I claim the ornamental design for a cartridge for cosmetic device, as shown and described.

Description

(1) FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the claimed design;

(2) FIG. 2 is a top perspective view thereof rotated into a second position;

(3) FIG. 3 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear elevation view being a mirror image thereof; and,

(4) FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

(5) The dash-dot-dash broken lines illustrate the boundary of the claim. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the cartridge. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.
