[0030] As utilized herein, the term and/or includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items. Expressions such as at least one of, one of, and selected from, when preceding a list of elements, modify the entire list of elements and do not modify the individual elements of the list. For example, throughout the disclosure, the expression at least one of a, b or c indicates only a, only b, only c, both (e.g., simultaneously) a and b, both (e.g., simultaneously) a and c, both (e.g., simultaneously) b and c, all of a, b, and c, or variations thereof.
[0031] The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing embodiments and is not intended to limit the embodiments described herein. Unless otherwise defined, all chemical names, technical and scientific terms, and terms defined in common dictionaries should be interpreted as having meanings consistent with the context of the related art, and should not be interpreted in an ideal or overly formal sense. It will be understood that, although the terms first, second, and/or the like may be used herein to describe various elements, these elements should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one element from another element. Thus, a first element could be termed a second element without departing from the teachings of the present disclosure. Similarly, a second element could be termed a first element.
[0032] As used herein, singular forms such as a, an, and the are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
[0033] It will be further understood that the terms comprise, comprises, comprising, has, have, having, include, includes, and/or including, when used in this specification, specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof.
[0034] As used herein, the terms use, using, and used may be considered synonymous with the terms utilize, utilizing, and utilized, respectively.
[0035] As used herein, the term and/or includes any, and all, combination(s) of one or more of the associated listed items.
[0036] The term may will be understood to refer to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, some of which include the described element and some of which exclude that element and/or include an alternate element. Similarly, alternative language such as or refers to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, each including a corresponding listed item.
[0037] It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being on, connected to, or on another element, it may be directly on, connected, or coupled to the other element or one or more intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being directly on, directly connected to, or directly coupled to another element, there are no intervening elements present.
[0038] Spatially relative terms, such as beneath, below, lower, above, upper, bottom, top, and the like, may be used herein for ease of description to describe one element or feature's relationship to another element(s) or feature(s) as illustrated in the drawings. It will be understood that the spatially relative terms are intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the drawings. For example, if the device in the drawings is turned over, elements described as below or beneath other elements or features would then be oriented above or over the other elements or features. Thus, the term below may encompass both an orientation of above and below. The device may be otherwise oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations), and the spatially relative descriptors used herein should be interpreted accordingly.
[0039] Unless otherwise defined, all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by those of ordinary skill in the art to which the present disclosure pertains. It is also to be understood that terms defined in commonly used dictionaries should be interpreted as having meanings consistent with meanings in the context of the related art, unless expressly defined herein, and should not be interpreted in an ideal or overly formal sense.

EXAMPLES
Example 1
[0440] As an anode, an ITO substrate was cut to a size of 50 millimeter (mm)?50 mm?0.5 mm, sonicated with acetone, isopropyl alcohol, and pure water each for 15 minutes, and then cleaned by exposure to ultraviolet rays and ozone for 30 minutes. Then, the ITO substrate was provided to a vacuum deposition apparatus.
[0441] m-MTDATA was deposited on the ITO substrate to form a hole injection layer having a thickness of 40 angstrom (?), and then, NPB was vacuum-deposited on the hole injection layer to form a hole transport layer having a thickness of 10 ?, and as a host, Compound HTH06 (first compound) and Compound ETH06 (second compound) were utilized in a weight ratio of 6:4 on the hole transport layer, and Compound AD-24 (third compound) and Compound D-10 (fourth compound) were respectively co-deposited at the weight ratio of 11 wt % and 1.2 wt % based on 100 wt % of the total weight of an emission layer to form the emission layer having a thickness of 350 ?.
[0442] The second compound was deposited on the emission layer to form a hole-blocking layer having a thickness of 50 ?. ET46 was deposited on the hole-blocking layer to form an electron transport layer having a thickness of 310 ?.
[0443] AI was deposited on the electron transport layer to form a cathode having a thickness of a 1200 ?, thereby completing the manufacture of an organic light-emitting device.

Evaluation Example 1. Characterization of Organic Light-Emitting Devices
[0445] R.sup.0 (Forster radius) value and J value were calculated through ultraviolet (UV)-vis spectroscopy measurement, photoluminescence measurement, and Quantum yield measurement of the organic light-emitting devices according to Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 11. In some embodiments, driving voltage (V), luminescence efficiency (candela per ampere (cd/A)), and lifespan (T.sub.90) at 25? C. and 40? C. were measured utilizing Keithley MU 236 and luminance meter PR650, and the lifespan at 40? C. was measured through M760 life time. Accordingly, the results are shown in Table 1 and Table 2. In Table 2, A efficiency was calculated according to Equation 20, and the relative lifespan at 40? C. was expressed as a relative value based on the lifespan at 25? C.
? efficiency (%)=[{(efficiency at 25? C. of organic light-emitting device)?(efficiency at 40? C. of organic light-emitting device)}/(efficiency at 25? C. of organic light-emitting device)efficiency]?100.Equation 20

[0446] From Table 2, it may be seen that the organic light-emitting devices of Examples 1 to 5 each have relatively low driving voltage, high efficiency, high lifespan, low ? efficiency and high 40? C. relative lifespan at 25? C. and 40? C.
[0447] From Table 2, it may be confirmed that the organic light-emitting devices of Examples 1 to 5 each have a low ?efficiency and a high 40? C. relative lifespan compared to the organic light-emitting devices of Comparative Examples 1 to 11. For example, it may be confirmed that compared to room temperature, at high temperature, the organic light-emitting devices of Examples 1 to 5 show less decrease in efficiency and lifespan compared to the organic light-emitting devices of Comparative Examples 1 to 11.
[0448] The organic light-emitting devices according to one or more embodiments may have both excellent or suitable efficiency and also lifespan characteristics at room temperature and/or high temperature, and high-quality electronic apparatuses and consumer products can be manufactured utilizing the same.
