[0018] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0019] Technical features of the present invention are hereunder illustrated with specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and described below.

[0020] Referring to FIGS. 1-3, a bristle band 10 provided in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is a roller brush wound around a rotating shaft 20. The rotating shaft 20 drives the bristle band 10 to rotate. The bristle band 10 comprises a cord 11, a first bristle 12, and a second bristle 13.

[0021] The cord 11 is wound around the rotating shaft 20. The cord 11 has a receiving slot 111. The receiving slot 111 is disposed along the cord 11 lengthwise.

[0022] The first bristle 12 has a portion disposed in the receiving slot 111 and fixedly connected to the cord 11 and has another portion protruding from the receiving slot 111 to come into contact with an object and thereby wash the surface thereof.

[0023] The second bristle 13 has a portion disposed in the receiving slot 111 and fixedly connected to the cord 11 and has another portion protruding from the receiving slot 111 to come into contact with an object and thereby wash the surface thereof.

[0024] With the first bristle 12 and the second bristle 13 being disposed in the cord 11 and the rotating shaft 20 rotating at a constant rotation speed, different types of bristles passing a cleaning target come in more types than ever, thereby enhancing cleaning efficiency.

[0025] In the first embodiment, the bristle band 10 further comprises a batten 21 disposed in the receiving slot 111. The cord 11 forms a first sidewall 112 and a second sidewall 113 on two opposing sides of the receiving slot 111. The first sidewall 112 and the second sidewall 113 correspond in position to each other to clamp the first bristle 12, the second bristle 13 and the batten 21. The first bristle 12 and the second bristle 13 are better fixed in place by the batten 21.

[0026] In the first embodiment, the receiving slot 111 is divided into a first zone 111a and a second zone 111b along the cord 11 lengthwise. The first bristle 12 is disposed in the first zone 111a and fixedly connected to the cord 11. The second bristle 13 is disposed in the second zone 111b and fixedly connected to the cord 11. Therefore, different types of bristles are disposed on the cord 11, enhancing cleaning efficiency. The first bristle 12 or the second bristle 13 is a monofilament or a multifilament, with a diameter of 5 mm to 0.01 mm. The first bristle 12 or the second bristle 13 is sheet-shaped. The first bristle 12 or the second bristle 13 is made of one of polypropylene (PP), polyfluoroalkoxy (PFA), nylon, sponge, and the like.

[0027] The first embodiment is exemplified by the first bristle 12 and the second bristle 13, but the present invention is not restricted to two types of bristles. In a variant embodiment, there are at least four types of bristles, that is, a first bristle, a second bristle, a third bristle, a fourth bristle, and so forth, are disposed on the cord 11, enhancing cleaning efficiency.

[0028] In the second embodiment illustrated by FIGS. 4-6, the first bristle 12 forms a first layer 12a, whereas the second bristle 13 forms a second layer 13a. The first layer 12a and the second layer 13a are disposed between the first sidewall 112 and the second sidewall 113. Likewise, different types of bristles are disposed on the cord 11 to perform a cleaning process efficiently, because different types of bristles come into contact with an object to be cleaned.

[0029] Therefore, the present invention has a main advantage as follows: with a first bristle and a second bristle being disposed in the same cord and a rotating shaft rotating at a constant rotation speed, the bristles passing a cleaning target come in more types than ever, thereby enhancing cleaning efficiency.
