[0079] Refer to
[0080] The glove body 1 includes a hand back portion 7 and a palm portion 8. The hand back portion 7 and the palm portion 8 are connected by sewing, to ensure integrity and durability of the glove body 1.
[0081] The heating wire 2 is a high-quality heating wire 2 that is wrapped with an insulating material, and an electronic wire that is connected to two ends of the heating wire 2. The heating wire and the electronic wire form a heating harness 15. The heating harness 15 is cleverly placed inside the glove along outer edges of five fingers as shown in the figure, to achieve more accurate heating on the glove body 1, in particular to a fingertip area. Therefore, a structure that heats around the fingertip is formed.
[0082] To better fasten the heating harness 15 in the glove, the cloth strip fixing structure 4 is disposed. This structure is formed by folding a cloth strip in half, and sewing is performed at a middle part of the folded cloth strip in a length direction, to form a cloth casing 5 and a sewn fabric edge 6.
[0083] Two long side edges of the cloth strip are folded in half, and sewn at a position close to a middle part of the cloth strip in a length direction of the cloth strip, to form the cloth casing 5 and the sewn fabric edge 6. This design ensures that the heating harness 15 more stable, and improves comfort and durability of the glove.
[0084] The cloth strip may be a cloth strip whose width is more than 8 mm and less than 20 mm, to ensure that the cloth strip can provide sufficient fixing strength without affecting dexterity of the glove because of an excessive size. Meanwhile, a width of the sewn fabric edge 6 is greater than 4 mm, to facilitate sewing.
[0085] In addition, the design structure for gloves capable of heating around a fingertip has a wiring point 9. The wiring point 9 is a wiring structure that is known to those of ordinary skill in the art and is used to electrical connection of the circuit. The wiring point 9 is an electrical connection point between the heating wire 2 and the electronic wire 3, and is an interface for an external power supply. The wiring point 9 is disposed on an outer portion of the glove body 1, and an insulation sheath is used as an insulating material, to ensure safety during use.
[0086] The hand back portion 7 and the palm portion 8 of the glove body 1 each include an outer cotton layer 11 and a lining layer 12, to provide sufficient warmth and comfort. The heating harness 15 is fastened in the glove body 1 through the sewn fabric edges 6, and is in close contact with a lining layer 12 of the hand back portion 7 and a lining layer 12 of the palm portion 8, to ensure that heat is quickly and uniformly transferred to the fingertips.
[0087] The temperature controller 10 is disposed on the hand back of the glove body 1, so that a user can conveniently adjust the temperature at any time. The electronic wire 3 and the power input wire are electrically connected to the temperature controller 10 separately, to provide the user with convenient use experience.

This belongs to the extended embodiments known to those of ordinary skill in the art. This design improves overall aesthetics of the glove, and further enhances durability and protective properties of the glove.
[0089] In terms of a processing method, a technological process for the design structure for gloves capable of heating around a fingertip includes: firstly, wrapping a heating harness 15 with a cloth strip, in the and forming a sewn fabric edge 6 on a side of the cloth strip; secondly, first sewing the heating harness 15 on a hand back portion 7 or a palm portion 8 of a glove body 1; and finally, sewing the hand back portion 7 or the palm portion 8 to form an intact glove body 1. In this process, the sewn fabric edges 6 are sewn to enable the whole glove to be more solid and durable.
Embodiment 1
[0090]
[0091] The heating harness 15 is based on a heating wire 2 (a heating strip) wrapped with an insulation sheath 14. Two ends of the heating wire 2 are fastened to an electronic wire 3, to form an intact heating harness 15. This structure ensures efficiency and safety of heating.
[0092]
[0093] To ensure solidity and comfort of the heating harness 15, a cloth strip whose width is between 8 mm and 20 mm is used to wrap the heating harness 15. This width range ensures a sufficient wrapping area and ensures lightness and dexterity of the glove.
[0094]
[0095] The wrapping steps are delicate and rigorous: Firstly, the selected cloth strip is tightly wrapped on the heating wire 2 which has been protected by the sheath. Secondly, the cloth strip is sewed and fastened through a professional stitching technology, to ensure that the cloth strip is perfectly adhered to the heating wire 2. Finally, a cloth edge whose size is at least 4 mm is disposed on the other side of the heating wire 2, to subsequently sew and fasten the heating harness onto the cotton lining at a same of the hand back and palm along the outer edges of the fingers. In addition, to clearly show positional and structural relationships, there are relatively large gaps between the various components. However, in actual processing, those of ordinary skill in the art should know that the various components are tightly fitted with each other, which belong to the extended embodiment as known to those of ordinary skill in the art.
[0096]
[0097] To ensure accurate transmission of heat and comfort of the glove, after the cloth strip is wrapped on the heating harness 15, a sewn fabric edge 6 whose size is at least 5 mm is specifically disposed. This design enables the heating harness 15 to be accurately sewn and fastened to the cotton lining at the seam of the hand back and the palm along the outer edges of the five fingers, to implement efficient heating around the fingertips.
[0098]
[0099] This step is crucial. Firstly, the heating harness 15 wrapped with the cloth casing 5 is firmly sewn onto either side of the cotton lining of the hand back or the palm through the sewn fabric edge 6. Secondly, after ensuring that a position of the heating harness 15 is accurate, the cotton lining on the other side is sewn and fastened to the heating harness 15. For example, the heating harness 15 may be sewn along the outer edges of the five fingers of the hand back of the cotton lining (as shown in the sewing thread 16 in

[0104] In a process of sewing the cotton lining of the hand back to the cotton lining of the palm, sewing is temporarily stopped at the position of the wiring point 9. After the wiring point 9 and the electronic wire 3 are pulled outside of the cotton lining, outer edges of the rest cotton linings are continuously fastened. This avoids feeling of a foreign body during wearing, and greatly improves comfort and convenience of the gloves. As the interface for the external power supply, the wiring point 9 is disposed on the outer portion of the glove body 1 and is tightly wrapped with the insulation sheath, to ensure safety during use.
