[0025] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a health pillow may include a main pillow body 1, a groove 2 and a mat 3 with the function of adjusting to human body shape. In one embodiment, the mail pillow body 1 can be made of memory foam, which can be substituted by hydrophilic cotton, latex or latex foam. An upper surface of the main pillow body 1 can be flat. The groove 2 can be formed on a top surface of the main pillow body 1. In one embodiment, the cross section of the groove 2 can be rectangular, round or oval. The mat 3, which can be used for absorbing sweat, can be disposed in the groove 2. An upper surface of the mat 3 can be aligned with the upper surface of the main pillow body 1. The mat 3 may include a cotton pillowcase 4 and one or more fillings, including field buckwheat shell, tartarian buckwheat shell, tea leaves, wula sedge, semen cassia, lavender, camphorwood balls, and activated aluminum oxide. In one embodiment, the filling is buckwheat shells in the pillowcase 4.

[0026] Before use, the mat 3 is disposed in the groove 2 of the main pillow body 1. The user's head is actually on the mat 3, which resolves the problem for traditional buckwheat shell pillow that is hard to be adjusted to human body shape and the problem for traditional memory foam and latex pillow for poor ventilation.

[0027] In another aspect as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a health pillow may still include a main pillow body 1, a groove 2 and a mat 3. The main pillow body 1 can be made of memory foam, which can be substituted by hydrophilic cotton, latex or latex foam. It is noted that the pillow 1 is curved, which arches in the middle thereof. The groove 2 is formed on a top surface of the main pillow body 1 and the cross section of the groove 2 can be rectangular, round or oval. The mat 3, which is used for ventilation, is disposed in the groove 2. An upper surface of the mat 3 is aligned with the upper surface of the groove 2.

[0028] In still another aspect as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a health pillow may still include a main pillow body 1, a groove 2 and a mat 3. As stated above, the main pillow body 1 can be made by memory foam, which can be substituted by hydrophilic cotton, latex or latex foam. A top surface of pillow 1 may include a first curved surface 5 and a second curved surface 6 that are connected with each other uniformly to form one curved surface. It is noted that each of the first curved surface 5 and the second curved surface 6 is arched in the middle portion thereof. The groove 2 is formed on the top surface of the main pillow body 1 and the cross section of groove 2 is rectangular, round or oval. The base of the groove 2 matches the shape of the upper surface of pillow 1. The mat 3, which is used for ventilation, is disposed in the groove 2. An upper surface of the mat 3 is aligned with the upper surface of the groove 2.

[0029] In one embodiment as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the main pillow body 1 may include two grooves 7 on the top surface of the main pillow body 1. Similarly, the cross section of groove 7 can be rectangular, round or oval and the shape of the groove 7 matches the shape of the top surface of the main pillow body 1. Each of the two mats 8, which is used for sweat ventilation, is disposed separately in each of the grooves 7. An upper surface of each mat 8 is aligned with each upper surface of the groove 7. Each of mat 8 may include a cotton pillowcase 9 and one or more fillings, including field buckwheat shell, tartarian buckwheat shell, tea leaves, wula sedge, semen cassia, lavender, camphorwood balls, and activated aluminum oxide.

[0030] The present invention is advantageous that the pillow in the present invention has grooves on the surface of the pillow and the mats are disposed in the grooves to absorb sweat, which enables the pillow to be simple in structure and also solves the problem of traditional buckwheat shell pillow which cannot be adjusted to human body shape and the problem of traditional memory foam and latex pillow that has poor ventilation. Therefore, the pillow in the present invention can not only be adjusted to human body shape, but also is natural and good for ventilation and removing sweat as buckwheat shell pillows.

[0031] Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalent.
