Abstract
An amplifier circuit includes a first transistor; a first resistor to which a first potential is applied, the first resistor being connected to an emitter of the first transistor; a second resistor to which a second potential is applied, the second resistor being connected to a collector of the first transistor; and a signal control circuit configured to apply, to a base of the first transistor, a voltage that has been level-shifted based on an average value of a voltage at the collector of the first transistor, the signal control circuit being provided between the collector and the base of the first transistor.
Claims
1. An amplifier circuit comprising: a first transistor; a first resistor to which a first potential is applied, the first resistor being connected to an emitter of the first transistor; a second resistor to which a second potential is applied, the second resistor being connected to a collector of the first transistor; and a signal control circuit configured to apply, to a base of the first transistor, a voltage that has been level-shifted based on an average value of a voltage at the collector of the first transistor, the signal control circuit being provided between the collector and the base of the first transistor.

The amplifier circuit according to claim 1, further comprising: a second transistor including a base and a collector, wherein the second potential is applied to the collector of the second transistor and the base of the second transistor is connected to the collector of the first transistor; and a third resistor including terminals, wherein one of the terminals of the third resistor is connected to an emitter of the second transistor and the first potential is applied to another one of the terminals of the third resistor.

The amplifier circuit according to claim 2, wherein the signal control circuit includes: an AD converter configured to convert a voltage at the collector of the first transistor or at the emitter of the second transistor, into a digital signal; a digital signal processing unit configured to generate a digital signal of a voltage that has been level-shifted based on an average value of the voltage that has been converted into the digital signal; and a DA converter configured to convert the digital signal generated by the digital signal processing unit into an analog signal.

The amplifier circuit according to claim 2, wherein the signal control circuit includes: an integration circuit configured to calculate an average value of a voltage at the collector of the first transistor or at the emitter of the second transistor; and a level shift circuit configured to generate a voltage that has been level-shifted based on the average value calculated by the integration circuit.

The amplifier circuit according to claim 4, wherein the level shift circuit includes a subtraction circuit, and the subtraction circuit includes a differential amplifier circuit including input terminals, wherein a third potential is applied to one of the input terminals of the differential amplifier circuit and output of the integration circuit is connected to another one of the input terminals of the differential amplifier circuit.
