DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(17)
(18) Those side surfaces 101, 103 are spaced from each other by two spaces 25. It is however also possible to provide a different number of spaces 25 or even no spaces 25.
(19) A longitudinal rail 5 is arranged at the top surface 102 and a transverse rail 7 is arranged at the side surface 101. Adjoining the article of furniture 100 it is possible to see a front 104 of an adjacent article of furniture.
(20) The detail view in
(21)
(22) In addition
(23) A guide device 22 permits displacement of a carrier 21 (not visible) along a transverse rail 7.
(24) In this embodiment the longitudinal rail 5 and the transverse rail 7 are rigidly connected together by means of two pins 18, 20. It is however also possible to envisage providing a non-rigid coupling or no connection between the longitudinal rail 5 and the transverse rail 7. It is also possible to provide any number of pins 18, 20.
(25) The detail in
(26)
(27) As a result the furniture door 2 is aligned with a front 104 of an adjacent article of furniture.
(28)
(29)
(30) A moveable furniture door 2 in a closed position is substantially parallel to the side surface 101 and thus to the depth direction 8 of the side space 4.
(31) In a displacement operation the longitudinal rail 5 and the transverse rail 7 are displaced parallel to the longitudinal extent 11 of the transverse rail 7. In this respect the longitudinal extent 11 is substantially parallel to the side surface 101 and to the depth direction 8 of the side space 4.
(32)
(33) The Figure shows a carrier 21, to which a furniture door 2 (not shown) is fitted. In this case the carrier 21 is displaceable along the transverse rails 7.
(34) A longitudinal rail 5 and the transverse rails 7 are displaceable in a displacement operation substantially parallel to a longitudinal extent 11 of the transverse rail 7, a depth direction 8 of a side space 4 and a side surface 101.
(35) As this embodiment shows it is possible to provide any number of transverse rails 7.
(36) It is also possible to provide a plurality of longitudinal rails 5.
(37)
(38) A guide device 22 is arranged moveably on the transverse rail 7. A bridging portion 24 in this arrangement bridges over a gap between a longitudinal rail (not shown) and an upper part of the guide device 22.
(39)
(40) It is also possible to see a transitional region 12 for a moveable furniture door 2. That transitional region 12 is shown again in a detail view.
(41) It is possible to see therein an adjusting device 10 for displacement of the longitudinal rail 5 and/or the transverse rail 7 substantially parallel to a longitudinal direction 11 of the at least one transverse rail 7 relative to the stationary furniture part 3.
(42) The adjusting device has an actuating element 13. The actuating element 13 is rotatable about a longitudinal axis 14 of the actuating element 13 and has a tool receiving means 15. The tool receiving means 15 can be designed to receive any ordinary tools and/or to receive tools which are especially developed for an assembly according to the invention.
(43)
(44) In this embodiment the article of furniture 100 has two transverse rails 7. A carrier 21 is arranged moveably by means of guide devices 22 on the transverse rails 7.
(45) A moveable furniture door 2 is again arranged on the carrier 21.
(46) If there are two or more transverse rails 7 then an associated adjusting device 10 can also be provided for each of those transverse rails 7. The number of transverse rails 7 and adjusting devices 10 can however also be of differing magnitude.
(47)
(48) A connection of the transverse rail 7 to the side wall 101 (not shown) is provided by means of fixing interfaces 16 of two fixing devices 9. It is however also possible to provide any number of fixing devices 9.
(49) The fixing devices 9 can have rail-shaped portions 17 in this arrangement.
(50) A detail view in
(51) That actuating element 13 is rotatable about its longitudinal axis 14 and has a tool receiving means 15.
(52) The actuating element 13 is preferably in the form of a screw with a male thread. It will be noted that various design configurations of the actuating device are possible, like for example in the form of pins having a plurality of latching positions.
(53) There can also be an additional fastening device which prevents a self-implementing change in the position of the actuating element 13.
(54)
(55)
(56)
(57) The guide device 22 is moveably coupled to a transverse rail 7 and is connected to a carrier 21. The carrier 21 and the furniture door 2 (not shown) arranged on that carrier 21 can be displaced along the transverse rail 7 by means of the guide device 22.
(58) The longitudinal rail 5 has two pins 18, 20 engaging into two openings 19 in the transverse rail 7. The longitudinal rail 5 and the transverse rail 7 are thereby rigidly connected together. Upon displacement of the transverse rail 7 the longitudinal rail 5 is also moved to the same degree.
(59) A first pin 18, 20 in that arrangement transmits forces in the direction of a longitudinal extent (not shown) of the transverse rail 7. The other second pin 18, 20 is responsible for avoiding tilting of the longitudinal rail 5 in the vertical direction.
(60) The detail in
(61)
(62) A moveable furniture door 2 is in an open position.
(63) It will be seen that a front side of an adjusting device 10 is aligned with a front edge of a transverse rail 7.
(64)
(65) The longitudinal rail 5 was also moved in the direction of the spacer 25 by the connection of the transverse rail 7 to a longitudinal rail 5 by way of pins 18, 20.
(66) As the carriage 23, the carrier 21 and therewith the moveable furniture door 2 are mounted moveably to the transverse rail 7 by way of the guide device 22, the carriage 23, the carrier 21, the moveable furniture door 2 and the guide device 22 were also moved in the direction of the spacer 25.
