Abstract
Provided is an assembly toy including an internal cylindrical body, an external cylindrical body surrounding the internal cylindrical body and having a spiral recess in an internal side surface thereof, and an insertion member inserted to a void in the internal cylindrical body to be engaged with and coupled to the internal cylindrical body. When the insertion member is rotated, the internal cylindrical body moves along the spiral recess in the internal side surface of the external cylindrical body.
Claims
1. An assembly toy comprising: an internal cylindrical body; an external cylindrical body surrounding the internal cylindrical body, and having a spiral recess in an internal side surface thereof; an insertion member inserted to a void in the internal cylindrical body to be engaged with and coupled to the internal cylindrical body, wherein, when the insertion member rotates, the internal cylindrical body moves along the spiral recess formed in the internal side surface of the external cylindrical body.

The assembly toy of claim 1, wherein the internal cylindrical body comprises: a cylindrical body; a female protruding connector located at an end of the cylindrical body, the female protruding connector having a diameter that is greater than a diameter of a circular surface of the cylindrical body; a circular hinge located on a surface at an opposite end of the cylindrical body, when the insertion member rotates, the circular hinge moves along the spiral recess formed in the internal side surface of the external cylindrical body to make the internal cylindrical body move in a lengthwise direction of the external cylindrical body.

The assembly toy of claim 1, wherein the insertion member comprises: a body of a cylindrical shape on which hinge axes are provided at opposite sides of a diameter thereof along a lengthwise direction; a stopper of a circular shape having a diameter that is greater than a diameter of the body of the cylindrical shape on which the hinge axes are provided; and a male protruding connector of a cylindrical shape at a lower end of the stopper, wherein the stopper includes hooking protrusions arranged along a circumference with a predetermined interval, the insertion member is engaged with and coupled to the internal cylindrical body by using the hinge axes and the hooking protrusions, and the male protruding connector protrudes from the external cylindrical body and includes detachable hinges along a circumference in the male protruding connector for making detaching uneasy.

The assembly toy of claim 1, wherein the external cylindrical body is divided as a first semicylindrical body and a second semicylindrical body that are detachably coupled to each other to form the external cylindrical body, and the internal cylindrical body partially protrudes from an end of the external cylindrical body and the insertion member partially protrudes from an opposite end of the external cylindrical body, and protrusions are arranged at the opposite end of the external cylindrical body, from which the insertion member protrudes, while surrounding the insertion member.
5. The assembly toy of claim 1, wherein, when the insertion member is rotated, the internal cylindrical body ascends or descends in a lengthwise direction of the external cylindrical body while moving along the spiral recess formed in the internal side surface of the external cylindrical body.
