Abstract

A multifunctional brush for scalp care according to the present invention has an air intake opening and an air discharge opening formed to have sufficient sizes, respectively, and arranged on a straight line; the multifunctional brush uses a blowing fan (70) designed to increase the amount of blown air; it is possible to obtain a body-temperature wind, which has a low temperature similar to the temperature of human bodies, not only by using a domestic AC power supply, but also by using a low-power lithium ion secondary battery; the multifunctional brush has both a vibration lamp and an ultraviolet LED lamp such that multifunctional scalp care is possible; and brushes (90) with various densities and materials can be easily replaced and used in an attachable/detachable manner, making it possible to replace and use various brushes according to the conditions of the scalp and hair.

Claims

1. A multifunctional brush for scalp care comprising: an upward concavity-type upper body 10 having an air intake opening formed at an upper surface of the upward concavity-type upper body, a lower surface formed into a fully opened portion and a hollow inner space; a downward concavity-type lower body having an air discharge opening formed in the same axial direction as the axial direction of the air intake opening at a lower surface of the downward concavity-type lower body, an upper surface formed into a fully opened portion and a hollow inner space, wherein the downward concavity-type lower body comes into contact with and is fitted into the fully opened portion of the upper body such that space in which parts are installed may be created and a brush head body may be formed; an electric fan motor installed at the center of the air intake opening by means of a bracket and having a drive shaft extending downwardly inside the upper body; a ceramic heater unit installed at a lower portion of the electronic fan motor and having a body through which the drive shaft of the electric fan motor rotatably penetrates; a cylindrical air-intake-concentration housing in which the drive shaft of the fan motor extends at a lower portion of the ceramic heater unit; a blowing fan 70 installed inside the cylindrical air-intake-concentration house, engaged to the drive shaft of the electric fan motor to rotate in the cylindrical air-intake-concentration housing; a blowing fan cover installed in the same axial direction as the axial direction of the housing at a lower portion of the cylindrical air-intake-concentration housing; and a brush pad detachably installed at a bottom of the lower body, having a center through-hole corresponding to the air discharge opening and having bristles at a bottom of the brush pad.

The multifunctional brush for scalp care according to claim 1, wherein the fan motor, the air intake opening, the air discharge opening, the cylindrical air-intake-concentration housing, the blowing fan cover and the center through-hole of the brush pad have an identical central axis, and the central axis constitutes a blowing axis on which air provided by the blowing fan is blown.

The multifunctional brush for scalp care according to claim 2, wherein the brush head body comprises a handle formed to extend in a direction perpendicular to the blowing axis on an outer side of the brush head body, and the handle comprises an adapter installed inside the handle for converting secondary cell batteries and AC for households into low voltage direct current (DC).

The multifunctional brush for scalp care according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the space in which parts are installed comprises a recess wall formed integrally with the lower body and further comprises a vibration motor installed to be fitted into the recess wall inside the space such that vibration of the vibration motor is delivered to the brush head body through the recess wall.

The multifunctional brush for scalp care according to claim 4, wherein the handle further comprises a power-cord-connection consent, at an end portion of the handle, for supplying and using AC power sources for households to charge the fan motor, the ceramic heater unit, the vibration motor and the secondary cell batteries.

6. The multifunctional brush for scalp care according to claim 1, wherein air heated by the ceramic heater unit and discharged from the air discharge opening is low-temperature air having temperatures of 35 C. to 46 C.

The multifunctional brush for scalp care according to claim 1, wherein the lower body comprises a plurality of bolt holes formed at the bottom of the lower body for combining the lower body with the upper body; wherein the brush pad comprises a plurality of magnets formed to protrude at an upper surface of the brush pad in positions corresponding to the bolt holes; and wherein the magnets are inserted into the bolt holes and join the bolt heads engaged inside the bolt holes by means of magnetic force such that the brush pad is detachably combined with the brush head body.

The multifunctional brush for scalp care according to claim 1, the blowing fan comprising: a cylindrical central hub inserted into and fixed to the drive shaft of the fan motor; a plurality of fan wings extending from an outer circumferential surface of the central hub against the central axis of the central hub radially, at a tilted angle, in the radial direction; and tip wings, for increasing amounts of air blown, integrally bent to extend from end portions of the fan wings to form a right or an acute angle with the fan wings at the outer end portions of the fan wings in the racial direction, wherein the tip wings have curved surfaces corresponding to curvature of an inner circumferential surface the cylindrical air-intake-concentration housing.

The multifunctional brush for scalp care according to claims 6 to 8, wherein the air discharge opening comprises a blowing fan cover comprising a central ring-shaped cylinder, an outer ring-shaper cylinder and a plurality of tilted wing blades connecting the central ring-shaped cylinder and the outer ring-shaped cylinder radially, in the radial direction.

10. The multifunctional brush for scalp care according to claim 9, wherein the blowing fan cover has a LED lamp kit installed inside the central ring-shaped cylinder of the blowing fan cover.

The multifunctional brush for scalp care according to claim 8, wherein the fan wings further have assistant projection wings with a projection height H1 in the width direction of the fan wings formed on each upper surface of the fan wings, the height (H1) of the assistant projection wings is smaller than the height of the top wings (H2) (h1 custom-characterh2).

12. The multifunctional brush for scalp care according to claim 1, wherein the bristles have a smooth semi-spherical or spherical shaped end, and a distance between the air discharge opening and the scalp is less than 10 mm when the brush is used to brush hair.
