    Abstract

    A bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression comprises a first pressing plate, a second pressing plate and a bellyband; the bellyband comprises more than one fixing belt and more than one elastic compression hemostasis belt, the second pressing plate is located above the first pressing plate, the second pressing plate is more than one; the first pressing plate comprises a compression plate located at a bottom of the first pressing plate and a top plate located at an upper part of the first pressing plate; a first pressing plate supporting leg is vertically arranged on an upper side surface of the top plate, and a space for the fixing belt to pass through is provided between the first compressing plate supporting legs. The hemostasis device is simple to operate, and only one medical staff member can complete all operations, thereby reducing the work intensity of the medical staff.

    Claims

    1. A bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression, characterized in that the hemostasis device comprises a first pressing plate, a second pressing plate and a bellyband; the bellyband comprises more than one fixing belt and more than one elastic compression hemostasis belt, the second pressing plate is located above the first pressing plate, and the second pressing plate is more than one; the first pressing plate comprises a compression plate located at a bottom of the first pressing plate and a top plate located at an upper part of the first pressing plate; a first pressing plate supporting leg is vertically arranged on an upper side surface of the top plate, and a space for the fixing belt of the bellyband to pass through is provided between the first compressing plate supporting legs; a first clamping structure is provided between the first pressing plate supporting leg and the second pressing plate, and the first pressing plate supporting leg is clamped with the second pressing plate by the first clamping structure; an anti-slipping bulge is provided on the upper side surface of the top plate for preventing the bellyband slipping; and a hemispheric bulge and a semi-elliptic bulge are provided at a bottom side of the compression plate.

The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 1, characterized in that the second pressing plate comprises a second pressing plate body and a second pressing plate supporting leg connected on an upper side of the second pressing plate body, the second pressing plate leg is more than two, and a space for the compression hemostasis belt of the bellyband to pass through is provided between the second compressing plate supporting legs.

The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 2, characterized in that the second pressing plate is stacked, and a second clamping structure is provided between the second pressing plate supporting leg of the second pressing plate and the adjacent second pressing plate body.

The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 3, characterized in that the second clamping structure comprises a second clamping bulge and a second clamping slot, the second clamping bulge or the second clamping slot are provided on the second pressing plate supporting leg, and the second clamping slot or the second clamping bulge are correspondingly provided on the second pressing plate body.

The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 1, characterized in that the first clamping structure comprises the first clamping bulge and a first clamping slot fitted with the first clamping bulge, the first clamping bulge is provided on a top of the first pressing plate supporting leg or a bottom of the second pressing plate, and a first clamping slot is correspondingly provided on the bottom of the second pressing plate or the top of the first pressing plate supporting leg.

    6. The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 1, characterized in that four first pressing plate supporting legs are vertically arranged on a periphery of the upper side of the top plate.

    7. The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of the anti-slipping bulge is four, and four anti-slipping bulges are uniformly distributed on the upper side of the top plate.

The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 1, characterized in that the bellyband comprises an annular abdomen portion and two leg portions, and the fixing belt and the compression hemostasis belt are obliquely connected between the abdomen portion and two leg portions.

    9. The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 8, characterized in that the abdomen portion is provided with an abdomen sticky buckle, and the leg portion is provided with a leg sticky buckle.

The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 8, characterized in that the abdomen portion comprises a buttock portion and a crotch portion located outside, the fixing belt at one side and one end of the compression hemostasis belt are fixedly connected to a back side of the leg portion, and the fixing belt and the other end of the compression hemostasis belt are connected on the buttock portion or the crotch portion.

The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 2, characterized in that the first clamping structure comprises the first clamping bulge and a first clamping slot fitted with the first clamping bulge, the first clamping bulge is provided on a top of the first pressing plate supporting leg or a bottom of the second pressing plate, and a first clamping slot is correspondingly provided on the bottom of the second pressing plate or the top of the first pressing plate supporting leg.

    12. The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 2, characterized in that four first pressing plate supporting legs are vertically arranged on a periphery of the upper side of the top plate.

    13. The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 2, characterized in that the number of the anti-slipping bulge is four, and four anti-slipping bulges are uniformly distributed on the upper side of the top plate.

The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 2, characterized in that the bellyband comprises an annular abdomen portion and two leg portions, and the fixing belt and the compression hemostasis belt are obliquely connected between the abdomen portion and two leg portions.

    15. The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 14, characterized in that the abdomen portion is provided with an abdomen sticky buckle, and the leg portion is provided with a leg sticky buckle.

The bilateral femoral artery hemostasis device by compression according to claim 14, characterized in that the abdomen portion comprises a buttock portion and a crotch portion located outside, the fixing belt at one side and one end of the compression hemostasis belt are fixedly connected to a back side of the leg portion, and the fixing belt and the other end of the compression hemostasis belt are connected on the buttock portion or the crotch portion.

    [0038] 1. Laying the trouser-type bellyband on operating bed before operation, the patient lies on the trouser-type bellyband, and the buttock of the patient is located in the center of the trouser-type bellyband.

    [0039] 2. After the interventional operation is completed, fixing the two leg portions by the fixing belt, and fixing the fixing belt of abdomen. After fixing, confirming the pulse of arteria dorsalis pedis by the operator, withdrawing arteriovenous sheath from 2 cm, confirming the arteriovenous puncture point and covering with sterile gauze. Taking out compression device, capturing the compression point and pressing, pressurizing the compression fixing belt through the first pressing plate and fixing on the sticky buckle at back side of the buttock, removing the arteriovenous sheath, fastening the second pressing plate on the first pressing plate, and pressurizing the elastic compression hemostasis belt through the second pressing plate and fixing on the sticky buckle at back side of the buttock, checking the pulse of arteria dorsalis pedis, and the pulse should be weakened but not lost.

After compressing for 30 min, pressing the puncture point with left hand, and removing the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate compression device with right hand, pressing on the hemorrhage spot with medical gauze, pressuring the puncture-point compression fixing belt on the gauze piece, and fixing on the sticky buckle at back side of the buttock, pressing the elastic puncture-point compression belt on the fixing belt with overlap, pressurizing and fixing the sticky buckle at back side of the buttock. The operator performs femoral artery compression hemostasis on the other side based on above method, and double-side femoral artery compression hemostasis is completed.
