DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0039] The present disclosure will be described in further detail with reference to the enclosed drawings, to clearly present the objects, technical solutions, and advantages of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, other embodiments derived by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts shall be within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
[0040] The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a container for containing liquid crystal. As shown in
[0041] In summary, the container for containing liquid crystal provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure includes the bottle body. The lower part of the bottle body is a concave structure. The bottom surface of the concave structure is a flat surface or a concave surface. The opening of the concave structure faces to the opening of the bottle body. The concave structure is concave relative to the plane where the opening is. Compared with the liquid crystal bottle in the related art, when the operation of instilling the liquid crystal is carried out every time, the liquid crystal eventually remaining in the bottle will not accumulate on the edge of the bottom. Therefore, the remaining liquid crystal is less, and the one-round utilization ratio of the liquid crystal is increased.
[0042] The concave structure in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be of multiple shapes. Exemplarily,
[0043] Exemplarily,
[0044] Exemplarily, the inward concave bottle bottom of the concave structure may also be as shown in
[0045] Exemplarily,
[0046] Exemplarily,
[0047] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0048] In addition, another structure of the bottle body as shown in
[0049] In some embodiments, as shown in
[0050] Further, in order to improve the stability of the container for containing liquid crystal, as shown in
[0051] In some embodiments, the area of the bottom surface of the concave structure may be equal to the cross sectional area of the opening.
[0052] Exemplarily, the bottle body may be made of plastics, metal or glass.
[0053]
[0054] Before carrying out the operation of instilling the liquid crystal with the container for containing liquid crystal provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, the liquid crystal is poured into the container for containing liquid crystal first. Then the conduit is inserted into the container for containing liquid crystal. After that, the liquid crystal in the liquid crystal bottle is instilled onto the array substrate through the conduit. When the liquid crystal in the container for containing liquid crystal is too little, the conduit is likely to instill the liquid crystal containing air onto the array substrate. As a result, bubbles can appear on the array substrate, which affects the display effect of the display device. Therefore, in order to guarantee the display effect of the display device, it is required that a certain amount of the liquid crystal of remains in the container for containing liquid crystal eventually.
[0055] In summary, the container for containing liquid crystal provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure includes the bottle body. Therefore, the remaining liquid crystal is less, and thus the one-round utilization ratio of the liquid crystal is increased. Besides, the structure of the container for containing liquid crystal is simple, which can be easily realized.
[0056] The embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a system for containing liquid crystal, comprising the container for containing liquid crystal and the conduit disposed in the container for containing liquid crystal. Wherein, the container for containing liquid crystal includes the bottle body. The lower part of the bottle body is a concave structure. The bottom surface of the concave structure is a flat surface or a concave surface. The opening of the concave structure faces to the opening of the bottle body. The liquid crystal in the container for containing liquid crystal flows out of the container for containing liquid crystal through the conduit. Since the concave structure of the bottle body of the container for containing liquid crystal is concave relative to the plane where the opening is, when the operation of instilling the liquid crystal is carried out every time, the liquid crystal eventually remaining in the bottle will not accumulate on the edge of the bottom. Therefore, the remaining liquid crystal is less, and thus the one-round utilization ratio of the liquid crystal is increased. Besides, the structure of the container for containing liquid crystal is simple, which can be easily realized.
[0057] The foregoing are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. Within the spirit and principles of the present disclosure, any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc., are within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
