Description

(1) FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of an embodiment of an equipment mounting plate illustrating our new design;

(2) FIG. 2 is a top side view thereof;

(3) FIG. 3 is a bottom side view thereof;

(4) FIG. 4 is a side view and the opposite side being the same; and,

(5) FIG. 5 is an enlarged front side view and the back side view being the same.
