    Abstract

    A bottle includes a bottle body having a bottle opening and a bottle lid. The bottle lid has a lid body adapted to be covered on the bottle opening of the bottle body, an opening portion provided on the lid body and an opening cap, wherein the opening portion of the bottle lid forms a drinking opening and the opening cap is adapted to be covered on the opening portion so as to seal the drinking opening formed by the opening portion.

    Claims

    1. A bottle, comprising: a bottle body having a bottle opening, and a bottle lid, which comprises a lid body arranged to be covered on said bottle opening of said bottle body, an opening portion provided on said lid body and an opening cap, wherein said opening portion of said bottle lid has a drinking opening formed therein and said opening cap is arranged to be covered on said opening portion so as to seal said drinking opening defined by said opening portion.

    2. The bottle, as recited in claim 1, wherein said bottle lid further comprises at least one pivot member pivotally provided on said lid body, wherein said opening cap is provided with said pivot member, wherein said opening cap is capable of being pivoted toward said opening portion through said pivot member to cover said opening portion and being pivoted away from said opening portion so as to open said drinking opening of said opening portion.

    3. The bottle, as recited in claim 1, wherein said bottle lid further comprises a handle pivotally provided on said lid body.

    4. The bottle, as recited in claim 2, wherein said bottle lid further comprises a handle pivotally provided on said lid body.

    5. The bottle, as recited in claim 2, wherein said bottle lid comprises two pivot members, wherein said pivot members are respectively and pivotally disposed on said lid body of said bottle lid, wherein said lid body of said bottle lid forms a peripheral groove formed along a periphery of said lid body, wherein the shape and size of said peripheral groove are capable of being matched with said pivot members of said bottle lid, so that said pivot members respectively match with said peripheral groove of said lid body.

    6. The bottle, as recited in claim 4, wherein said bottle lid comprises two pivot members, wherein respectively said pivot members are pivotally disposed on said lid body of said bottle lid, wherein said lid body of said bottle lid forms a peripheral groove formed along a periphery of said lid body, wherein the shape and size of said peripheral groove are matched with said pivot members of said bottle lid, so that said pivot members respectively match with said peripheral groove of said lid body.

    7. The bottle, as recited in claim 3, wherein said lid body has an upper surface and a receiving groove formed on said upper surface of said lid body, wherein said receiving groove is capable of receiving said handle therein.

    8. The bottle, as recited in claim 6, wherein said lid body has an upper surface and a receiving groove formed on said upper surface of said lid body, wherein said receiving groove is capable of receiving said handle therein.

    9. The bottle, as recited in claim 7, wherein said receiving groove of said lid body is extended along said upper surface of said lid body to said periphery of said lid body.

    10. The bottle, as recited in claim 8, wherein said receiving groove of said lid body is extended along said upper surface of said lid body to said periphery of said lid body so as to communicate with said peripheral groove.

    11. The bottle, as recited in claim 3, wherein said bottle lid further comprises a pair of pivots respectively provided in said lid body, wherein said handle of said bottle lid and said pivot member are respectively and pivotally provided on said pivots.

    12. The bottle, as recited in claim 4, wherein said bottle lid further comprises a pair of pivots respectively provided in said lid body, wherein said handle of said bottle lid and said pivot member are respectively and pivotally provided on said pivots.

    13. The bottle, as recited in claim 1, wherein said bottle further comprises a receiving unit extended downwardly from said bottle body, wherein said receiving unit forms a receiving chamber.

    14. The bottle, as recited in claim 13, wherein said receiving unit comprises a molding portion, a bottom portion and at least one folding layer provided between said molding portion and said bottom portion, wherein said molding portion, said bottom portion and said folding layer form said receiving chamber.

    15. The bottle, as recited in claim 15, wherein said molding portion of said folding layer is rigid and the shape of said molding portion is flat.

A receiving unit for a bottle, comprising: a molding portion detachably provided on the bottle body of the bottle; a bottom portion; and at least one folding layer provided between said molding portion and said bottom portion, wherein said molding portion, said bottom portion and said folding layer form a receiving chamber.

    29. The receiving unit, as recited in claim 28, wherein said molding portion of said folding layer is rigid and a shape of said molding portion is flat.

    30. The receiving unit, as recited in claim 28, wherein said receiving unit further comprises a hand-hold portion provided on said molding portion.

    31. A bottle, comprising: a bottle body having a bottle opening; and a bottle lid, which comprises a lid body arranged to be covered on said bottle opening of said bottle body, an opening portion provided on said lid body, an opening cap, a pivot member, and a handle, wherein said opening portion of said bottle lid forms a drinking opening and said opening cap is arranged to be covered on said opening portion so as to seal said drinking opening formed by said opening portion, wherein said handle is provided on said lid body, wherein one end of said pivot member is pivotally provided on said handle and other end of said pivot member is provided on said opening cap.

    32. The bottle, as recited in claim 31, further comprising a fixing wing extended downward from said lid body, wherein said fixing wing is provided toward said bottle body, wherein one end of said handle is provided on said lid body of said bottle lid, and the other end of said handle is provided on said fixing wing of said bottle lid.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
