Abstract
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing closing systems for hygiene articles, in particular diaper closing systems, wherein an attachment part (16) is fed to the rear face of a substrate part (18) comprising protruding closing elements (22) which are arranged in rows at a predefined distance from each other, and the attachment part (16) is joined to the substrate part (18) along welding points using an ultrasonic welding process, at least some of the welding points being introduced in such a way as to extend along weld seam lines (46) between adjoining rows of closing elements (22) and extend at least partially in parallel to said rows of closing elements (22).

1. A method for producing closing systems for hygiene articles, in particular diaper closing systems, wherein an attachment part (16) is fed to the rear face of a support part (18) comprising projecting closing elements (22), which are arranged in rows (26, 28) at a predefined distance from each other, and the attachment part is joined to the support part (18) along welding points using an ultrasonic welding process, characterized in that at least a portion of the welding points are introduced along welding connection lines (46) between adjacent rows (26) of closing elements (22) and at least partially extending parallel thereto.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one anvil part (34; 58) of an ultrasonic welding unit (30) for obtaining the respective welding connection line (46) is brought into an engagement between the spacings of adjacently arranged rows (26) of closing elements (22) and extending parallel to these rows (26) and in that the sonotrode (44) or sonotrode part cooperating with the respective anvil part (34; 58) comes into contact with that side of the attachment part (16) which faces away from the closing elements (22).
3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the respective anvil parts (34; 58) are used as a component of a block tool (32) or disk tool (52), with several anvil parts (34; 58) kept at a predefinable distance adapted to the row spacing between the closing elements (22) of the support part (18) extending parallel to one another form parts of the block tool (32) or disk tool (52).
4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that for obtaining a guide for the support part (18), which for a welding operation is moved together with the attachment part (16) along the block tool (32), anvil parts (34) serving as guide strips are used on the block tool (32), which engage in the spacings between the adjacent rows (26) of closing elements (22), preferably with partial reaching under same.
5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that for obtaining a guide for the support part (18), which for a welding operation is moved together with the attachment part (16) along the preferably rotatably arranged disk tool (52), viewed in the movement direction in front of and/or behind the disk tool (52) guiding parts (54, 56) are arranged, which position the rows (26) of closing elements (22) for a defined engagement of the respective anvil part (58) of the disk tool (52) between the assignable rows (26) of closing elements (22).
6. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the closing elements (22) of the support part (18) are arranged both in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction in rows (26, 28) and in that the spacing between the closing elements (22) is kept the same both in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction.
7. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the respective welding connection lines (46) between the support part (18) and the attachment part (16) are introduced such that the closing elements (22) of the support part (18) are welded in a damage-free manner to the attachment part (16).
8. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that as closing elements in addition to locking hooks or loops closing heads (22) are particularly preferably used, which project by means of shaft parts (24) on the top side of the support part (18) and which are formed at least partially projecting over the shaft parts (24) at the end forming a locking opportunity for correspondingly formed closing elements of an additional support part (4).
9. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the support part (18) is formed integral with its closing elements (22), in that the attachment part (16) is formed from a non-woven and in that for both parts (16, 18) thermoplastic plastic materials are used, such as polyolefins, polyester or polyamide (PA12).
10. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the attachment part (16) is formed projecting at the side at least partially over the welded-on support part (18) with the closing elements (22) and in that the respective projecting part (12, 20) of the attachment part is used at least partially as a connection part (10) for a hygiene article, such as a baby diaper (2) or incontinence diaper.
11. A connection part (10), in particular for a hygiene article, such as a baby diaper (2) or incontinence diaper, with a support part (18) with projecting, row forming closing elements (22), which is welded to an attachment part (16) by means of welding connection points (46), characterized in that the welding connection points (46) extend at least partially linearly and parallel between adjacently arranged rows (26, 28) of closing elements (22) of the support part (18).
12. A hygiene article, such as a baby diaper (2) or incontinence diaper, characterized in that one connection part (10), but preferably two connection parts (10) according to claim 11 serve to alternately open and close the hygiene article
