Among other things, the following invention may be embodied as methods or devices. As such, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment, or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. The following detailed descriptions should not be taken in a limiting sense.

[0020] In this document, the terms a or an are used, as is common in patent documents, to include one or more than one. In this document, the term or is used to refer to a nonexclusive or, such that A or B includes A but not B, B but not A, and A and B, unless otherwise indicated. Furthermore, all publications, patents, and patent documents referred to in this document are incorporated by reference herein in their entirety, as though individually incorporated by reference. In the event of inconsistent usages between this document and those documents so incorporated by reference, the usage in the incorporated reference(s) should be considered supplementary to that of this document; for irreconcilable inconsistencies, the usage in this document controls.

[0021] Turning first to FIG. 1A, a front view of a back support shirt 10 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The back support shirt 10 provides a cushion support to the back upper torso of a user 36. The back support shirt 10 is made from a microfiber, preferably a nylon spandex material with 83% polyester and 17% spandex blend. The back support shirt 10 is a dynamic secure fitting active wear combined with the features of easy access towel storage supported by the comfort of a back cushion that gives a feel of lying on pillows when a user 36 is lying down on the back or gives the most ultimate support when the user 36 is standing. The secure form fitting technology employed in the back support shirt 10 provides not only comfort from front, back and side support but also provides many other features with countless uses to help expedite the processes such as to lose weight, to condition or train for an event or go for a stroll in the park.

[0022] The back support shirt 10 comprises a front portion 12, a back portion 14, a left side portion 50, a right side portion 52, a towel 54 and a pair of hand engaging means 64. The nylon spandex material on the front portion 12 of the back support shirt 10 is vented which enables the user 36 to breathe easily while performing various other sporting activities. The front of portion 12 of the back support shirt 10 provides ventilation. The front portion 12 and the back portion 14 are sewn together so as to form the head insert opening and the hands insert openings. The pair of hand engaging means 64, at least one hand engaging means sewn to the left side portion 50 and at least one hand engaging means sewn to the right side portion 52. The pair of hand engaging means 64 is sewn with the hand insert openings to form the back support shirt 10. The back portion 14 as illustrated in FIG. 1B includes a back top portion 14, a back center portion 18 and a back lower portion 20.

[0023] FIG. 2 illustrates a back view of the back support shirt illustrating the plurality of layers 22 of the back center portion 18 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The back center portion 18 is made of the plurality of layers 22 seamed together to form a stiff support for the back upper torso of the user 36. The plurality of layers 22 of the back center portion 18 is seamed together to form a pouch 38 with an opening 40. The plurality of layers 22 includes an outer layer 24, a first lining layer 26, a first waterproof layer 28, a padding layer 30, a second waterproof layer 32 and a second lining layer 34. The first lining layer 46, the first waterproof layer 48, the padding layer 50, the second waterproof layer 52 and the second lining layer 54 are stitched together to form a single unit. This is then sewn with the outer layer 44 so as to form the pouch 38 with the opening 40. The pouch 38 is thus formed between the outer layer 44 and the first lining layer 46. The first waterproof layer 48 and the second waterproof layer 52 installed inside the back support shirt 10 provides a protective sweat barrier from the towel 54 to provide the user 36 with an always fresh dry and smooth towel 54 whenever the user 36 pulls it out for usage.

[0024] The opening 40 is surrounded by a hard tape 68 by stitching the hard tape 68 inside the periphery of the opening 40 on the first lining layer 46 and the outer layer 44. The hard tape 68 prevents deformation of the opening 40 while using the pouch 38 for storing the towel 54. A first Velcro strip 42 is attached to the hard tape 68 on the first lining layer 46.

[0025] FIG. 3 illustrates the towel 54 in an unfolded and folded position according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The towel 54 includes a second Velcro strip 44 attached to a head end 58 and a third Velcro strip 46 attached to a tail end 60 on a front side 56 of the towel 54, a fourth Velcro strip 48 (not shown) is attached to the tail end 60 on a back side (not shown) of the towel 54 and a pull out loop 62 is attached to the tail end 60 of the towel 54 to pull the towel 54 out of the pouch 38 by the user 36. The second Velcro strip 44 and the third Velcro strip 46 attach to fold the towel 54 and enable the user 36 to insert the towel 54 into the pouch 38 on the back portion 14. The fourth Velcro strip 48 (not shown) attaches with the first Velcro strip 42 on the opening 40 with the pull out loop 62 positioned outward the pouch 38.

[0026] FIG. 4 is a back view of the back support shirt holding the towel according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The towel 54 provides a cooling effect and separates from the pouch 38 easily by the pulling the pull out loop 62. The towel 54 is made of micro suede super absorbent yarn virtually lightweight to the fingers touch. The towel 54 provides the features of flexibility and adaptability to use in many different factions. The cooling technology employed in the towel 54 cools down with the built in suede fibers from a heated workout. The towel 54 is easily accessible as the core pad blends into the back of the back support shirt 10 with a superb fit. The towel 54 is strategically placed right behind the head of the user 36 and is stored therein when not in use.

[0027] The front portion 12, the back portion 14 and the pair of hand engaging means 64 are sewn together to form the back support shirt 10 which is configured to carry the towel 54 inside the pouch 38 and the back portion 14 provides a cushion support to the upper torso of the user 36. The virtually invisible storage pouch 38 allows the user 36 to hook the towel 54 on to the shirt 10 so that it does not touch the ground or lay on fitness equipment.

[0028] FIG. 5 illustrates the towel 54 being tied in the towel holder 66 of the back support shirt according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The towel holder 66 is a type of storage strap which will allow the user 36 to hook the towel 54 on the back support shirt. The towel holder 66 helps the towel 54 not to touch in ground and lay down while doing exercise.

[0029] FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a back support shirt illustrating the user 36 pulling out the towel 54 from the pouch 38 at the back portion 14 of the back support shirt according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The back support shirt 10 of the present invention gives a super hero feel, paying attention to all the beautiful dynamics of the human body for whoever wears it. The pouch 38 allows convenient storage of the towel 16 and can use whenever required without leaving forget at home. The present invention eliminates the hassle of bringing a big bulky towel to the gym and provides the pouch 38 that allows the user 36 to carry the lightweight slim towel 54 and the advantage of easy transportation. The back support shirt accelerates the warm up time to about 4-7 minutes. Within a workout of 30 minutes continuous approximately 1 pound of weight/water weight may be lost. When the towel 54 is activated, the temperature can change from 99 to 63.8 within 2-3 minutes.

[0030] While a particular form of the invention has been illustrated and described, it will be apparent that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, it is not intended that the invention be limited, except as by the appended claims.
