Abstract
A hair band device having a head covering assembly including a headband and a securing band. The headband is configured to wrap around a crown of a head of a user-wearer. The securing band configured to wrap around a nape of a neck of a user-wearer secure the headband to the head of the user-wearer. The hair band device provides a foundation for securing a hair-piece to the head of the user-wearer and conceals baldness during an in-use condition. The device helps support thinning edges, offering a way for individuals to conveniently cover up thin hairlines.
Claims
1. A hair band device comprising: a head covering assembly including; a headband configured to wrap around a crown of a head of a user-wearer; and a securing band configured to wrap around a nape of a neck of a user-wearer secure said headband to said head of said user-wearer; wherein said a first-end of said headband is fixed to a first-securing-band-end of said securing band and a second-end of said headband is fixed to a second-securing-band-end of said securing band; and wherein said hair band device provides a foundation for securing a hair-piece to said head of said user-wearer and conceals baldness during an in-use condition.
2. The hair band device of claim 1, wherein said headband comprises hair extensions.
3. The hair band device of claim 1, wherein said securing band is attached to said headband at an elastic strip located on said first-end of said headband and said second-end of said headband.
4. The hair band device of claim 3, wherein said head covering assembly is stretchable at said elastic strip to conform with a shape of the head of the user-wearer.
5. The hair band device of claim 1, wherein said head covering assembly has a circumference approximately equal to a head-circumference of said head of said user-wearer.
6. The hair band device of claim 5, wherein said securing band is stretchable circumferentially about said head-circumference of said head of said user-wearer to conform with the shape of the head of the user-wearer.
7. The hair band device of claim 6, wherein said securing band is elasticized.
8. The hair band device of claim 1, wherein said securing band comprises a first-section and a second-section.
9. The hair band device of claim 8, wherein said first-section and said second-section cross over creating an x-shaped said securing band that is placed on said nape of said neck for strong support.
10. The hair band device of claim 1, wherein said head covering assembly comprises a head covering.
11. The hair band device of claim 10, wherein said head covering comprises a full said head covering.
12. The hair band device of claim 10, wherein said head covering comprises a partial said head covering.
13. The hair band device of claim 10, wherein said head covering comprises a cornrow-shaped cap.
14. The hair band device of claim 1, wherein said headband and said securing band are flexible.
15. The hair band device of claim 1, wherein an outer surface of said headband is configured to receive fasteners and support said hair-piece on said head of said user-wearer.
16. The hair band device of claim 1, wherein said headband is positioned along a natural hairline of said user-wearer during said in-use condition.
17. The hair band device of claim 1, wherein said hair-piece is selected from the group consisting of a wig, a weave, and crochet hair.
18. A hair band device, the hair band device comprising: a head covering assembly including; a headband configured to wrap around a crown of a head of a user-wearer; and a securing band configured to wrap around a nape of a neck of a user-wearer secure said headband to said head of said user-wearer; wherein said a first-end of said headband is fixed to a first-securing-band-end of said securing band and a second-end of said headband is fixed to a second-securing-band-end of said securing band; wherein said securing band is attached to said headband at an elastic strip located on said first-end of said headband and said second-end of said headband; wherein said head covering assembly is stretchable at said elastic strip to conform with a shape of the head of the user-wearer; wherein said head covering assembly has a circumference approximately equal to a head-circumference of said head of said user-wearer; wherein said securing band is stretchable circumferentially about said head-circumference of said head of said user-wearer to conform with the shape of the head of the user-wearer; wherein said securing band is elasticized; wherein said securing band comprises a first-section and a second-section; wherein said first-section and said second-section cross over creating an x-shaped said securing band that is placed on said nape of said neck for strong support; wherein said head covering assembly comprises a head covering; wherein said headband and said securing band are flexible; wherein an outer surface of said headband is configured to receive fasteners and support said hair-piece on said head of said user-wearer; wherein said hair band device provides a foundation for securing a hair-piece to said head of said user-wearer and conceals baldness during an in-use condition; wherein said headband is positioned along a natural hairline of said user-wearer during said in-use condition; and wherein said hair-piece is selected from the group consisting of a wig, a weave, and crochet hair.
19. A method of using a hair band device, the method comprising the steps of: providing a head covering assembly; applying said head covering assembly to a head of a user-wearer; securing a securing band; and applying a hair-piece.
20. The method of claim 19, further comprising the steps of: removing said hair piece; and removing said head covering assembly.

[0017] As discussed above, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a hair accessory and more particularly to a hair band device as used to improve the use of head covering(s) means to hide thin hairlines and secure a wig.
[0018] Generally, the present invention provides women with a hair band designed to hide thinning hairlines and bald edges on the head. It offers support with two elastic strips supporting the top right and left sides of the band. It includes an elastic strip wrapping around the nape of the neck in order to give leverage and offer comfort, ensuring the band will stay in one position without moving on the head. It supports various types of wigs and weaves, allowing users to customize their hairstyle.

The device helps support thinning edges, offering a way for individuals to conveniently cover up thin hairlines and bald heads. There are five different cornrow-shaped caps that fits the hairline to the crown of the head.
