4. The upper body garment adjustment system of claim 1 wherein the left sleeve, the right sleeve, the neck-aperture, and the waist-aperture include a slit configured to allow the size of the opening to increase and alternatively decrease via the flexible belt.
5. The upper body garment adjustment system of claim 4 wherein the size of the opening is able to increase and alternatively decrease approximately fifty percent in size.
6. The upper body garment adjustment system of claim 1 wherein the flexible strap is sewn into an inseam of the upper body garment.
7. The upper body garment adjustment system of claim 1 wherein the upper body garment comprises a blouse.
8. The upper body garment adjustment system of claim 1 wherein the upper body garment comprises a dress shirt.
9. The upper body garment adjustment system of claim 1 wherein the upper body garment comprises a suit jacket.
10. A lower body garment adjustment system, the system comprising: a lower body garment having a left leg, a right leg, and a pant-waist-aperture; at least one adjustable belt having a flexible strap and a buckle configured to adjust the flexible strap; wherein the at least one adjustable belt is irremovably integrated into the lower body garment; and wherein the lower body garment adjustment system is useful for decreasing a size of opening of at least one of the left leg, the right leg, and alternately the pant-waist-aperture.
11. The lower body garment adjustment system of claim 10 wherein the lower body garment adjustment system is useful for increasing a size of opening of at least one of the left leg, the right leg, and alternatively the pant-waist-aperture.
12. The lower body garment adjustment system of claim 10 wherein the buckle comprises an open-face buckle.
13. The lower body garment adjustment system of claim 10 wherein the left leg, the right leg, and the pant-waist-aperture include a slit configured to allow the size of the opening to increase and alternatively decrease via the flexible belt.
14. The lower body garment adjustment system of claim 13 wherein the size of the opening is able to increase and alternatively decrease approximately fifty percent in size.
