Abstract
A collection bag is for receiving a collected material and an emptying opening configured in a specific shape for the collection bag which has a receiving space defined by a woven cloth. The receiving space is defined by outer edges of the collection bag. The woven cloth is at least partially air-permeable. The receiving space has an inlet opening for a blower air flow supplying the material and a closable emptying opening for removing the material. The receiving space opens into a tubular outlet section, the open end thereof forming the emptying opening. In a closed position of the outlet section, the receiving space or the emptying opening is closed. In an open position, the receiving space is connected to the surroundings via the emptying opening. In its open position, the outlet section protrudes from the bag and, in its closed position, the outlet section is located inside the bag.
Claims
1. A collection bag for receiving a collected material for a hand-held work apparatus, the collection bag comprising: a woven cloth defining a receiving space; said woven cloth being at least partially air-permeable; said receiving space having an inlet opening for an air flow supplying the collected material and a closable emptying opening for removing the collected material; and, wherein said receiving space opens into an outlet section having an open end forming said emptying opening; said outlet section being configured in a closed position to close said receiving space and in an open position to connect said receiving space to surroundings, wherein in said open position said outlet section protrudes from the collection bag and in said closed position said outlet section is located inside the collection bag.
2. The collection bag of claim 1, wherein in said closed position of said outlet section, an opening edge defining said emptying opening is folded at least once into the collection bag.
3. The collection bag of claim 2, wherein in said closed position said outlet section is located entirely below a flap of the collection bag and the collection bag is closed according to a principle of a labyrinth seal.
4. The collection bag of claim 2, wherein said folded-in circumferential opening edge is secured in a folded-in closed position by said outer woven cloth of the collection bag.
5. The collection bag of claim 1, wherein said closed position of said outlet section is secured by at least one closure element which is held on the collection bag.
6. The collection bag of claim 5, wherein said closure element is a buckle held on an outer face of said woven cloth.
7. The collection bag of claim 2, wherein said opening edge of said outlet section defining said emptying opening is reinforced by a flat bar; and, said flat bar is divided in a longitudinal direction thereof into at least two segments which are mutually separate.
8. The collection bag of claim 1 further comprising: a flat bar defining a longitudinal direction; a flap reinforced by said flat bar; and, said flat bar in said longitudinal direction being divided into at least two segments which are mutually separate.
9. The collection bag of claim 5, wherein a fold of said opening edge which is formed in said closed position of said outlet section corresponds at least to a width (F) of a flat bar.
10. The collection bag of claim 1, wherein the work apparatus is a leaf blower.
11. The collection bag of claim 1, wherein said outlet section is configured in said closed position to close said emptying opening.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0021] The schematic view in
[0022] An attachment loop 19 can be provided at the upper longitudinal edge 11 of the collection bag 1. The attachment loop 19 can be configured for fastening a carrying belt, a strap or similar element.
[0023] The inlet opening 3 for a blower air flow 6 is configured on the first edge 12 of the collection bag 1. The blowing tube of a suction device, not shown in more detail, is connected to the inlet opening 3. As
[0024] An outlet opening 4 is configured in the second edge 14 of the collection bag 1 opposing the inlet opening 3. As
[0025] Advantageously a discharge opening 10 is provided in the side wall 7 of the collection bag 1. The discharge opening 10 is located between the outlet opening 4 and the inlet opening 3. The discharge opening 10 has a size which corresponds to approximately 10% to 20% of the total surface area of the side wall 7 of the collection bag 1. The discharge opening 10 serves for the at least partial diversion of the blower air flow 6 into partial flows 8. The diversion of the partial flows 8 of the blower air flow 6 through the discharge opening 10 is indicated by arrows in
[0026] As
[0027] The opening edge 15 of the outlet section 20 defining the emptying opening 9 is preferably reinforced by a flat bar 16. In one particular embodiment, the flat bar 16 is divided in its longitudinal direction 17, as is revealed in particular in
[0028] It can be advantageous to reinforce the flap 30 of the collection bag 1 by a flat bar 26, as is shown for example in
[0029] The outlet section 20 is configured in a closed position to close the receiving space 5, in particular the emptying opening 9. The outlet section 20 is also configured in an open position to connect the receiving space 5 to the surroundings. The arrangement is configured such that in its open position the outlet section 20 protrudes from the collection bag 1 and in its closed position the outlet section is located inside the collection bag 1.
[0030] For closing the emptying opening 9 or for closing the open end 21 of the outlet section 20, the opening edge 15 is folded in at least once in the direction of the arrow 44, as shown in
[0031] As
[0032] The closed position of the flap 30 is secured by at least one closure element 40. The closed opening edge 15 of the emptying opening 9 of the outlet section 20, which is located in the collection bag 1, is fixed in its closed position by the flap 30 which is held by the closure element 40 in the closed position. Expediently, a plurality of, in particular three or four, closure elements 40 are provided over the height C of the outlet opening 4.
[0033] In order to empty the collection bag 1, only the closed closure elements 40 have to be opened up and the flap 30 folded back. If the collection bag 1 is held with its outlet opening 4 facing the floor, after the flap 30 is opened the collected material will enter the outlet section 20 andsince the closed position of the emptying opening 9 of the outlet section 20 is no longer securedthe folded-in emptying opening 9 will be opened. The user can assist this by manually opening the folded-in opening edge 15.
[0034] It is understood that the foregoing description is that of the preferred embodiments of the invention and that various changes and modifications may be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
