Abstract

All big images or lighted patterns or lighted arts created from LED(s) emit light beam through image-carrier as 1.sup.st optics-lens then through the 2.sup.nd optics-lens as (i) project-cover or (ii) refractive-lens; those at least has refractive or-and protective function to make the tiny lighted image or patterns created by image-carrier or texture-lens to passing though refraction properties project-cover or refractive-lens or protective-lens to get the bigger size or colorful or steady or moving bigger size image or-and patterns with predetermined view angle and size to shown on (a) building, house, fence, wall for outdoor, or (b) ceiling, walls, floor for indoors application. The said moving image effect created by having at least one of the said 3 basic-parts project-assembly fit into or built-into or install to all kind of different light's housing construction of LED projection light for outdoor or-and indoor application(s) said LED light image or lighted patterns has moving, shaking, spin, rotating, vibration to get the desired moving or-and changing effect(s) and other unique features.
Claims
1. An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns projection project-assembly; comprising: at least one LED; At least one image-carrier create image or-and patterns; At least one projection-lens has at least refractive function for enlarge size of image or-and lighted-patterns while LED light-beams pass through the image-carrier and go through refractive function lens, and The LED light device projects an enlarged image or-and lighted-patterns to a surface situated at least on feet away from the LED light device, Wherein the LED, image-carrier, and projection-lens are 3 basic-part for project-assembly that (a) fit within LED light housing, or-and (b) are install by one of a frame, support, parts and housing of LED light device, and The said frame, support, housing, or parts; is arranged, or-and installed, or built-in, or within a AC plug-wire outdoor light, or outdoor plug-in outlet light, or outdoor LED bulb with AC bulb-base; and The said LED light lighted-image or-and lighted patterns to appear to move or change by at least one moving device or-and circuitry has following arrangement including at least one of: (a) a controller or-and IC or-and other circuitry for turning at least one or multiple LEDs on and off at predetermined times, cycle, duration to cause the apparent motion or changing of the projected image; or-and (b) a motor or time movement for causing movement of the (i) at least one image-carrier or disc has install plurality of image-carriers, or-and (ii) at least one projection-cover or refractive-lens, or a movable holder has install plurality of optic refractive-lens, or-and (iii) LED or LED(s); to cause the apparent motion or moving or changing of the projected lighted image or lighted-patterns; and (c) a magnetic-unit and magnetic coil set for causing the movement of the (i) at least one image-carrier or disc has install plurality of image-carrier(s), or-and (ii) the at least one projection-cover, or refractive-lens(s), or movable disc has plurality of refractive-lens, or refractive or-and reflective lens, or-and (iii) LED or LEDs; to cause the apparent motion or moving or changing of the projected enlarged image or-and lighted-patterns.

An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns projection project-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the image carrier includes at least one printed window, film, slide, texture, treatments, variable thickness, marking, opening, cut-out, stencil, or display-unit; that forms a relatively small lighted image or-and pattern(s) while LED light-beams pass through the image-carrier, and the said relatively small lighted image or-and patterns being enlarged by the at least one of fixed or moving projection cover or the refractive-lens.

An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns projection project-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the projection-assembly is arranged to fit into or within or built-in an AC power source LED outdoor light, or LED Seasonal light device, or LED Halloween light device, or LED Christmas light device, for indoor or-and outdoor use connect with AC power source by (1) AC plug wire, or (2) AC bulb-base, or (3) AC prong.

An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns projection project-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said LED light has 1.sup.st optics-lens which is image-carrier or-and treated-lens to create the lighted image or-and light patterns to allow LED light beam pass through and came out to emit to 2.sup.nd optics-lens which is top or front projection-cover or refractive-lens or movable disc has plurality of refractive-lens to get enlarge lighted-image or lighted patterns.

An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns projection project-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the motor is coupled to a gear set to reduce a high motor speed to a relatively low speed for rotating the at least one of or any combination parts to moving and the parts selected from (1) image-carrier, or (2) projection-cover or-and refractive-lens(s), or (3) LED(s), or (4) desired assortment pick up from LED, and image-forming-unit, and project-cover or refractive-lens.
6. An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns projection project-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one refractive-lens is installed in a (A) projection-lens assembly, or (B) disc or holder; to rotated by the motor or movement at a predetermined speed.

An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns projection project-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one LED includes a (a) plurality of LEDs or (B) at least one LED; arranged to emit a plurality of colors, or more than one color, or change color, or auto changing color with freeze color selector.

A plug-in night light or LED bulb has moving image or-and patterns projection-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said moving device causes said at least one projection-lens or-and image-carrier or-and LED(s) to undergo or operate at least one of the following motions: (a) rotation, (b) spinning, (c) vibrating, (d) shaking, (5) waving.

An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns projection project-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said controller or-and IC or-and other circuitry creates said apparent motion or changing of the projected lighted-image or-and lighted patterns by control the one or plurality of LEDs to (a) sequentially flash, or (b) fade-in and fade-out, or (c) change colors, or (d) randomly on-off, or (e) turn on and turn off on desired time and period of time, or (f) auto changing color or mixed color or freeze colors, or (g) exhibit other LED light performances, effects, duration, or duty cycles.

An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns projection project-assembly as claimed in claim 1, the said image-carrier its equivalent optics-lens or piece made of desired material which having a areas or sections or parts or surface has (1) texture. or (2) printing, or (3) marking, or (4) sand polished, or (5) laser caving, or (6) added-treated piece with arts, or (7) other market available treatment(s) on whole piece or segment(s), area(s), part(s).

An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns projection project-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said projection-image assembly includes a tube or tube assembly having cylinder or tubular shape has big or-and small diameter to (A) act as light-block unit(s) prevent from LED(s) light-source to interfered pre-designed light performance, or (B) act 2.sup.nd or more project-assembly to project different size of lighted-image or patterns with others because the tube diameter is different, or (C) act as different light functions for all different diameter light-block unit some is moving, some is fixed image or-and patterns, or (D) act as light-block unit to prevent some LED light-beam emit out from tube to reduce the light brightness.

An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns project-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one projection-lens is included in a rotating assembly that causes the projected-image to move along an pre-determined path, or arc path, or one side to other side, or from one side of a circle to the another side.

An AC power source LED light has moving image or-and patterns project-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the image-carrier is a fixed or-and rotating image-carrier having (i) shaped openings, cutouts, or (ii) printed, or windows, or textured, or marked, or craved, or polished, or has arts, or treated for the said parts or segment or area of the said piece or lens, or (iii) the projection-lens assembly includes at least one or disc has installed plurality of or multiple of projection-lenses or refractive-lens.
