Abstract
The present disclosure relates generally to backpack, or waist pack type personal hydration systems that store and disburse fluids, and more particularly to those systems that have novel improvements such splash guards, costuming, various attachments, additional elements including hoods, eyewear, and other improving features.
Claims
1. A hydration pack comprising: at least one flexible bladder for containment of fluid; at least one first opening or fluid inlet on the said bladder for filling said bladder with said fluid; said first opening or fluid inlet having a removably or non-removably attached inlet securing device with removably or non-removably attached closure device; at least one second opening or fluid outlet for extracting, transporting, and distributing said fluid from the said bladder; said second opening or fluid outlet having at least one removably or non-removably attached outlet securing device; attached to said outlet securing device is at least one removably or non-removably attached tube or hose attaching and securing device; attached to said tube or hose attaching and securing device is at least one tube or hose for transporting and dispensing fluid; and said tube or hose having a second removably or non-removably attached male and female attaching and securing device; said second tube or hose attaching and securing device is removably or non-removably attached to at least one of the following: at least one fluid releasing device, at least one splash unit, at least one other attachment or accessory; said at least one flexible bladder having a top sealed border section; said top sealed border section having a die cut or other formed hole on top of bladder sealed border section of bladder; said bladder is removably or non-removably attached to a pack; said bladder is removably or permanently attached to a pack for example by male female Velcro or another securing device(s) and the securing device(s) are for securing said bladder hole on top of bladder to pack; said pack having at least one inner compartment for holding the said at least one bladder; said pack having one or more, or two or more, removably or non-removably attached adjustable or non-adjustable straps, waist-straps, shoulder straps, shoulder strap devices, shoulder strap systems, or shoulder straps with shoulder strap adjusting and/or securing devices.

The invention of claim 1, additional comprising at least one of the following: said closure device is a removably attached cap; said removably attached cap if present having a tethered attaching/securing piece which keeps the said cap from becoming lost when the cap is removed by User for filling said bladder or any other reason; said outlet securing device having a male and female outlet groove system said outlet groove system if present having at least one removably or non-removably secured rubber o ring to keep the connection air tight and avoid leakage, and at least one tube or hose attaching and securing device; said inlet securing device is a male and female inlet groove system; said pack is for removably resting on, securing or attaching to, a user's back; said hose having a second removably or non-removably attached male and female securing device such as grove system or other type of securing device, and removably or non-removably secured rubber o ring, and tube or hose attaching and securing device to attach it to at least one water, liquid or fluid releasing device; said pack for removably resting on, securing or attaching to, a user's back, having at least one inner compartment for holding at least one bladder, having two or more removable or permanently attached adjustable or non-adjustable shoulder straps or shoulder straps with shoulder strap adjusting devices
3. The invention of claim 1, wherein said transportation of fluid is hands free.
4. The invention of claim 1, wherein said tube or hose release device is further permanently or removably or non-removably attached to at least one splash guard or splash unit.
5. The invention of claim 4, wherein said splash guard AKA splash unit is any size, shape, dimension, thickness, length, width, Hight, dimension including, but not limited to, 2-d or 3-d.
6. The invention of claim 4, wherein said splash guard is butterfly shaped.
7. The invention of claim 1, wherein said pack is a day pack, sports pack, hiking pack, travel pack, waist-pack, belt-pack, fanny pack, carry-bag. vest, waist or chest bag, or back pack, beach-pack.
8. The invention of claim 1, wherein said pack includes at least one pocket.
9. The invention of claim 8, wherein said pocket if present includes at least one pocket closing or locking device.
10. The invention of claim 1, wherein said release device is a mouthpiece.
11. The invention of claim 10, wherein said mouthpiece is removable or non-removable.
12. The invention of claim 1, wherein said mouthpiece is a bitable, flexible, and/or soft flexible mouthpiece.
13. The invention of claim 1, wherein said mouthpiece has at least one hole for releasing fluid into user and/or others mouth(s) or for releasing fluid otherwise.
14. The invention of claim 1, wherein said releasing device is any kind of removably or non-removably attachable accessory or device.
15. The invention of claim 14, wherein said accessory includes at least one of the following, in whole or in part: water toy, water gun, bubble toy, target toy, target shooting toy, toy, game, atomizer device, mister device, fan, showerhead, shower nozzle, hose nozzle, pressure nozzle, splash guard, non-functional design, removably or permanently attached molded splash guard, fake body parts, fake ears, fake mouth, fake face or head parts, at least one removably or non-removeable 2-D or 3-D element or attachment.
16. The invention of claim 1, wherein said mouthpiece is a bite type mouthpiece, or includes a bite or bite valve mouthpiece.

The invention of claim 1, wherein said bite valve mouthpiece is comprised of a valve member having a valve opening and a clip closure which normally closes the valve opening to prevent the flow of water, the clip being flexed open when a user bites down to release the valve opening and thus allow water to flow through the mouthpiece.
18. The invention of claim 1, additionally comprising a liquid volume measuring grid located on the outside of said bladder.
19. The invention of claim 1, wherein said hydration pack additionally comprises a hood.
20. The invention of claim 1, wherein said hydration pack additionally comprises at least one of the following: hood, wings, cape, mask, eyewear, hat, collar, scarf, shawl, liner, cover, raincover, weather cover, sun protection cover, headwear, plush, tent, apparel, clothing.
21. The invention of claim 20, additionally comprised of a hood and headwear attaching device to removably attach said hood to said hydration pack.
22. The invention of claim 21, wherein said hood and headwear attaching device is at least one of the following: zipper, button(s), snap(s), Velcro, hook(s), loop(s), magnet(s).
23. The invention of claim 19, wherein said hood can fold or close upon itself
24. The invention of claim 19, wherein said Hood in folded or closed state has at least one closing and locking device.
25. The invention of claim 19, wherein said Hood Locking device can be snap or other attaching device.
26. The invention of claim 1, wherein said invention additionally comprises removable or non-removable eyewear and/or a hood and eyewear can be removably interchangeable.
27. The invention of claim 26, wherein said Hood if present additionally has at least one cut out or die cut or other means for attaching at least one eyewear glasses or at least one lens(s) or googles.
28. The invention of claim 26, wherein said eyewear is googles or snorkeling mask.
29. The invention of claim 26, wherein said eyewear is diffraction eyewear, or refractive eyewear or eyewear exhibiting a rainbow effect, light altering, having kaleidoscope effect, glow in the dark.
30. The invention of claim 26, wherein said Eyewear is at least one of: diffraction shades, eye-wear, googles, eyepieces clear, colored, sun glasses, glasses, mask, lens(s), any shape or size and might be printed on.
31. The invention of claim 3, wherein said splash guard AKA splash unit, can be any shape or size, including but not limited to the shape of a butterfly.
32. The invention of claim 1, wherein said invention additionally comprises in part or in whole a costume, which can be a 2-D or 3-D costume, in whole or in part, and/or at least one role-play design.
33. The invention of claim 1, wherein said pack and/or bladder is/are clear.

The invention of claim 1, wherein said materials and also including but not limited splash guard materials in part or in whole are at least one of: woven, synthetic fur, plastic, nylon, rubber, metal, wood, ceramic, paper, cardboard, polyester, PVC, PU, sequins, organza, glitter, sequence, holographic PVC, plush, vinyl, cork, soft, and/or EVA, rhinestones, leather, lenticular, silicone, molded or non-molded. (need materials for splash guardpvc, silicone, plastic, rubber, pu, polyester, Eva) decorated with anything, printed or non-printed, molded or non-molded,
35. The invention of claim 1, wherein said pack and bladder(s) are clear.

48. The invention of claim 1, wherein said invention additionally comprises attachable accessories like water gun(s), fan(s), misters, toy guns, toy water products, different shaped water guns and shooters, toys, atomizers, nozzles, sprayers, mouth sprayer, mouth shooter.

60. The invention of claim 1 additionally comprising a pump having a fluid inlet for drawing in water under the action of the pump and a fluid outlet coupled to the hydration bladder for transferring said water to the hydration bladder;
61. The invention of claim 46 wherein the said pump is also operative to transfer air from the pump inlet to the pump outlet so that, in use, the pump can fill the hydration bladder with water from a source and pressurize the hydration bladder with air.
62. The invention of claim 1 additionally including at least one water filter coupled to receive water from the hydration bladder;
63. The invention of claim 1, further comprised of a cooling device connected within the transportation/distribution line from the bladder to affect the fluid in a way like running fluid through cold rocks in a stream before drinking.
64. A hydration pack according to claim 62, wherein the said water filter is located within the hydration bladder.
65. A hydration pack according to claim 62, wherein the said water filter is removable from the hydration bladder.
66. A hydration pack according to claim 62, wherein the said water filter comprises one or more hollow fiber membranes which are effective to pass water in preference to air under the influence of a pressure differential.
67. A hydration pack according to claim 9, wherein the bite valve mouth piece comprises an atomizer portion actuable to deliver a spray mist of water.
68. The invention of claim 14, further comprising an atomizer portion actuable to deliver a spray mist of water.
69. The invention of claim 1, wherein said invention additionally comprises at least one dress-up and/or role-play element secured to, attached to, or as part of any part or portion of the present invention.
70. The invention of claim 1, wherein said invention additionally comprises at least one three-dimensional costume component.

The invention of claim 70, wherein said three-dimensional costume is made from at least one of, in whole or in part, a fast drying material such as nylon, spandex, rayon, synthetic material, natural material, hard plastic, sequins, waterproof and/or water resistant materials, in whole or in part and/or further comprising of accessories, such as gloves, at least one hat, footwear, goggles, masks, attachable appendages, permanently attached appendages, costume body parts, at least one noise making device.

The invention of claim 1, further is comprised of or associated with at least one of: drinking water containers; fluid containers; Flexible fluid container; disposable fluid container; eye ware; sunglasses; goggles; refractive goggles; hiking water supply; camping water supply; baby and infant fluid, water, liquid or formula distribution; hot packs; cold packs; frozen packs; pants, shorts, skirts, swim wear, jackets, socks, gloves, headphones, Hydration hoods, hood; hats; fanny packs, masks, bandanas, shoe, t-shirts, apparel, jewelry.
73. The invention of claim 1, wherein the packs that are part of the present invention can be glow in the dark bags.
74. The invention of claim 28, wherein the eyewear of the present invention in at least one embodiment can be a Snorkel and/or mask in whole or part.
75. The invention of claim 1 additionally may include a removably or permanently attached Cup.
76. The said at least one strap of the present invention of claim 1 can also include Small bag attachments, other attachments to the at least one strap including but not limited to smart phone cases.
