Abstract
Glass windbreaker consisting of two parties, the stable (1) and the mobile (7), with surface made of glass (3) & (6) accordingly, has only vertical aluminum profiles (2) & (8) accordingly, and offers unlimited view, movement (up-down) of the mobile part (1) with use of nitrogen gas pistons (10) in the inner of the aluminium profile (2) and of one locking-unlocking mechanism, which consists of plastic accessories (4), (5) located at the bottom edge of the aluminium profile (2) and of the plastic pivot (6), which is on the edge of the rod (9). The glass windbreaker is on the close position when the rod (9) is compressed, but when the rod (9) is released the windbreaker is lifting upwards to the open position.
Claims
1. A glass windbreaker comprising two parts, the mobile and the stable, wherein the glass surface has aluminum profiles and respectively, movement (up and down) of the mobile part with the use of piston of nitrogen gas with rod inside the aluminum profile, wherein at the end the rod comprises additional axis rotary ring which together with the plastic accessories and positioned on the aluminum profile allowing the plastic pivot either to be blocked inside the accessory holding the rod compressed inside the piston and therefore keeping the glass windbreaker in the close position or to allow the plastic pivot to exit releasing the rod from the compressed position inside the piston thereby to lift the mobile part to the open position.
2. The glass windbreaker according to claim 1, wherein the glass surface of the mobile part and the stable has only vertical aluminum profile and, respectively right and left offering unlimited view.
3. The glass windbreaker according to claim 1, wherein the piston of nitrogen gas is inside the aluminum profile and is mounted upside down with its body facing up and its rod facing down.
4. The glass windbreaker according to claim 3, wherein the rod of the piston has an extra axis at its end which allows the plastic pivot to rotate freely.

The glass windbreaker according to claim 1, wherein at the bottom of the aluminum profile the plastic accessories are fastened with screws and with to be applied first onto the aluminum profile and the grooves of the plastic to align the toothing of the plastic and to constitute the main accessory of locking-unlocking along with the plastic pivot.

The glass windbreaker according to claim 1, wherein when the piston of the mobile part from the position of releasing the compressor (open position), the rod with plastic pivot and toothing will pass through the opening of the accessory's toothing without obstacles and shall be guided internally to the toothing of the accessory when the teeth are connected the plastic pivot will rotate in a position where upon its return will be necessarily driven and trapped in the toothing of the plastic, then the piston will remain compressed and the glass windbreaker shall be in the close position.

The glass windbreaker according to claim 6, wherein when the piston of the mobile part from the compressing position (close position) is pressed slightly downwards the rod with the plastic pivot and the toothing will move to the toothing where when the toothing shall be in contact and the pivot will rotate in such a position that at its return it will necessarily be driven between the gaps of the toothing of the plastic and then the piston with the rod will move freely out of the plastic then the piston will expand and the glass windbreaker will be in the open position.

[0012] The glass windbreaker consisting of the mobile part (1) and the stable part (7) has in its inner part the profile (2) pistons (10) of nitrogen gas hanging upside down with their body up and the rod (9) hanging downwardly, plastic accessories (4) & (5) which consist the main accessory of locking unlocking the rod (9) of the piston (10), positioned at the bottom of the profile (2) with the accessory (4) applied first to the aluminum profile (2) and the accessory (5) applied on top to (4) aligned with the recesses (16) and the projections (22), wherein in combination with the extra axis carrying the plastic pivot (6) and rotates freely mounted on the end of the rod (9) allows the plastic pivot (6) to first pass from the openings between the teeth (20) of the accessory (5), to be inserted in the toothing (13) of the accessory (4) is deflected rotationally and during its return to be trapped inside the toothing (20) of the component (5) holding the rod (9) compressed within the body of the piston (10) causing the mobile part of the glass windbreaker to be in the close position.
[0013] With a simple pressing down of the mobile part (1) the plastic pivot (6) with the rod (9) is moving inside the accessories (4) and (5) to the toothing (14) where it is deflected rotationally enabling it to pass between the openings of the teeth (20) of the accessory (5) and be expanded form the body of the piston (10) causing the lifting of the mobile part (1) of the glass windbreaker.
