    Abstract

    The present utility model relates to a new structural arrangement for various packages and to various package opening systems which can be used with any compatible package, and pertains to the technical field of packages in general, providing very advantageous, practical, reliable and functional results, with the greater objective of allowing packages to be recycled, preserving the environment and nature, which is a general practice worldwide by large companies which look after their image. The package comprises a body (10) shaped as a bottle, provided with an inner flexible tube (11) with a bent upper end, forming an inverted U, the upper portion (12) of which is kept in the vertical position outside the bottleneck, a stopper (14) being also provided at the liquid outlet (13); the body (10) and the tube (11) are closed by a lid (15) provided with a vertical projection (16) that forms an inner channel for housing the upper portion (12). Other arrangements are provided in structural variants.

    Claims

    1. A constructive arrangement introduced in a package, comprising a body in the shape of a bottle, internally provided with a flexible pipe, the upper end of which is folded and forms an inverted U, in order to keep the upper portion outside the throat and vertically positioned, with a plug at the liquid outlet; wherein said body and pipe are closed by a lid, which is provided with a vertical protuberance that forms an inner channel for accommodating the upper portion.

    2. The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body, in the shape of a bottle, that is provided in the region of the throat with an orifice and in the outer portion with an outlet recess for accommodating the upper portion of the flexible pipe which is located in the inner part of the body and seal by a seal, attached to the channel by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region, said flexible pipe also being provided in the liquid outlet with a plug, and the body is closed by a regular lid.

The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body in the shape of a beverage can that is provided on the upper portion with a lid provided in the center with an orifice having a lid and a L-shaped seal at the end thereof that forms, tangent to the upper portion of the lid, a detachable region for the liquid outlet and extending to the upper end of the body, forming a grasping region that is accommodated in a recess provided in the upper end of the body.

    4. The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body in the shape of a beverage can, that is provided in the upper portion with a lid having in its center an orifice having a lid, wherein the body is provided with an orifice at its edge and a vertical recess and a circular recess for the exit and accommodation of the upper portion of the flexible pipe which is located in the inner part of the body and is sealed by a seal, attached to the recesses and by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region, the outlet of which is blocked by a protuberance provided in the seal, wherein said body is provided with a curved bottom to better drain the liquid.

The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body in the shape of a beverage can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover provided in the center with an orifice having a lid and an orifice close to the edge, a notch at its edge, for the exit and accommodation of the flexible pipe, respectively, whose portion is folded downwards and accommodated in a lower recess that is joined to the a circular recess that receives the seal, that is attached by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region that is also provided with a protuberance, wherein said body is provided with a curved bottom to better drain the liquid.

The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body, in the shape of a beverage box having a square cross-section, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover provided in the center with an orifice having a lid and a notch at its edge, for accommodating the flexible pipe, whose upper portion is folded downwards when not in use and accommodated in a vertical recess that is joined to a circular recess that receives the sealing wax that is attached by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region that is also provided with a protuberance, wherein said body is provided with a puncture for the exit of the flexible pipe right below the notch and has the bottom biased towards the exit side of the pipe, or in the shape of an inverted V, to better drain the liquid; and wherein optionally the puncture could be in the lid, and the flexible pipe can have a higher diameter or a square cross-section.

The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body, in the shape of a preserved food can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover having a detachable edge, through a V-shaped knob, whose horizontal portion is attached to the lid and a vertical portion that runs to a grasping ring and is accommodated on a lower recess that is joined to a circular recess, wherein said knob is provided on its lower face with guillotines in the shape of two teeth having sharp tips so that said teeth, when the lever is actuated, penetrate in the lid and release gas or pressure, thus facilitating the rupture of the lid when the lever is actuated, or the guillotine could have one tooth or be in the shape of a rectilinear body.

The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body, in the shape of a preserved food can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover provided with an opening having a detachable edge, through an L-shaped know that actuates a guillotine that penetrates in the lid of the can and releases gas or pressure, thus facilitating the rupture of the cover when the lever is actuated; wherein the horizontal portion of said knob is attached to the lid and a vertical portion that ends in a grasping ring and is accommodated on a vertical recess that is joined to a circular recess.

The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body in the shape of a preserved food can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover that may be detached or provided with an opening having a detachable edge, through an L-shaped knob, whose horizontal portion is attached to the lid or opening and a vertical portion that ends in a grasping ring and is accommodated in a vertical recess that is joined to a circular recess, wherein an overcoat is also provided on the package, said overcoat being attached through a pivoting point to an arc provided with a round reinforcement or a pointed reinforcement, accommodated in recesses to prevent same from being displaced and keep same in the proper position, and be reinserted.
