Abstract
A finger-hoe tool for a soil-tilling device, which has at least one finger, and a method for mechanical control of weeds in row crops make possible an input of loose materials into the row or a discharge of loose materials from the row, because the at least one finger has at least one device for collection and/or removal of the loose materials (e.g. earth, sand, stones), whereby not only the weakly rooted weeds but also more strongly rooted weeds can be controlled.
Claims
1-8. (canceled)
9. A finger-hoe tool (14) for a soil-tilling device, especially a soil-tilling device for row crops, wherein the finger-hoe tool (14) is provided with an axis of rotation (1), with a star wheel (5), which is provided with several fingers (4) and which is provided with an upper side turned away from the soil and an underside turned toward the soil, and with a soil drive element (7) provided with an axis of rotation, wherein the axis of rotation (1) of the finger-hoe tool (14) corresponds to the axis of rotation of the soil drive element (7), the soil drive element (7) is connected interlockingly with the finger-hoe tool (14), at least one finger (4) is provided with at least one means for collection and/or removal of loose materials, wherein a means for collection and/or removal of loose materials is disposed on the upper side of the star wheel (5), the underside of the star wheel (5) or laterally relative to the star wheel (5) or several means for collection and/or removal of loose materials are disposed on the upper side of the star wheel (5), the underside of the star wheel (5) and/or laterally relative to the star wheel (5), and the at least one means for collection and/or removal of loose materials is a projection (9) and/or the at least one means for collection and/or removal of loose materials is a hollow (12).
10. The finger-hoe tool (14) according to claim 9, wherein the at least one finger is provided with at least one finger end (8), on which the means for collection and/or removal of loose materials is disposed.
11. The finger-hoe tool (14) according to claim 9, wherein the finger-hoe tool (14) is provided at least partly with a structured surface.
12. The finger-hoe tool (14) according to claim 9, wherein the finger-hoe tool (14) is provided at least partly with a textured surface.
13. The finger-hoe tool (14) according to claim 9, wherein at least one finger (4) is axially and/or radially curved.
14. The finger-hoe tool (14) according to claim 9, wherein the finger-hoe tool (14) is at least partly of plastic.
15. A method for mechanical control of weeds in row crops by means of a soil-tilling device, especially a finger hoe, provided with at least one finger-hoe tool (14) provided with an axis of rotation (1), wherein the finger-hoe tool (14) is provided with a star wheel (5), which can be driven by a soil drive element (7) provided with an axis of rotation and which is provided with several fingers (4), wherein the star wheel (5) is provided with an upper side turned away from the soil and an underside turned toward the soil, and wherein the axis of rotation (1) of the finger-hoe tool (14) corresponds to the axis of rotation of the soil drive element (7) and wherein at least one finger (4) is provided with at least one means for collection and/or removal of loose materials, whereby an input of loose materials into the row or a discharge of loose materials from the row is made possible depending on device setting of the soil-tilling device, wherein a means for collection and/or removal of loose materials is disposed on the upper side of the star wheel (5), the underside of the star wheel (5) or laterally relative to the star wheel (5) or several means for collection and/or removal of loose materials are disposed on the upper side of the star wheel (5), the underside of the star wheel (5) and/or laterally relative to the star wheel (5).
16. The method according to claim 15, wherein the soil drive element (7) is connected interlockingly with the finger-hoe tool (14), and the at least one means for collection and/or removal of loose materials is a projection (9) and/or the at least one means for collection and/or removal of loose materials is a hollow (12).
