Abstract
A hand-push rotating umbrella comprises extension springs at one side of the supporting ribs where an upward acting force can be produced by means of the pretension force of the extension spring when the moveable runner is pushed up so that the moveable runner and upper rib supporting rods would not fall down affected by gravity, thus a stable umbrella closing state able to be achieved without providing the engagement structure and solving the problems of the existing reversely-folded umbrella produced by only able to stably close the umbrella by using the engagement structure. Moreover, through the collocation application of the upper runner and moveable runner in the present invention, the umbrella canopy would rotate to offset the impact force caused by the wind resistance or collision in the case of strong wind or umbrella rib collision with some foreign object or person, thus able to avoid stabbing and hurting other people and improve the umbrella use safety.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0041] There are two embodiments of the present invention. First, the first embodiment is described. Referring to
[0042] Referring to
[0043] Referring to
[0044] Referring to
[0045] Through the collocation application of the upper runner 3 and moveable runner 4, when the user opens up the umbrella in the case of strong wind or umbrella rib collision with some foreign object or person, the umbrella canopy would rotate to offset the impact force caused by the wind resistance or collision. In addition to avoiding the umbrella canopy deformation and damage, it also can avoid injury to the person holding or colliding with the umbrella so as to improve the umbrella use safety and practicability.
[0046] Then, the rotating runner seat 33 can be assembled at the top of the umbrella shaft 1 through the connecting piece 32 and the connecting piece 32 is fixed at the bottom of the rotating runner seat 33 by the first inserting pin 34. Therefore, even when the umbrella canopy encounters a strong wind or in the case of umbrella rib collision with some foreign object or person, the upper rib supporting rods 6 can drive the rotating runner seat 33 and connecting piece 32 to rotate relative to the umbrella shaft 1. Thus, the umbrella shaft 1 and upper rib supporting rods 6 would not be damaged under the influence of the twisting force and the service life can be extended.
[0047] Moreover, through the application of the second inserting pin 35, the coupling piece 31 can be fixed into the umbrella shaft 1 to avoid the falling of the coupling piece 31.
[0048] Referring to
[0049] Through the collocation application of the protruding section 321 and the left and right curved grooves of 3111 and 3121, the connecting piece 32 can rotate smoothly driven by the rotating runner seat 33 without friction with the inner wall of the left and right casings of 311 and 312 to produce resistance.
[0050] Then, because the width of the positioning body 322 is larger than the top diameter of the coupling piece 31, the positioning body 322 can be positioned at the top of the coupling piece 31 for the insertion of the bottom of the rotating runner seat 33.
[0051] Moreover, through the collocation application of the clamping edge 3221 and retaining piece 331, it can prevent the rotating runner seat 33 from being inserted too much into the connecting piece 32 to cause the rotation impossible.
[0052] Referring to
[0053] A cushion cover 36 is provided at the top of the upper runner 3; thereby, it can clamp and fix the edge of the outer umbrella cloth C tightly so that there are no cracks at the end edge of the hand-push rotating umbrella 100 to avoid rainwater seepage or loose threads; and it also has the buffering and anti-slip function in application to reduce the damage to the user's hand caused by the ground feedback force and the occurrence of slip.
[0054] As shown in
[0055] Moreover, the diameter of the middle runner 5 is smaller than the diameter of the moveable runner 4; thereby, when the lower rib supporting rods 8 and, supporting ribs A are closed, there are no pressure and tightness problems between them at all and the hand-push rotating umbrella 100 becomes more flexible and smoother in the closing and opening up applications.
[0056] Please refer to
[0057] 10. A hand-push rotating umbrella, comprising: an umbrella shaft (1), a handle (2) disposed at a bottom of the umbrella shaft (1), an upper runner (3) disposed at a top of the umbrella shaft (1), a moveable runner (4) disposed between the upper runner (3) and handle (2), a middle runner (5) disposed at a top of the moveable runner (4), a plurality of upper rib supporting rods (6) pivotally jointed at a periphery of the upper runner (3), a reversely-folded rib supporting rod (7) pivotally jointed with one end of the upper rib supporting rods (6), lower rib supporting rods (8) having one end thereof pivotally jointed with the reversely-folded rib supporting rod (7) and having another end thereof pivotally jointed with the moveable runner (4), moveable brace rods (9) having one end thereof pivotally jointed with the upper rib supporting rods (6) and having another end thereof sleeved on the lower rib supporting rods (8); an outer umbrella cloth (10) disposed outside the upper rib supporting rods (6) and reversely-folded rib supporting rod (7); an internal umbrella fabric (20) disposed outside the lower rib supporting rods (8); a plurality of supporting ribs (A) pivotally jointed at a periphery of the middle runner (5) and having one end thereof pivotally connected with the moveable brace rods (9); and an extension spring (B) disposed at one side of the supporting ribs (A), the extension spring (B) having a first fixing end (B1) disposed at one end thereof and having a second fixing end (B2) disposed at another end thereof;
[0058] wherein the end of the supporting ribs (A) connected with the middle runner (5) is internally provided with a third positioning block (A2) for fixing the first fixing end (B1) of the extension spring (B), and one end of the moveable brace rods (9) connected to the upper rib supporting rods (6) is internally provided with a fourth positioning block (94) for fixing the second fixing end (B2) of the extension, spring (B).
[0059] The difference between the above-mentioned second embodiment and the first embodiment is that one end of the supporting ribs (A) connected to the middle runner (5) and one end of the moveable brace rods (9) connected to the upper rib supporting rods (6) are include the third and fourth positioning blocks (A2, 94) disposed therein for the first and second fixing ends (B1, B2). Compared to the outwardly protruding arrangement of the first and second positioning blocks (A1, 91) of the first embodiment, the third and fourth positioning blocks are disposed inside to solve the extension spring (B) being falling off.
