DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0047] FIG. 1 shows a support structure 1 composed of supporting posts 2 and crossbeams 3 connecting the supporting posts 2. The four supporting posts 2, which have a cuboid cross-section, have a supporting element 4 at one end, which is realised as a flat plate, wherein the supporting posts 2 can be placed on the ground via the supporting element 4. Fastening portions 5 are arranged at the opposite ends of the supporting posts 2, wherein adjacent supporting posts 2 are connected to each other via crossbeams 3 connecting the fastening portions 5 to form a rectangular support structure 1. Like the supporting posts 2, the crossbeams 3 are configured as beams with a cuboid base. Four drinking water storage tanks 6, which are used as fresh water or waste water tanks, are located between the crossbeams 2 facing the ground. To distribute the water within the building, a water distribution device 7 in the form of water and waste water pipes is installed on the supporting structure 1. Several connection elements 8 for the water distribution device 7 are arranged on the crossbeams 3 facing away from the ground. These connection elements 8 can be used to connect the water distribution device 7 to the water distribution device 7 of other supporting structures 1 if the supporting structure 1 is extended. Furthermore, domestic waterworks 9 and a vacuum pump 10 are arranged, wherein the vacuum pump 10 can be used to apply a vacuum to selected pipe sections.

[0048] Energy storage devices 11 in the form of accumulators, which supply the building with energy, are arranged between the crossbeams 3 facing away from the ground. An energy distribution device 12 is arranged on the crossbeams 3 in the form of power cables braced between the crossbeams 3, wherein the power cables are connected to the energy storage device 11 in a signal-transmitting manner. Similar to the connection elements 8 for the water and waste water supply, connection elements 13 are arranged at several points on the crossbeams 3 for the connection of further power lines from other supporting structures 1.

[0049] FIG. 2 shows a wall element 14. The wall element 14 has a rectangular frame element 15 composed of four interconnected frame elements. The recess of the frame element 15 is provided on both sides of the frame element 15 with a frame cladding 16 in the form of a flat plate. Both claddings 16 have a centrally arranged recess 17 connecting the two claddings 16, which is suitable as a window. The frame element 15 has a contact surface 18 along the longitudinal sides of the wall element 14, wherein two wall elements 14 can be connected to each other via their contact surfaces 18 to form a wall panel 19. Along the contact surfaces 18, two sealing devices 20 arranged parallel to each other are defined, which are suitable for a tight connection of two wall elements 14 via their contact surfaces 18. The contact surfaces 14 also have three fastening elements 21 arranged at a distance from one another, wherein two wall elements 14 connected via their contact surfaces 18 can be pressed against one another by actuating the clamping lock connected as a latch. A retaining device 22 is fixed to each corner of the wall element 14, wherein the wall element 14 can be fixed to the crossbeams 3 of the supporting structure 1 by means of form-fitting engagement. On the surface of the wall element 14 there are spaced grooves 23 in the form of Halfen rails, which are arranged horizontally when the wall element 14 is used as intended and which are suitable for attaching further cladding or fa?ades to the Halfen rails.

[0050] FIG. 3 shows a wall panel 19 made of three connected wall elements 14. The individual wall elements 14 have a frame element 15, wherein the recess 17 of the frame element 14 is closed with two flat boards.

[0051] FIG. 4 show a corner element 24. The corner element 24 is composed of two wall elements 14 connected at a right angle and has retaining devices 22 and sealing devices 20 arranged on the contact surface 18 as well as fastening elements for fixing further wall elements 14 to the corner element 24.

[0052] FIG. 5 shows a modular building. The building has an almost square supporting structure 1 set on a base. For stabilisation, the crossbeams 3 are reinforced with further supporting beams 25 connecting the crossbeams 3. Several interconnected wall elements 14 are arranged on the supporting structure 1, wherein some of the wall elements 14 are configured as windows. Several square floor elements 26 connected to each other via fastening elements 21 are arranged on the crossbeam 3 facing the ground. Similarly to the floor elements 26, several interconnected square ceiling elements 27, which are arranged on the crossbeams 3 facing away from the ground, form the roof of the building. A green roof 28 is arranged on the ceiling elements 27, which is separated from the ceiling elements 27 by a waterproof film. At a distance from the green roof 28, an energy recovery device 29 in the form of solar panels arranged on the green roof 28 is installed. The energy storage device 11 can be recharged via the energy recovery devices 29 such that the power supply is as self-sufficient as possible. A green roof 28 separated from the wall panel 19 by a film is fixed to a wall panel 19, wherein further solar panels are arranged at a distance from the green roof 28.

[0053] FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 show a first module 30 and an additional module 31 in a top view and in a perspective view. The first module 30 has a supporting structure 1 with floor 26, ceiling 27 and wall elements 14 fixed to the supporting structure 1, such that an outwardly closed building is created. The base surface of the first module 30 and the base surface of the additional module 31 have a rectangular shape, wherein the two base surfaces together have a square shape. The additional module 31 also has a supporting structure 1 with ceiling elements 27 and floor elements 26 fixed to the supporting structure 1. The two shorter sides of the additional module 31 have a cladding with wall elements 14. In FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, one surface of the wall elements 14 is removed from the supporting structure 1, wherein, with the wall elements 14 removed, one side of the side of the extension structure 31 not previously clad with wall elements 14 is provided with wall elements 14. In this way, a first module 30 and an additional module 31 are created, wherein one side of each of the two buildings 30, 31 is not clad with wall elements 14. In FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the additional module 31 is connected to the first module 30, such that a building 30, 31 with a square base area has been created.
