Abstract
A device for shielding toes includes a plurality of cavities located at a top portion of the device. A plurality of insoles located within each the plurality of cavities. A substantially flat platform, the substantially flat platform having an upper end and a lower end. The lower end of the substantially flat platform is curved in shape. The substantially flat platform extends a predetermined length from a lower end of each of the plurality of cavities. A padding material, the padding material being disposed inside the plurality of cavities and on the substantially flat platform. The device is configured to protect the toes for pains and aches while wearing footwear. The device for shielding toes may be useful for preventing pain when wearing foot apparel.
Claims
1. A device for shielding toes, the device comprising: a plurality of cavities, said plurality of cavities located at a top portion of said device; a plurality of insoles, said plurality of insoles located in said top portion of said device; and wherein each of said plurality of insoles is located within each said plurality of cavities; a substantially flat platform, said substantially flat platform having an upper end and a lower end; and wherein said substantially flat platform extends a predetermined length from a lower end of each of said plurality of cavities; a padding material, said padding material being disposed inside said plurality of cavities and on said substantially flat platform; wherein said lower end of said substantially flat platform is curved in shaped; and wherein said device is configured to protect said toes from pains and aches while wearing footwear.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein each of said plurality of cavities is a different size.
3. The device of claim 1, wherein said plurality of cavities includes 5 of said plurality of cavities.
4. The device of claim 1, wherein each of said plurality of cavities is connected to another of said plurality of cavities.
5. The device of claim 1, wherein said padding material is made of flexible material.
6. The device of claim 1, wherein said padding material is made of moisture-wicking material configured to provide comfort.
7. The device of claim 1, wherein each of said plurality of cavities extends a length of each of said toes.
8. The device of claim 1, wherein said plurality of cavities is five distinct toe sections.
9. The device of claim 1, wherein said device is configured to protect toenail polish from chipping.
10. The device of claim 1, wherein said moisture-wicking material is configured to provide cooling of said toes.
11. The device of claim 1, wherein said plurality of cavities is configured to provide a snug fit to said toes.
12. The device of claim 1, wherein said device is made of a spandex and polyester blend.
13. The device of claim 1, wherein said plurality of cavities and said substantially flat platform is integrally connected.
14. The device of claim 1, wherein each of said plurality of said insoles has a predetermined thickness.
15. The device of claim 1, wherein each of said plurality of insoles is located at an upper end of each of said plurality of cavities.
16. The device of claim 1, wherein said plurality of cavities and said plurality of insoles are integrally connected.

A device for shielding toes, the device comprising: a plurality of cavities, said plurality of cavities located at a top portion of said device; a plurality of insoles, said plurality of insoles located in said top portion of said device and wherein each of said plurality of insoles is located within each said plurality of cavities; a substantially flat platform, said substantially flat platform having an upper end and a lower end and wherein said substantially flat platform extends a predetermined length from a lower end of each of said plurality of cavities; a padding material, said padding material being disposed inside said plurality of cavities and on said substantially flat platform; wherein said lower end of said substantially flat platform is curved in shaped; wherein said device is configured to protect said toes from pains and aches while wearing footwear; wherein each of said plurality of cavities is a different size; wherein said plurality of cavities includes 5 said plurality of cavities; wherein each of said plurality of cavities is connected to another of said plurality of cavities; wherein said padding material is made of flexible material; wherein said padding material is made of moisture-wicking material configured to provide comfort; wherein each of said plurality of cavities extends a length of each of said toes; wherein said plurality of cavities comprises five distinct toe sections; wherein said device is configured to protect toenail polish from chipping; wherein said moisture-wicking material is configured to provide cooling of said toes; wherein said plurality of cavities is configured to provide a snug fit to said toes; wherein said device is made of a spandex and polyester blend; wherein said plurality of cavities and said substantially flat platform is integrally connected; wherein each of said plurality of said insoles has a predetermined thickness; wherein each of said plurality of insoles is located at an upper end of each of said plurality of cavities; and wherein said plurality of cavities and said plurality of insoles are integrally connected.

[0018] As discussed above, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a foot apparel and more particularly to a device for shielding toes as used to improve the shielding of toes.
[0019] Generally, a device for shielding toes includes a plurality of cavities located at a top portion of the device. Each of the plurality of cavities may be a different size. Each of the plurality of cavities may be connected to another of the plurality of cavities. The plurality of cavities may include five cavities in preferred embodiments. The plurality of cavities may comprise five distinct toe sections. The cavities may be configured to provide a snug fit to the toes. Each of the plurality of cavities may extend a length of each of the (respective) toes. A plurality of insoles may be located within each the plurality of cavities. The plurality of cavities and the plurality of insoles may be integrally connected. Each of the plurality of insoles may have a predetermined thickness. The plurality of insoles may be located at an upper end of each of the plurality of cavities. The substantially flat platform has an upper end and a lower end. The lower end of the substantially flat platform is curved in shape. The plurality of cavities and the substantially flat platform may be integrally connected.
