    The ornamental design for flow restrictor plate for the inlet of a car wash dryer blower, as shown and described.

    Description

    (1) FIG. 1 is a pictorial view of flow restrictor plate for the inlet of a car wash dryer blower according to the invention. The blower housing shown in broken lines and not forming a part of the invention.

    (2) FIG. 2 is a front view of the flow restrictor plate for the inlet of a car wash dryer blower shown in FIG. 1, the reverse side being the same; and,

    (3) FIG. 3 is a side view of the flow restrictor plate for the inlet of a car wash dryer blower shown FIGS. 1 and 2, the reverse side and top and bottom views thereof being the same.
