DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0046] The first to seventh preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail as follows. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings and can be appropriately changed within the scope described in claims.
First Embodiment
[0047] An upper garment with grips A according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a long sleeve upper garment body 10 and a plurality of grips 20 provided on the upper garment body 10. As illustrated in
[0048] Sleeves 11 are provided on the upper garment body 10, and the sleeves 11 are formed in a long sleeve as shown in
[0049] The grips 20 includes band-like grips 210 formed in a band shape, and the both ends of the band-like grip 210 are fixed to the upper garment body 10. The shape of the grips 20 may be any shape as long as the wearer X can grasp it with the palm. That is, besides the grips as band-like (the band-like grip 210), a ring-shaped or string-shaped can also be exemplified. Although the grips 20 are preferably sewn to be fixed, an adhesion unit such as an adhesive agent may be used. In addition, the grips 20 can be colored in a different color from the upper garment body 10 to use as an accent of the clothes design. Now that, the grips 20 is preferably made of the aforementioned washable fabric such as cotton or cannabis, as with the upper garment body 10. Yet, it is obvious that the material usually used for outerwear can be used.
[0050] As shown in
[0051] The upper arm grips 211 are provided on the upper arm outer section of the upper garment body 10, and one end of the upper arm grip 211 is fixed to the shoulder side, and the other end is fixed to the elbow side. The forearm grips 212 are provided on the forearm back side of the upper garment body 10, and one end of the forearm grip 212 is fixed to the elbow side, and the other end is fixed to the wrist side. The upper arm grip 211 and the forearm grip 212 are sleeve grips provided on the sleeves 11 of the upper garment body 10.
[0052] The shoulder grips 213 are provided on the upper surface of the shoulder side in the upper garment body 10, and then one end of the shoulder grip 213 is fixed to the neck side, and the other end is fixed to the upper arm side. The armpit grips 214 are provided at a portion between under arm and waist in the upper garment body 10, and one side of the armpit grip 214 is fixed to the underarm side, and the other side is fixed to the waist side. The waist-side grips 215 are provided at the side of the waist in the upper garment body 10, then one end of the waist-side grip 215 is fixed to the armpit side, and the other end is fixed to the upper part of thigh side. The shoulder grip 213, the armpit grip 214, and the waist-side grip 215 are desirably provided on the back-body side of the upper garment body 10 such that the wearer X can easily grip them.
[0053] The band-like grip 210 is exemplified using positions of the upper arm grips 211, the forearm grips 212, the shoulder grips 213, the armpit grips 214, and the waist-side grips 215, to explain the positions of the grips 20. The example is not for making limitations of band-like grip 210 moreover, other kinds of grips 20 can be used obviously.
[0054] According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the burden on the wearer X while holding the child Y, without using items such as a baby carrier strap or a child care carrier that need to be carried. That is, since the grips 20 is provided on the upper garment body 10, when the child Y is held, the burden directly applied on the arm on the wearer X can be dispersed over the entire upper body including the back by grasping the grips 20. Therefore, the wearer X can hold the child Y without feeling fatigue for a long time using the present invention which is needless to use aforementioned items such as the baby carrier strap. Further, the grips 20 can also be used as a place where the child Y grips. That is, the child Y can easily grasp the wearer X, and the burden on the wearer X can be reduced by grasping the grips 20 by the child Y.
[0055] Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to smoothly perform holding/putting-down operation of the child Y. That is, in the case of using items such as a baby carrier strap or a child care carrier, it has been necessary to attach a string to the child Y or fix the child Y to a child care carrier. On the other hand, in case of using the upper garment with grips A of the present invention, the wearer X can make a holding position easily only by hugging each other with the child Y. For this reason, the wearer X is able to make the posture of holding smoothly without attaching any items to the child Y or lift the child Y at a high position, that is, the burden on the wearer X can be reduced. Especially, in the period that the child Y often asks the parents to hold his or her up, the parents can fully respond to the requests of the child Y by using the present invention. Moreover, the child Y can fully feel the affection of parents as same reason. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to safely perform the holding/putting-down operation of the child Y. That is, the risk of an accident of dropping the child Y can be reduced since there is no need to lift the child Y higher than the bag-like holding unit at the time of the holding/putting-down operation.
[0056] Further, according to the present embodiment, by adopting the band-like grip 210 in the grips 20, the burden on the palm and fingers can be reduced. In the case of grasping the grips 20 for a long time, a large load is applied to the palm and fingers to maintain the grip strength even if the arms are not tired. Therefore, by fixing the both ends by forming the grips 20 in a band shape, it is possible to hook the band-like portion of the grips 20 through the palm or fingers. Thus, it is possible to reduce the burden on the palm and fingers. Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to manufacture upper garment with grips A easily by merely attaching the band-like grips 210.
[0057] Further, according to the present invention, since the material of the upper garment body 10 and the grips 20 is the washable fabric, it is possible to keep the upper garment with grips A sanitary. That is, even when the child Y smears the upper garment with grips A by mouth water, sweat (including night sweat), urine or feces, the upper garment with grips A can be easily washed in a washing machine and can be kept sanitary.
[0058] Further, according to the present invention, unlike conventional baby carrier straps and child care carriers, since there is no change from the design of ordinary clothes, it is possible to reduce the discomfort of wearing the upper garment with grips A. That is, the upper garment with grips A can provide opportunities to hold a child (communicating with a child) more to parents who think do not hold a child because a baby carrier strap is not attractive.
[0059] Further, the upper garment with grips A according to the present invention can also be used for carrying packages. That is, the present invention is not limitedly applied to hold the child Y, since the load directly applied to the arm can be dispersed by grasping the grips 20 even in the case of carrying a heavy package.
Second Embodiment
[0060] Hereinafter, an upper garment with grips B according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to
[0061] The grips 20 according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes insertion portions 220 having a notch 2201 into which at least one finger can be inserted.
[0062] The insertion portion 220 includes the notch 2201 and a bag portion 2202 connected to the notch 2201. The insertion portion 220 is formed in a pocket shape as a whole, and it is also possible to store small articles in the bag portion 2202.
[0063] The notch 2201 is formed by providing a notch in the fabric of an upper garment body 10. Both ends of the notch 2201 are preferably reinforced so as not to be broken even when a load is applied. The notch 2201 is formed to have a length capable of inserting at least one finger, may be formed to have a length capable of inserting a plurality of fingers, or may be formed to have a length capable of inserting the wrist. It is also possible to provide a plurality of notches 2201 at the peripheral position such that each finger can be inserted separately.
[0064] As illustrated in
[0065] In addition, the bag portion 2202 preferably has a depth of about 3 to 7 centimeters such that the fingers and palm can be fully deeply inserted. Further, in
[0066] The insertion portion 220 is disposed at a position where assistance is needed when the wearer X holds the child Y or carries a package. As illustrated in
[0067] The upper arm insertion portion 221 is provided on the upper arm outer section, and one end of the upper arm insertion portion 221 is fixed to the shoulder side, and the other end is fixed to the elbow side. The forearm insertion portion 222 is provided on the forearm back side, and one end of the forearm insertion portion 222 is disposed on the elbow side, and the other end is disposed on the wrist side. Further, the forearm insertion portion 222 may be formed to be a notch parallel to a cuff 11a (refer to
[0068] The shoulder insertion portion 223 is provided on the upper surface side of the shoulder, and one end of the shoulder insertion portion 223 is disposed on the neck side, and the other end is disposed on the upper arm side. The armpit insertion portion 224 is provided at a portion from the armpit to the waist, one side of the armpit insertion portion 224 is disposed on the armpit side, and the other side is disposed on the waist side. The waist-side insertion portion 225 is provided at the side surface position of the waist, and one end of the waist-side insertion portion 225 is disposed on the armpit side, and the other end is disposed on the upper part of thigh side. In addition, the shoulder insertion portion 223, the armpit insertion portion 224, and the waist-side insertion portion 225 are desirably provided on the back-body side of the upper garment body 10 such that a wearer can easily insert. Note that, in the insertion portion 220, such as the angle of the notch 2201 and the depth of the bag portion 2202 can be appropriately changed such that the wearer X can easily insert the finger and hand.
[0069] Further, as the grips 20, a cuff grip 30 can be further provided on the cuff 11a. As illustrated in
[0070] Snap buttons are exemplified as the fixing units 23 and fixing units 31 in
[0071] According to the present embodiment, by forming the notch 2201 in the fabric of the upper garment body 10, by just inserting the finger or hand into the notch 2201, even a person with a weak grip strength can assist a holding posture without getting tired, and the burden on the wearer X can be reduced. That is, by inserting the finger or hand into this notch 2201, the gravity direction side of the root portion of the finger or hand is caught by the edge of the notch 2201, and the finger or wrist is naturally held. As a result, it is possible to disperse the load applied to the arm over the upper body without performing gripping motion and to hold the child Y for a long time without getting tired
[0072] Furthermore, in addition to hooking the finger or palm to the notch 2201, the notch 2201 can also be grasped as with the band-like grip 210 in the first embodiment. That is, four fingers other than the thumb are inserted into the notch 2201, and the notch 2201 can be grasped by the thumb and four fingers. Therefore, it is possible to select according to the situation of the wearer X, such that the wearer X grasps the notch 2201 when holding the child Y firmly, or inserts the fingers into the notch 2201 when the wearer X is tired.
[0073] Further, according to the present embodiment, by having the bag portion 2202 connected to the notch 2201, the burden on the finger and wrist can be reduced. That is, if only the notch 2201 is provided, the force concentrates only on one place where the finger or wrist comes into contact with the edge of the notch 2201, and there is a fear that the finger or wrist may be damaged. Therefore, by providing the bag portion 2202 and bringing the finger or wrist into contact with the inside of the bag portion 2202, the fingers or hand can be supported in a large area, and the force can be dispersed. Further, the bag portion 2202 can also be used as a pocket for storing accessories.
[0074] Further, according to the present embodiment, the upper garment has many possibilities in design by forming the insertion portion 220 with the notch 2201. The grips 20 is not exposed on the surface of the upper garment body 10 since the finger or wrist is inserted into the notch 2201. Therefore, it is possible to design the upper garment with a high degree of freedom as with ordinary garments.
[0075] In addition, according to the present embodiment, by providing the fixing unit 23 in the notch 2201, it is possible to prevent the notch 2201 from being opened unintentionally, to prevent a lining from being exposed, and thereby to prevent from impairing the design of the upper garment. That is, each time the wearer X moves, there is a possibility that a force is applied to the fabric of the upper garment body 10 to open the notch 2201. However, by providing the fixing unit 23, the opening of the notch 2201 is fixed, and a lining and the like can be prevented from being exposed.
[0076] Further, according to the present embodiment, the cuff grip 30 has a base end fixed to the cuff 11a, and a free end formed so as to extend from the cuff 11a toward the elbow direction of the arm, and the child Y and baggage can be supported at various positions. That is, since the cuff grip 30 can be formed at a position away from the sleeve, it can be used in the case of holding a tall child Y or a large baggage.
[0077] Further, according to the present embodiment, by fixing the free end of the cuff grip 30 to the sleeve 11 using the fixing unit 31, it is possible to prevent the free end from moving when the cuff grip 30 is not in use. That is, when the cuff grip 30 is not in use so as to the free end of the cuff grip 30 is not fixed, the free end hangs down toward the palm of the wearer X, such that the wearer X may be bothered since the free end comes into contact with the palm each time the wearer X moves. Therefore, by providing the fixing unit 31, it is possible to prevent the free end from coming into contact with the palm and eliminate the botheration.
Third Embodiment
[0078] Hereinafter, an upper garment with grips C according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to
[0079] The upper garment with grips C according to the third embodiment of the present invention includes an upper garment body 40 having short sleeves 41 and a plurality of the grips 20 provided on the upper garment 40.
[0080] In
[0081] As the fixing unit 31, a hook and loop fastener or a snap button can be exemplified as illustrated in
[0082] According to the present embodiment, by providing the cuff grips 30 at the cuffs 41a, the present invention can be applied to even the short sleeve upper garment body 40. That is, by pulling out the cuff grip 30 from the cuff 41a and gripping the cuff grip 30 when the wearer X holds the child Y, it is possible to disperse the load directly applied to the arm over the entire upper body including the back. Therefore, the wearer X can hold the child Y without fatigue for a long time without using any special or extra items. As mentioned above, the present invention can also be applied to the short sleeve upper garment body 40. Therefore, it is possible to provide an upper garment with grips applicable during hot seasons such as summer.
