PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
[0028] By reference to the attached drawings, the embodiments of a golf hat having an adjustable visor according to the present invention will be explained in detail as follows.
[0029] A golf hat having an adjustable visor according to the present invention, as illustrated in
[0030] The iron piece 12 is attached or stick to the iron piece groove 12. Further, the adjustable visor 20 is inserted into the guide 11 to slide, and at the time of manufacturing the fixed visor 10, the guide 11 is integrally injected and formed.
[0031] Further, a golf hat having the adjustable visor, as illustrated in
[0032] The magnetic portion 41 consists of a plurality of magnet pieces 41a sticking closely to each other, so different numbers of magnet pieces are built in depending on the size of the golf tee 40.
[0033] Meanwhile, the guide 11 consists of either a depression type guide 13 furrowed inwardly or a prominence type guide 14 protruding outwardly.
[0034] The depression type guide 13 is formed as a guide path 13a furrowed symmetrically to the center of the fixed visor 10 in the left and right directions, and as a guide guard 13b covering one side of the upper end of the guide path 13a.
[0035] The prominence type guide 14 is formed as an angle 14a to be formed symmetrically to the fixed visor 10 in the front and rear directions, and as an angle shaft 14b vertically connecting the middle bottom of the fixed visor 10 with the center of the angle 14a.
[0036] The depression type guide 13 is a sunken type and the prominence type guide 14 is a projection type. A movable portion 21 of the adjustable visor 20 is formed depending on the guide 11. That is, the movable portion 21 has a groove type movable portion 24 having a guide groove 24a formed at the center to be connected with the prominence type guide 14 and to slide, and has a flat movable portion 23 having an extended piece 23a extended toward both side portion sat the end portion to be put into the depression type guide 13 and to slide.
[0037] A golf hat with an adjustable visor having the above-mentioned features according to the present invention operates as follows.
[0038] A golf hat having an adjustable visor according to the present invention, as illustrated in
[0039] Meanwhile, the guide 11 consists of a depression type guide 13 and a prominence type guide 14, wherein to prevent the adjustable visor 20 from being displaced, the depression type guide 13 has a guide guard 13b, and the prominence type guide 14 has an angle 14a.
[0040] The guide guard 13b covering a part of the upper end of a guide path 13a, and the angle 14a is formed symmetrically in the front and rear directions to prevent the adjustable visor 20 from being displaced.
[0041] At the time of assembling, the adjustable visor 20 has movable portions 21 corresponding to the guide guard 13b or the angle 14a respectively. That is, a groove type movable portion 24 having a guide groove 24a corresponds to the angle 14a, and a flat movable portion 23 having an extended piece 23a corresponds to the guide guard 13b so that the movable portions 21 can slide while it is prevented from being displaced.
[0042] Meanwhile, a visor cover 30, fixed at the front hem and the rear hem of the bottom of the fixed visor 10, for supporting the adjustable visor 20 plays a role in protecting the shape of a golf hat and achieving improvement in the design of a golf hat. That is, the movable portions 21 and the guide 11 are blocked from being directly exposed to the outside.
[0043] When it comes to a golf hat having an adjustable visor according to the present invention, as mentioned above, at the time of playing golf, a player does not need to put the golf tee 40 into a pocket or to carry the golf tee in the hand after playing a tee shot, which means no inconvenience is caused. Further, the adjustable visor 20 blocking ultraviolet rays coming in from the side is useful for blocking ultraviolet rays coming toward the eyes and the skin of a player to a certain degree.
[0044] The present invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments above mentioned, and it should be understood that any person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can make a variety of modifications without departing from the scope of the present invention claimed in the section of CLAIMS and that such modifications are within the scope of the descriptions in the section of CLAIMS.
