DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS
[0023] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, the present disclosure provides a fencing assembly, which includes two rails 1, a plurality of baluster 2, and a plurality of positioning assembly 3, wherein each of the rail 1 is hollow and has a assembly hole 11, the two rails 1 are used as the top and bottom limit portions of the knee.
[0024] Further, each of the plurality of balusters 2 is hollow and has two ends detachably mounted in the two rails respectively, form the knee with rails 3.
[0025] Finally, the plurality of positioning assemblies 3 are disposed in the two rails 1 and detachably mounted in the plurality of balusters 2 respectively, so as to engage the two rails 1 and the plurality of balusters 2 and form a fence. Moreover, each of the plurality of positioning assemblies 3 has a plurality of annular stopping flanges 31 on the surface, and each of the plurality of stopping flanges 31 has an inwardly recessed structural notch 311. The structural notch 311 is used to enable the stopping flanges 31 easier to be bent.
[0026] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, when the baluster 2 is engaged with the positioning assembly 3, the inner wall A of the baluster 2 applies pressure on part of the stopping flanges 31, so that the stopping flanges 31 abut the baluster 2, and limit the baluster 2 from disassembling.
[0027] In operation, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, the user can combine several balusters and a pair of rails to form a fence structure. Due to the corresponding positioning assembly in the rail, the baluster can be stably engaged with the rails, and the engagement can be prevented from being easily disassembled by external force. Moreover, by virtue of the assembled structure, the fencing assembly or the present disclosure is more convenient in transportation and simpler in customized design.
[0028] The features of each element of the present disclosure are described in further detail below. As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, the plurality of positioning assemblies 3 are connected with the rails 1 and detachably mounted with the balusters 2. The connection method can be welding or threadedly engaging, so that this structure allows the plurality on positioning assemblies 3 firmly connected to the interior of the rails 1.
[0029] Further, as shown in FIG. 8 to FIG. 10, the present disclosure provides the second embodiment. In the second embodiment, the plurality of positioning assemblies 3 are disposed inside and mounted with the balusters 2. In addition, the positioning assembly 3 is hollow and provided with an assembly hole 32 (a threaded insert as an example in the schematic view and a fastener 4 (a screw as an example in the schematic view) is provided to threadedly engage with the assembly hole 32, so that the positioning assembly 3 and the baluster 2 are assembled on the rail 1.
[0030] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, the plurality of stopping flanges 31 obliquely extends toward the rail 1. The structure enables the stopping flanges 31 easier to be bent and abutted on the inner wall A of the baluster 2 when the baluster 2 is engaged with the positioning assembly 3.
[0031] Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, the plurality of stopping flanges are spaced apart, the diameter of each of the plurality of stopping flanges gradually decreases with the distance away from the bottom of the rail 1. With this structure, when the baluster 2 and the rail 1 are assembled, the blocking force is strong as the depth of insertion, thereby the fencing assembly of the present disclosure can be fixedly engaged.
[0032] On one hand, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, the diameter of the smallest stopping flange 31 of the plurality of stopping flanges 31 is smaller than or equal to the size of the opening of the baluster 2. This structure enables better positioning and alignment when the baluster 2 is assembled with the rail 1.
[0033] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, the diameter of the biggest stopping flange 31 of the plurality of stopping flanges 31 is bigger than or equal to the size of the opening of the baluster 2. With this structure, when the baluster 2 and the rail 1 are completely assembled, the area and strength of the stopping flanges 31 abut against the inner wall A of the baluster 2 are larger, thereby the fencing assembly of the present disclosure can be fixedly engaged.
[0034] In addition, as shown in FIG. 11, which is a perspective schematic view of the positioning assembly 3 of the third embodiment of the present disclosure. In this embodiment, the positioning assembly 3 has more stopping flanges 31, so that the positioning assembly 3 can be fixedly abutted on the inner wall A of the baluster 2.
