Abstract
A bridge plank applicable to construction sites includes a main board, a left wall and a right wall which are respectively disposed at two sides of the bottom of the main board. The left and right walls are integrally molded with the main board. Front and back ends of the main board are each provided with an end cap. The left and right walls are identical in structure and each includes an outer wall. Bottoms of the outer walls are bent towards the inside of the main board to form footings that are parallel to the main board. Ends of the lower bent footings are then bent upwards to form inner walls. Top edges of the inner walls are in direct contact with the bottom of the main board. Compared with the prior art, this bridge plank is strengthened in rigidity and completely eradicates potential safety hazards.
Claims
1. A bridge plank applicable to construction sites, comprising of a main board, a left wall and a right wall respectively disposed on two sides of the main board, wherein the left and right walls are integrally molded in one-piece with the main board, and a front end and a back end of the main board are each provided with an end cap; wherein the left and right walls are identical in structure and each comprises of an outside wall, bottoms of the outside walls are bent towards the inside of the main board to form lower bent side boards parallel to the main board, with tail ends of lower walls bent upwards to form inner walls, and top edges of inside walls directly contacting with the bottom of the main board.
2. The bridge plank applicable to the construction sites according to claim 1, wherein the end caps each comprises of an outer wall, bottoms of the outer walls are bent inwardly towards the main board to form lower bent boards parallel to the main boards, with tail ends of the lower bent boards bent upwards to form inner walls, and top ends of the inner walls bent to serve as hand protection boards with the tail ends in direct contact with the inner walls of the end caps.
3. The bridge plank applicable to the construction sites according to claim 2, wherein tail ends of metal sheets are in contact with the inner walls of the end caps, with the hand protection boards bent to form attaching boards inside, and the attaching boards are directly attached to the inner walls of the end caps.
4. The bridge plank applicable to the construction sites according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of reinforcing stiffeners are disposed at the bottom of the main board, located between the left and right walls and parallel to the end caps.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
[0012] To make those skilled in this technical field have a better understanding of the scheme of the present invention, a further detailed description of the present invention is given as follows in combination with the drawings and embodiments.
[0013] As shown in
[0014] In order to be more tightly attached to the inner walls of the outside of the end caps 4, the tail ends, in contact with the inner walls of the end caps 4, of the hand protection boards 44 are bent to form attaching boards 45, and the attaching boards are attached to the inner walls of the end caps.
[0015] The left wall 2 and the right wall 3 of the main board are identical in structure. Herein, the structure of the left wall 2 and the right wall 3 is described with the left wall 2 as an example. The left wall 2 and the right wall 3 each comprises of an outside wall 21. Namely, the left wall comprises of an outside wall 21, wherein a bottom of the outside wall is bent towards the inside of the main board to form a lower bent side board 22 parallel to the main board, and a tail end of the lower bent side board is bent upwards to form an inside wall 23, with a top edge of the inside wall making direct contact with the bottom of the main board.
[0016] A plurality of reinforcing stiffeners 5 are disposed at the bottom of the main board 1, located between the left wall 2 and the right wall 3 and are parallel to the end caps 4.
[0017] Although the present invention is described with the embodiments, those ordinarily skilled in this field would appreciate that various transformations and alterations of the present invention can be made without deviating the spirit of the present invention, and all these transformations and alterations intend to be included with the claims without deviating the spirit of the present invention.
