Abstract
A roller tongue (1) for a locking system includes a spindle, which is securable to the locking system, and a roller (2) rotatably mounted on the spindle. The spindle is formed as a multi-part element and includes a pin (3) and an adapter element (4). The adapter element (4) includes a receiver (5) for the pin (3) arranged eccentrically in the adapter element (4) and is fixable in different orientations onto the pin (3).
Claims
1. A roller tongue (1) for a locking system, comprising: a spindle attachable to the locking system; and a roller (2) rotatably mounted on the spindle, wherein the spindle comprises multiple parts and includes a pin (3) and an adapter element (4), wherein the adapter element (4) includes a receiver (5) for the pin (3) arranged eccentrically in the adapter element (4), and wherein the adapter element (4) is fixable to the pin (3) in different orientations.
2. The roller tongue (1) according to claim 1, wherein the adapter element (4) is attachable to the pin (3) via an attachment element (6), the attachment element being configured to prevent a rotation of the adapter element (4) relative to the pin (3).
3. The roller tongue according to claim 1, wherein the adapter element (4) is securable to the pin (3) via of an attachment element (6), wherein the attachment element (6) is configured to delimit an axial movement of the adapter element (4) on the pin (3).
4. The roller tongue according to claim 1, wherein the roller (2) is rotatably mounted on the adapter element (4) and is secured to the adapter element (4) against axial movement via a radially actuatable snap element (9).
5. The roller tongue (1) according to claim 1, wherein the roller (2) is rotatably mounted to the adapter element (4) and the adapter element (4) has multiple receivers running in a circumferential direction.
6. A locking system for an insulating door, comprising: an actuator (11) rotatable about an actuating axis; a roller tongue (1) according to claim 1, wherein the roller tongue is secured to an element of the lock system, such that the pin (3) is oriented transverse to the actuating axis and is pivotable by means of the actuator (11) about the actuating axis between an opened position and a closed position.
7. The locking system according to claim 6, wherein the actuator (11) is formed as a handle and the pin (3) of the roller tongue (1) is secured directly to the handle.
8. The locking system according to claim 6, wherein an actuating shaft coupled with the actuator (11) is arranged in a mounted state on a backside of a door and the roller tongue (1) is secured to the actuating shaft.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0022]
[0023] A roller tongue 1 is mounted to the actuator 11. The roller tongue shown in an exploded view in
[0024] The receiver 4 is arranged eccentrically on a cylindrical section of the adapter element 4, on which the roller is rotatably mounted. The adapter element 4 can be fixed to the pin 3 in different rotational positions by means of an attachment element 6 formed as a screw. The attachment element 6 engages through a hole 7 in a face of the adapter element 4 in a recess 8 formed as an inner threading on a corresponding face of the pin (see
[0025] For reducing the friction between the roller 2 and the adapter element 4, the adapter element 4 has multiple recesses 10.
[0026] In addition, the adapter element 4 has a snap element 9, which is elastically moveable or deflectable into the receiver 5. Based on the start up angle on the snap element 9, this is moved onto the adapter element upon displacement of the roller 2 and snaps back after reaching the mounting position, whereby the snap element 9 prevents the roller 2 from sliding off the adapter element 4 into the re-spring-loaded position, so that it cannot be lost inadvertently. On the other hand, a more simple exchange is possible, since, to take down the roller from the adapter element 4, the snap element can be manually displaced.
[0027] The locking system, in particular, is mounted to an insulating door, such that in a closed position, a doorframe is engaged behind by the roller tongue 1. During opening or closing process, the roller 2 rolls over the surface of the door frame, so that only a minimal resistance is provided. In an opened position, the rear grip, or tongue and groove engagement, is disengaged, so that the insulating door can be opened. With the roller tongue, the distance of the roller 2 to the door surface can be changed simply and also a later time.
[0028] The specification incorporates by reference the disclosure of EP 17 153 467.0, filed Jan. 27, 2017.
[0029] The present invention is, of course, in no way restricted to the specific disclosure of the specification and drawings, but also encompasses any modifications within the scope of the appended claims.
