A base is provided that is preferably rectangular which supports the top surface. Further the holes are arranged in a triangular providing support for a cup within each hole. Also with respect to the present invention, anchors are provided to anchor the floating base in that water. An anchor is preferably attached to each corner of the base.

[0008] FIG. 1 depicts a portable beer pong table in accordance with the present invention. Table 100 includes a Base 50 that has a top flat Surface 44. A top Surface 44 includes a series of holes arranged in a triangular shape that are adapted to receive cups 40. Holes 42 lie below each cup 40 shown in FIG. 1. The present invention also includes anchors 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d. These anchors are positioned at each corner of Base 50. Each anchor includes a cord with a weight at the bottom of the cord to essentially anchor the table in a stationary position. The buoyant Table 100 may be placed in the water as roughly depicted in FIG. 1. The base 50 is designed of buoyant material to allow for floating of the beer pong table for use with the present invention.
