3. System according to claim 2, wherein the first and second access I/O devices comprise an input device for access data and that the access data is forwarded to the delivery communication device via the access control.
4. System according to claim 2, wherein the access request comprises a delivery date and the access control is configured to register for the first and second access I/O devices the access data on the delivery date for a limited time period.
5. System according claim 1, wherein the first and second access I/O devices comprise a short range broadcast receiver, e.g. Bluetooth, and the delivery communication device of the delivery person is configured to receive from the access control the access data to be transmitted via short range transmission.
6. System according to claim 1, wherein the delivery communication device comprises a server of a delivery company and/or a mobile communication device of the delivery person.
7. System according to claim 1, wherein the first I/O device comprises or is connected to a video camera and that the access control is configure to transmit the data of the video camera to the first mobile phone in connection with the pushing of a bell button.
8. System according to claim 1, wherein the elevator control and the access control are integrated.
9. System according to claim 1, wherein the elevator control is configured to receive at least one destination floor from the first mobile phone and to block other destination floors for said mobile phone.
10. System according to claim 1, wherein each tenant has his own delivery locker and he is entitle to issue access rights only for his delivery locker.
11. System according to claim 1, wherein only a limited number of delivery lockers are provided which is lower than the number of tenant living in said environment, whereby the access control issues to the first mobile phone as well as to the delivery communication device the number of the allocated delivery locker.
12. System according to claim 1, wherein the access control is configured to send access data to the first mobile phone regarding the number of the delivery locker and/or access data for said delivery locker.
13. System according to claim 1, wherein the access control comprises a status table of the delivery lockers as to set the delivery locker to an available/reserved-status, and that the access control comprises a reset-mechanism to set a delivery locker from the reserved-status to the available-status after the locker hatch has been opened or after a set time period.
Description
[0043] The invention is hereinafter described via an example in connection with the schematic drawing. Therein
[0044]
[0045] The elevator and access system 10 comprises an elevator control 12 comprising a preferably integrated access control 14, which can however also be placed separately from the elevator control. The elevator control 10 controls an elevator group 16 comprising six elevators. The elevators of the group 16 are preferably destination controlled via first mobile phones 18 carried by tenants of the environment or building where the elevator and access system 10 is installed. The elevator control 12 gets the destination for an elevator ride directly via signal transmission from the first mobile phone 18 so that the elevator control 12 also implements a kind of access control in connection with the preferably integrated access control 14. The environment 20 which is for example a residential or office building has at least one access door 22, several delivery lockers 24 to 28, whereby in connection with the access door 22 a first access I/O device 30 is located. In connection with each delivery locker 24 to 28, a corresponding second access I/O device 31 is located. Each access I/O device 30, 31 preferably comprises a decade keyboard and/or a receiver or transmitter to receive access data from a mobile phone 18, preferably short-range.
[0046] In connection with the access door 22, a video camera 32 is located which is also connected to the access control 14. The elevator control 12 comprises a transmission device 34 which is either a broadcast connection and/or a LAN access to a public communication network as e.g. Internet/(mobile) phone network.
[0047] With the reference number 40, the server of a delivery company is designated which server 40 comprises its transmission device 42 to communicate with a public communication network as for example a (mobile) phone network and/or Internet. The server 40 as one part of a delivery communication device also comprises a connection to a mobile communication device 44 of a delivery person (as further part of the delivery communication device) which delivers parcels to several environments 20. The mobile communication device or smartphone 44 may preferably be connectable to the server 40 of the delivery company either via a cable or wireless, for example via a short range transmission device, e.g. Bluetooth.
[0048] Usually, in course of a delivery of a package, a recipient which is a tenant in the environment 20 gets an information via the server 40 of the delivery company when a delivery of a parcel is to be expected. This information may for example be transmitted via Internet or via a public broadcasting network to the first mobile phone 18 of the tenant and recipient of the parcel. The tenant receives from the delivery company information about when his delivery is to be expected. The delivery company further forwards the ID of the delivery server or the mobile phone number of a mobile communication device 44 of a delivery person of the delivery company. The tenant thereafter issues an access request for said delivery date to the access control 14 via his mobile phone 18 or via a desktop computer or tablet. The access control thereafter reserves one of the delivery lockers 24 to 28 if available, and informs the tenant via his first mobile phone 18 as well as the delivery company either via the server 40 or directly via the mobile communication device 44 of the delivery person about access data to the access door 22 as well about the ID, e.g. number, of the allocated delivery locker 24 to 28 and corresponding access data. With this information, the tenant as well as the delivery person receive information which delivery locker is to be used for the delivery of the parcel so that the delivery person can access the access door 22 as well as the allocated delivery locker 24 to 28 with the access data received via the access control 14. Furthermore, the tenant 18 receives the corresponding access data via his first mobile phone 18 so that he is able to open the allocated delivery locker later on.
[0049] After having opened the delivery locker to receive the parcel, the access control may automatically reset the status of the delivery locker to available or the reset of the status of the delivery locker to available may be performed after a certain time period. Thus, the system is able to guarantee an easy delivery of parcels during absence of the recipient whereby a high degree of safety is provided.
[0050] The access control 14 might further inform the recipient via his first mobile phone that all delivery lockers are reserved at the delivery date, in which case the recipient is able to contact the delivery company and ask for a different delivery date. Therefore, the access control is preferably configured to issue a status signal (reserved/available) of the delivery lockers to the recipient if all delivery lockers are reserved.
[0051] The invention is not delimited to the described embodiment but can be varied within the scope of the appended patent claims.
