    Abstract

Unlike other sealing devices which are internal to a bag and adhered to the bag by heat or glue the current invention is external to the bag, is not adhered to the bag by heat or glue, is free to be moved up or down the bag to remove excess air, is reusable, and can be used on one type of a bag in one instant, removed, and be used on another type of bag. Furthermore, on current sealing devices if anything comes in-between the male and female seals which go directly into each other it renders the seal ineffective, but the current invention is not disturbed at all, and in fact the bag type container becomes part of the seal.

    Claims

    1. A seal for securing a bag type container in-between the seal comprising: a) A flexible longitudinal seal with an orthogonal male portion that goes from narrow to wide one or more times in the direction of its outer limit that extends across the entire length of the seal which is one part of the seal; and b) a bag type container which becomes a part of the seal in-between the male and female portion of the seal; and c) a flexible longitudinal seal with a female portion that goes from narrow to wide one or more times in the direction of the inside of the seal that extends across the entire length of the seal which is the other part of the seal and has the means to secure a bag type container that is shaped in such a manner where the female side of the seal has a portion which grabs the bag type container and the matching male portion of the seal at its narrowest point.

    2. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a longitudinal seal with an orthogonal male portion that extends for the entire length of the seal with the narrowest portion of the male seal further away from the side of said seal.

    3. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal that is flexible or bends.

    4. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal that is open at one end or both ends.

    5. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal that is closed at both ends.

    6. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal with tabs.

    7. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal with one side higher along the longitudinal side of the seal.

    8. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal with an offset angle(s).

    9. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal with a hole(s).

    10. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal with magnet(s).

    11. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal with an area for identification.

    12. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal with multiple seals with extra space.

    13. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising the means to cut the bag type container.

    14. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising the means to lock seal.

    15. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal with the means to zip and unzip seal on top.

    16. The seal according to claim #1 comprising a seal with the means using teeth to lock and unlock along the length of the seal.

    17. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising the means to lock open ended seal.

    18. The seal according to claim #1 further comprising a seal that can be any shape, size, or material.
