CLOTHING ITEM THAT DISPLAYS A REMOVABLE MESSAGE AND ITS METHOD OF USE

Abstract

A clothing item that allows a user to display an erasable static message to an audience surrounding the wearer of the clothing item. The clothing item comprises or a shirt and a plastic sheet that is fixedly attached to the front of the shirt. The clothing item may further comprise of a cord that attaches to the shirt and an erasable marker that attaches to the cord. In still a further embodiment of the clothing item, a second strip of material can be attached to the shirt, the strip will allow a user of the shirt to erase the static message and replace it with another static message. The clothing item allows a user of the clothing item to deliver a static message to those around his or her immediate periphery. The clothing item can be used by people suffering from communication disorders to express themselves.

Claims

1. A wearable clothing item that allows the user to deliver a removable static message, the clothing item comprising a shirt and a plastic sheet that is fixedly attached to the shirt, wherein plastic sheet is made of a malleable plastic.

2. The wearable clothing item that allows a user to deliver a removable static message of claim 1, wherein the malleable plastic is made of a low-density polyethylene.

3. The wearable clothing item that allows a user to deliver a removable static message of claim 2, further comprising a cord that is attached to the clothing item and a marker that attaches to the cord.

4. The wearable clothing item that allows a user to deliver a removable static message of claim 3, further comprising a strip of fabric that is used to erase any static message that is written on the plastic sheet.

5. The wearable clothing item that allows a user to deliver a removable static message of claim 4, wherein the clothing item is made of a breathable material.

6. The wearable clothing item that allows a user to deliver a removable static message of claim 5, wherein the t-shirt defines a pocket.

7. The wearable clothing item that allows a user to deliver a removable static message of claim 6, wherein the breathable material is a polyester material.

8. The wearable clothing item that allows a user to deliver a removable static message of claim 7, wherein the t-shirt defines a pocket.

9. The wearable clothing item that allows a user to deliver a removable static message of claim 8, wherein the breathable material is a cotton material.

10. The wearable clothing item that allows a user to deliver a removable static message of claim 9, wherein the t-shirt defines a pocket.

DESCRIPTION

[0016] As seen in FIG. 1, the present invention comprises of a wearable clothing item that allows the user to deliver a removable static message. The clothing item 100 comprises of a shirt 10 and a plastic sheet 20 that is fixedly attached to the front 10A of the shirt 10. The plastic sheet 20 is made of a malleable plastic. In one embodiment, the malleable plastic shall be made of a low-density polyethylene.

[0017] In an embodiment of the present invention, the invention will further comprise of a cord 30 that is attached to the clothing item 10 and a marker 40 that attaches to the cord 30. In this embodiment, the clothing item 100 may further comprise of a strip of fabric 50 that can be used to erase any static message written on the plastic sheet 20.

[0018] In a further embodiment of the present invention, the shirt will define a front pocket 60. The front pocket may have two points of entry.
