DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

    (7) Referring now to the drawings, where the present invention is generally referred to with numeral 10, it can be observed that it basically includes a holder assembly 20 and a cover assembly 40. It should be understood there are modifications and variations of the invention that are too numerous to be listed but that all fit within the scope of the invention. Also, singular words should be read as plural and vice versa and masculine as feminine and vice versa, where appropriate, and alternative embodiments do not necessarily imply that the two are mutually exclusive.

    (8) As best illustrated in FIG. 4 the holder assembly 20 may include a first ring 22 and a second ring 24. The first ring 22 may have a ring shape. It also may be suitable for the first ring 22 to have a rectangular-frame shape, a triangular-frame shape, or any other suitable shape. The second ring 24 may be a mirror image of the first ring. The first ring 22 and the second ring 24 may be an annealed wire. It also may be suitable for the first ring 22 and the second ring 24 to be galvanized wire, or any other wire presenting flexibility and resistance. The first ring 22 and the second ring 24 may be a cylindrical metallic element in a closed loop. It also may be suitable for the first ring 22 and the second ring 24 to be a rectangular or triangular metallic element in a closed loop.

    (9) The first ring 22 may include a first bottom portion and a first top portion. The second ring 24 may include a second bottom portion and a second top portion. The first bottom portion of the first ring 22 may be coupled to the second bottom portion of the second ring 24.
