DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0020] To gain a better understanding of the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the invention, the invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described below are merely used for explaining the invention and are not used for limiting the invention.
[0021] In the description of the invention, it should be understood that terms such as center, longitudinal, transverse, length, width, thickness, upper, lower, front, back, left, right, vertical, horizontal, top, bottom, inner, outer, clockwise and anticlockwise are used for indicating directional or positional relations based on the accompanying drawings merely for the purpose of facilitating and simplifying the description of the invention, do not indicate or imply that devices or elements referred to must be in a specific direction or be configured and operated in a specific direction, and thus should not be construed as limitations of the invention. In addition, terms first and second are merely for the purpose of description, and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features referred to. Therefore, a feature defined by first or second may explicitly or implicitly indicate the inclusion of one or more said features. In the description of the invention, multiple means two or more, unless otherwise clearly and expressly defined.
[0022] In the description of the invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise expressly stated and defined, terms mount, link and connect should be broadly understood. For example, connect may refer to fixed connection, detachable connection or integrated connection; or, mechanical connection or electrical connection; or, direct connection, or indirect connection by means of an intermediate medium, or internal connection or interaction of two elements. Those ordinarily skilled in the art can appreciate the specific meanings of these terms in the invention as the case may be.
[0023] Embodiment 1: As shown in
[0024] In this embodiment, the rotating sleeve 22 can be rotated to allow the bump 31 on the straw 3 to slide upwards or downwards along the spiral slideway 25 to realize ascending or descending of the straw 3, such that the straw 3 is retractable. In this way, the straw 3 can stretch out by rotation when used and can retract by reverse rotation when not used. The straw 3 and the bottle body I can be carried as a whole, and the straw 3 can be stored and protected.
[0025] In specific use, the bottle cap 2 is opened directly, then liquid such as water or a drink is poured into the bottle body 1, and next, the bottle cap 2 is closed, that is, the bottom cap 21 covers the bottle body 1. In a default state, the straw 3 is in a retracted state. When a user needs to drink water in the bottle body 1, the top cap 23 of the bottle cap 2 is removed first to uncover the upper opening of the second sleeve tube 26; then, the rotating sleeve 22 is rotated, and in the rotation process of the rotating sleeve 22, the straw 3 is driven to rotate synchronously under the action of the sliding groove 27 and the bump 31; after the straw 3 is rotated, the bump 31 is still located on the spiral slideway 25; if the straw 3 tends to rotate upwards along the spiral slideway 25, the bump 31 is prevented from moving leftward or rightwards by means of the sliding groove 27 and is gradually pushed to slide upwards along the sliding groove 27, the straw 3 is driven to stretch out gradually until the bump 31 enters the limiting groove 28 in the upper end of the sliding groove 27, the straw 3 will not further stretch out anymore after the bump 31 enters the limiting groove 28, and the operation of stretching out the straw 3 is completed. Under the action of the limiting groove 28, the straw 3 will be kept in this state as long as the rotating sleeve 22 is not rotated reversely, that is, the straw 3 will neither further stretch out nor retract, such that customers can use the straw 3 smoothly. When the straw 3 is not used, the rotating sleeve 22 is rotated reversely to allow the bump 31 to disengage from the limiting groove 28 in the upper end of the sliding groove 27, then the bump 31 is prevented to moving leftward or rightwards by means of the sliding groove and slides along the spiral slideway 25 until the bump enters the limiting groove 28, in the opposite direction, in the lower end of the sliding groove 2, at this moment, the straw 3 completely retracts, the top cap 23 is then closed, and the straw 3 is stored.
[0026] Further, to allow the straw 3 to stretch and retract more stably, in this embodiment, two spiral slideways 25 are arranged symmetrically. Similarly, two bumps 31 are arranged symmetrically. In this way, the force during movement can be balanced by means of two symmetrical force application points to allow the straw 3 to move more stably. Moreover, the bumps 31 are cylindrical, such that the bump 31 will not get stuck during the movement process.
[0027] Further, to realize rotary installation of the rotating sleeve 22, in this embodiment, a socket 29 is arranged at the bottom of the rotating sleeve 22, the rotating sleeve 22 is disposed around an upper end of the bottom cap 21 by means of the socket 29 and is able to rotate with respect to the bottom cap 21.
[0028] Further, to allow the top cap 23 to cover the rotating sleeve 22 stably, in this embodiment, an annular projection 101 is arranged on an upper surface of the rotating sleeve 22, and the rotating sleeve 22 is in interference fit with the top cap 23 by means of the annular projection 101.
[0029] Further, to allow customers to know how to rotate the rotating sleeve 22 more easily, in this embodiment, a rotation direction sign 103 for indicating a rotation direction is arranged on an outer wall of the rotating sleeve 22.
[0030] Further, in this embodiment, the bottle body 1 may be made from various materials such as glass, stainless steel, ceramic, silica gel and plastic. In order to improve the anti-skid effect of the bottle body 1, in this embodiment, patterns 102 are arranged on the bottle body 1
[0031] Embodiment 2: As shown in
[0032] Further, in this embodiment, an opening 104 is formed in an upper end of the bottom cap 21, and users can drink water directly by means of the opening 104.
[0033] Further, to prevent the opening 104 from being exposed when users do not drink water, in this embodiment, a top end of the straw 3 remains exposed when the straw 3 retracts to the bottom, a rotating plate 105 is disposed around an upper end of the straw 3, the size of the rotating plate 105 corresponds to the size of the opening 104, and the rotating plate 105 can be manually shifted to cover the opening 104.
[0034] The above embodiments are merely preferred ones of the invention, and are not intended to limit the patent scope of the invention. All equivalent structures or flow transformations made based on the contents in the specification and drawings of the invention, or direct or indirect applications to other related technical fields should also fall within the patent protection scope of the invention.
