Abstract

The present application discloses a heat preservation box and a split-type wooden box with a heat preservation box that includes a heat preservation box and a wooden box. The heat preservation box is placed in the wooden box and they are flexibly connected to each other. The heat preservation box may be taken out of the wooden box for separate use. There is no connection between the wooden box cover and a body of the wooden box; a drain plug on a side surface of the heat preservation box is used in cooperation with a side cover plate of the wooden box, so that waste water in the heat preservation box can be prevented from entering the wooden box; the box body of the heat preservation box is locked with the upper cover of the heat preservation box, and the operation is simple.

Claims

1. A split-type box for removably containing a stand-alone heat preservation box, comprising: a box body, removably containing a body of the heat preservation box; a box cover, removably connected to an upper cover of the heat preservation box, wherein each of at least two corners of the box cover comprises a bolt hole, configured to connect to the upper cover of the heat preservation box by bolts; and an openable cover plate, covering an opening of the box body of the split-type box and corresponding to a drain of the heat preservation box, wherein the box body and the box cover are not connected.

2. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein one end of the cover plate is connected to the box body of the split-type box by a pin shaft, and the other end of the cover plate is connected to the box body of the split-type box by a latch.

3. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate covers a part of a side wall of the box body of the split-type box.

4. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate covers a part of a bottom wall of the box body of the split-type box.

5. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein in a lateral direction, a side surface of the cover plate has a predetermined distance from the side surface of the box body of the heat preservation box.

6. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate is L-shaped,

7. The split-type box according to claim 6, wherein a cuboidal space is defined by the cover plate, the drain is disposed within the cuboidal space.

8. The split-type box according to claim 7, wherein the drain is disposed at least 10 mm from sides of the cuboidal space.

9. The split-type box according to claim 7, wherein the drain is disposed about 10 to 50 mm from sides of the cuboidal space.

10. The split-type box according to claim 7, wherein the cuboidal space has a first edge between approximately 120 mm to 150 mm, a second edge between approximately 100 mm to 130 mm, and a third edge between approximately 120 mm to 150 mm.

11. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein the opening corresponding to the cover plate is sized and configured to allow water directly discharged from the heat preservation box to the outside of the split-type box without contacting the box body of the split-type box.

12. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein inner dimensions of the box boy of the split-type box match outer dimensions of the heat preservation box.

13. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein an internal surface of the box body of the split-type box further comprises a groove, corresponding to a projection disposed on an outside surface of the box body of the heat preservation box.

14. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein an internal surface of the box body of the split-type box further comprises a projection, corresponding to a groove disposed on an outside surface of the box body of the heat preservation box.

15. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein the heat preservation box is a cooler.

16. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein the box body of the split-type box is made of woods.

17. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein the box cover of the split-type box is made of woods.

18. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein the split-type box is made of woods.

19. The split-type box according to claim 1, wherein when the heat preservation box is closed, the box cover of the split-type box and the box body of split-type box cover the heat preservation box, so that a user cannot see the heat preservation box.

20. A heat preservation kit, comprising: a stand-alone heat preservation box, comprising: a body, and an upper cover, rotatably connected to the body; and a split-type box for removably containing the stand-alone heat preservation box, comprising: a box body, removably containing the body of the heat preservation box; a box cover, removably connected to the upper cover of the heat preservation box, wherein each of at least two corners of the box cover comprises a bolt hole, configured to connect to the upper cover of the heat preservation box by bolts; and an openable cover plate, covering an opening of the box body of the split-type box and corresponding to a drain of the heat preservation box, wherein the box body and the box cover are not connecte

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0084] Preferred embodiments of the present application are specifically described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The accompanying drawings constitute a part of this application, and are used together with embodiments of the present application to illustrate the principle of the present application.

[0085] With respect to wooden heat preservation boxes on the current market, a wooden box and a heat preservation box are designed to be integral, and cannot be separately used. Discharging of ice water molten in the heat preservation box from a side outlet of the heat preservation box can only be completed by means of auxiliary guide-out; the operation is relatively troublesome, and in the actual use process, the decorative function is greater than the use function, and practicality is not strong. In addition, most heat preservation boxes are relatively difficult to move, and almost all of them are carried by human labor, resulting in considerable inconvenience to users.

[0086] The present application discloses a heat preservation box and a split-type wooden box with a heat preservation box, as shown in FIG. 1, including a heat preservation box 1 and a wooden box 2. The heat preservation box 1 is installed in the wooden box 2, and they are flexibly connected to each other, and are detachable.

When the heat preservation box 1 needs to be used alone, bolts between the wooden box cover 22 and the upper cover 12 are detached to take the box body 11 of the heat preservation box 1 out; the upper cover 12 is re-covered, and the handle 1213 is pulled by a hand to stretch the entire hasp 121 until the fastener 1212 reaches the semi-arc-shaped notch of the box body 11; the fastener 1212 is clamped at the semi-arc-shaped notch; the handle 1213 is loosened, and in this case, the box body 11 and the upper cover 12 are in a locked state, and the heat preservation box 1 can be used alone.
