We claim the ornamental design for a bobbin and spool holder, as shown and described.

Description

(1) FIG. 1 is a top front perspective view of a bobbin and spool holder, showing our new design;

(2) FIG. 2 is a bottom rear perspective view thereof;

(3) FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

(4) FIG. 4 is a side elevation view thereof, with the front elevation and the other side elevation view being identical thereto;

(5) FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

(6) FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

(7) The broken lines shown in the drawings depict portions of the bobbin and spool holder that form no part of the claimed design.
