples and modifications will be apparent to those skilled in the art. The general principles defined in the following description would be applied to other embodiments, alternatives, modifications, equivalents, and applications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

    [0033] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 of the drawings, an elastic TPU polishing composite membrane 100 and a polishing tool 1000 with the elastic TPU polishing composite membrane 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention are illustrated, wherein the elastic TPU polishing composite membrane 100 comprises a TPU adhesive film layer 10, an abrasive layer 20 and a lubricant anti-static coating layer 30. The abrasive layer 20 is overlappedly connected with the TPU adhesive film layer 10 and is overlapped with the TPU adhesive film layer 10. The lubricant anti-static coating layer 30 is evenly coated on the surface of the abrasive layer 20. The abrasive layer 20 is made of polished abrasive material to polish the surface of the workpiece such as electronic products.

    [0034] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1 of the drawings, the TPU adhesive film layer 10 is overlapped on the top surface of the abrasive layer 20 and the lubricant anti-static coating layer 30 is coated on the bottom surface of the abrasive layer 20. The modified adhesive 40 is firmly adhered the abrasive layer 20 to the TPU adhesive film layer 10 and enhances the adhesive force between the abrasive layer 20 and the TPU adhesive film layer 10. One skilled in the art will understand that the proportion of compositions of manufacturing the modified adhesive 40 of the embodiments of the present invention described above is exemplary only and not intended to be limiting.

For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, the polishing tool 1000 is assembled with a driving member such as a motor and the elastic TPU polishing composite membrane 100 of the polishing tool 1000 is faced outwardly for polishing the surface of the workpiece automatically. One skilled in the art will understand that the shapes and operation manners of the polishing tool 1000 with the elastic TPU polishing composite membrane 100 of the embodiments of the present invention described above are exemplary only and not intended to be limiting.
