Abstract
A filter container to filter a fluid may include a first section having a porous first wall; a second section having a porous second wall being connected to the porous first wall; and a hose to connect to the first section and to connect to a skimmer to transport the fluid to the filter. The first section and the second section define a central cavity.
Claims
1) A filter container to filter a fluid, comprising: a first section having a porous first wall; a second section having a porous second wall being connected to the porous first wall; a hose to connect to the first section and to connect to a skimmer to transport the fluid to the filter; wherein the first section and the second section define a central cavity.
2) A filter container to filter a fluid as in claim 1, wherein the first section includes a first depression wall to connect to the porous first wall.
3) A filter container to filter a fluid as in claim 1, wherein the second section includes a second depression wall to connect to the porous second wall.
4) A filter container to filter a fluid as in claim 1, wherein the first section and the second section are connected with a fastener.
5) A filter container to filter a fluid as in claim 1, wherein the first porous wall includes a grid.
6) A filter container to filter a fluid as in claim 1, wherein the second porous wall includes a grid.
7) A filter container to filter a fluid as in claim 5, wherein the grid includes a strip.
8) A filter container to filter a fluid as in claim 5, wherein the grid includes a wire.
9) A filter container to filter a fluid as in claim 6, wherein the grid includes a strip.
10) A filter container to filter a fluid as in claim 6, wherein the grid includes a wire.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0020] The filtering device 100 of the present invention may be used in a swimming pool to prevent the skimmer 110 of the swimming pool from becoming clogged due to leaves and other debris and preventing the continuous circulation of water (or other fluid). The continuous circulation prevents the water in the swimming pool from freezing avoiding damage.
[0021] The second section 104 may be a truncated cone shape (the shape may be a cylinder, rectangle, spherical or other appropriate shape) and may include a peripheral second peripheral wall 115 to allow water (or other fluid) to enter the central cavity 116.
[0022] The filter container 100 may be placed beneath the surface of the water in the pool and may be connected to the skimmer 110. The pump (not shown) may pool water through the filter and through the filter container 100. Leaves may not enter the filter container 100 because of the grid 122.
